I really wish I could give them less than 1 star. First off - don't go here if you have a "Spa Finder" gift card and plan to use it here. I was gifted a $100 dollar gift card, and they apparently cannot give you the remaining balance. They only told me this AFTER they charged it for the service. I asked for my card back for the remaining $20, and that's when they revealed to me that they had to take all of the balance because for some reason that's the way that gift card works. And they weren't even going to tell me this until I remembered to ask for my card back... So basically they STOLE the $20. Secondly - This was the WORST spa experience I've ever had. I've been to several other spa's ranging in size from 1 at home therapist to a spa resort. And this place felt like a factory for massages. All they care about is getting you in and out and the receptionists and staff treat you like cattle to be herded somewhere. Also the atmosphere is weird, and not spa like at all. Once you go behind the curtains of the waiting room the inside is a dark maze of long hallways and hundreds of doors. Definitely makes you feel like just a dollar sign to them. Cheep curtains and dim lighting is what they consider a spa atmosphere. Thirdly - At the time I was 5 months pregnant. I asked for a prenatal massage. The therapist I got apparently have NEVER had a pregnant client and kept asking me to roll over on to my belly or put pillows in places that makes it extremely uncomfortable for a pregnant woman. I had to remind her that I'm pregnant like twice. ALSO I could tell she was a heavy smoker because every time she got near me I smelt it. And she kept talking. Normally, I don't mind a little chit chat but she kept initiating the conversation. I was not looking to talk much, but she would not stop. In all I left this place feeling much worse than how I arrived. They stole my money, treated me like I was at the DMV, and gave me a terrible spa service - which was something I direly needed being so pregnant. It was SO bad that I hesitate to even go any where after this for fear of being treated the same way ever again. The only reason I took the time to write this review is because I'm looking for another spa, and I came across this place and remembered so clearly what had happened and how much it had ruined my day... I honestly don't know why so many people gave this place 5 stars unless they work there themselves.

Never will I step foot in this place again! I explained over the phone I was just diagnosed w RA and am in an acute stage - No problem, we can handle that, was the repose I got. I arrive, I explain again to the lady who walked me back about my RA and how at the moment even simple things like sitting on the couch was hard -again, No problem, we can handle this and u will leave here feeling better than ever. Get in to the room, explain to the therapist how I'm swollen and everything is painfull - No problem, I'll just do a soft massage and go from there. I explain how getting undressed is quite difficult as well as crawling onto a bed etc. She says, take ur time, we'll start as soon as your ready. Finally, I get undressed and crawl into the bed when the therapist comes back and says I'm sorry but the manager doesn't feel comfortable w giving u a message today. WHAT?!?! I just explained how it was difficult and after I go through that entire process.... NOW you wanna talk to the manager. OMG. And then they didn't even offer a coupon or discount for another visit later down the road. WILL NEVER RETURN. Not bc the massage or hospitality was awful, but bc they didn't have enough consideration to speak w the manager at any given time before getting undressed and onto the table. They had ample opportunitiesto speak w him, from the first phone call to me standing explaining my condition to the therapist to have this convo. She could have simply said, hold on just one more minute before going through all of this....

It’s really rare that I give a bad review. The only reason I am writing this is because today was my moms birthday. I wanted to pamper her. I called and made a reservation for 3pm for a 30 min body massage. We showed up at 2:45pm filled up paper work and sat in the waiting area. Our masseuse was Niki. Now she came to pick up my mom around 3:05pm walked her down to the room and waited outside for her to undress. Mom told me massage started at 3:10pm i walked in the are of where they give the massage at 3:25pm to use the restroom and see that Niki is already outside of the room waiting for my mom to get dressed. This was my moms first massage. However we did not get the full service we paid for with was a 30 min full body massage. Mother then informed me that she was only targeting the back area witch I understand for 30 min that’s basically all she can concentrate on. Other than the 15 min massage I will give this place a 5 star for modern cleanliness . The place looks amazing, unfortunately we had the bad experience with not getting what we pay for. Just curious , do the 30 min start right when she starts the massage or when she picks you up from the waiting are? I’ve gotten plenty of massages and they always have a timer and start it right when they start the massage. Please inform me your policy on this. It is the masseuse fault for not picking up the guest on time . We were in time.

I booked an 80 min facial, which was 80 min including time to walk down long hallway, get undressed, wait for esthetician to re enter, and a 5-7 min talk about skin care afterwards; so it was not 80 min or close to 80 min just on a facial. I am used to a spa being welcoming, warm, and servicing. This was not. Was never shown or asked if I needed to use the restroom or where that was. During the facial and at the desk I just felt like a transaction. Did not feel like an actual human being, let alone a customer. Within a few minutes I was already being told about dermalogica, without any interaction about who I am; “ how was your day? What products do you use? Have you had a facial before?” Would have been nice. Eventually some of this information was asked, but much later. Again, completely feel like I was just a transaction and was not the “spa” experience I would pay $100 for. The facial was fine, other than not really being 80 min. But the overall vibe, lack of truely servicing makes it a non-return for me. If I was getting a massage the environment does not feel like it would be calming and soothing, more similar to a doctors office type of set up.

First time there and the last time. I went in thinking that I was going to get a great pedicure and only received a rolling office chair with a tub of water. I have gone to your everyday nail salons and received better service. The rolling tub is drained with a little machine with a tube attached to drain into the sink. So it makes me feel that the tubs are not cleaned very well. Also, going to a "SPA" I expected the spa experience. I was not even offered water. Limited with nail colors and they use a fan on the floor to dry your nails. You can't sit too close because the air might cause the nail polish to mess up. Hot towels are not used and very little service for the price. Sure the place is very nice inside and outside, but once you get in the nail room there is nothing to make you feel relaxed. It is as though they just put the nail technicians in a room that was just an extra room. I now know why they have been rated good because it is all based on the message services and not the nail services. I will not be going back and will hope others read this before they go. I will post this on Facebook so that others will be aware.

I love this place, and I have been coming for years. The massage therapists are really good, and I always feel nice and relaxed. I will continue to come here. However, I wanted to write a couple of caveats. The front office desk staff need some training in customer service. They are young, and they act like they do not want to be bothered. I needed some clarification with gift certificates, and the one young lady acted irritated that I was bothering her to even ask. She acted upset to have to look up the information, and the last time I spoke with her on the phone, I said, “Thank you.” She simply hung up on me. I didn’t appreciate that. Additionally, the full body massage is supposed to be 55 minutes. Often times they shorten it to 45 or 50. That also is not appreciated. Again, the massage therapists are great. I enjoy coming here. I do not enjoy dealing with the front office desk staff. Some of them are kind and nice and wonderful to deal with. Others totally need training in customer service. Also, they need to honor the 55 minutes.

The worst spa experience I have ever had! My first time there and sadly it was for our anniversary for a couples champagne massage! The massage was great but where is the lounge and dressing room? Where was the nice robe and house shoes? Where were the healthy snacks? I have never went to a spa and had to undress and redress in the room where you are getting the massage. They said you can just put all your clothes on the couch! What?? We were literally in a room for the full visit. After massage, time for champagne. They literally handed it to us out in the hall outside the room. Were we supposed to stand in the hall and drink it? The absolute most awkward experience ever! There were like little cubbies in the hall divided by wicker dividers with a loveseat and they pointed like go there! Again, in the hall??? The absolute worse!! This is not a spa!! If you just want a massage ok! Totally misrepresented!

I'm really surprised at all the 5 star reviews. I'm a massage therapist and business owner myself so perhaps that makes me more critical. The out side of the building is the best part. Very cool, modern, and Clean. The inside, very underwhelming. the lobby is littered with glamour magazines and products for sale but is not very peaceful. The place itself is huge which doesn't feel very cosy and you walk the halls to the restroom and massage rooms. The walls and doors are flimsy and the rooms are tiny, poorly decorated, and the linens look as if they are 15 years old. The massage itself was ok. My therapist had moments where she did a decent job, then other moments where it was super repetitive and painful. Like I'm talking she did the same painful move over 70 times in a row. I counted. thats crazy and not a good method. I left not feeling better and was out more money that the experience was worth.

Happy with my services, but the overall establishment needs major improvements. I came in today with a gift card for five services. My first and second services were sans clothing, then I was asked to get dressed for my manicure and pedicure. The nail room is just as other reviews have stated- completely without proper equipment. Hoses in sinks to drain water, what appears to be office chairs for sitting. I know luxury nail salon grade chairs are probably expensive, but if you can’t provide the experience, cut the service from the offerings. It was a very awkward environment, although my nails do look great. After nails, I was asked to undress yet again for my massage. The massage was top quality, one of the best I’ve ever had. Overall, a relaxing experience, but I do believe this spa should invest in itself a little more and take a closer look at the flow of services with package offerings.

Post spinal surgery I needed to find a massage therapist to help in recovery. I routinely saw a massage therapist in my previous city bi-weekly but had ceased that with COVID and did not reengage when moving here. Continued Covid threat made me hesitant. After doing some research I settled on this Perfect Touch Day Spa. It was a good choice. The front entry is spacious and upon check-in you don’t wait long. There is additional seating further into the establishment. All therapists are masked. The rooms clean and well managed. My therapist is great. She listened to my history and is getting me back in good muscle form with once a week visits. I’m not a big “spa” or “salon” attendee so I can’t review other services but I find this place to be a good choice for someone needing therapeutic massage (as well for relaxation and wellness).

My wife & I can only wonder, if this is the highest rated spa in Ft. Worth, what must the others be like?!? Ignoring the fact that the place looks & feels old with very dated decor, she went for the facial package. Apparently, not only the appearance is dated because the dermabrasion equipment didn't even function 2 of the 1st 3 sessions. Combine this with the "products" they sold her...the results were terrible & spa staff couldn't understand why their "pure/natural products" (which they convince you to buy several different types because they are necessary) made her complexion significantly worse than before. After the 4th session, she bailed and the improvement was obvious after only a few days away from their "treatment" & "wonderful products." Maybe they do other things well but, if you care about your face, look elsewhere.

As a Christmas gift, I bought my staff services at Perfect Touch. There are 13 women that showed up at the spa. They were all incredibly impressed with the services they received, but far more so, the manner in which they received them. You see, when you drop 13 women in a spa at the same time, it can be a real problem. In the past at different spas, they've had to wait for extended periods while providers finished with a client. Sometimes a noon start wouldn't be completely finished until well past 5:00. At Perfect Touch, all thirteen were seen almost simultaneously. The staff was gracious and skillful. Everyone had a great time. We will certainly return because we've never been treated so skillfully, graciously, and efficiently. Well done!

I took my wife to Perfect Touch and she loved it and had nothing but good things to say and was in an amazing mood the rest of our day together. I personally don't do massages, however my wife gets them all the time from different places and on her word "they used unique techniques with perfect pressure".... She said that they were very professional and asked her about her massage preferences beforehand. On this visit I had set her up for a hot rock massage and salt scrub. She was not super excited about this portion going in but after we left she was having me feel her skin all day and talking about how her skin "felt like a baby's butt." The whole experience was very relaxing and she thoroughly enjoyed it. Awesome job and we'll be back.

  • Tasha Sundberg

The office staff was very nice. I had a 10% discount that they didn't remember signing up for, but gave me the discount anyways. Which is good, because the massage was not worth it. I was taken back a few minutes late, and then spent a few minutes talking about what I wanted her to focus on. She didn't listen to what I said at all, it's like she only knew how to do the standard massage and couldn't deviate from the norm. After about 45 minutes she was done, even though you pay for 55 minutes, and then I was rushed out of the room so they could get it ready for the next person. It feels like a cheap spa that's just trying to get as many people through their doors as possible. I left with my neck and back hurting more than when I went in.

  • Lindsay LeMeilleur

This place is good for a massage or facial treatment, but I will not be back for a nail treatment. While I'm glad they are in a new facility with a parking lot that's more than an alley way, it would have been nice to be told before I booked the service that the $55 "Spa Pedicure" was a rolling office chair with a foot tub. Once I was finished with the pedicure, I sat with a fan on my feet, not a nail dryer, which ran through out my manicure service, even though it was 25 degrees outside. The actual services were fine, but the experience and look of the room are definitely not what I would consider a spa experience. The exposed sink with a tube running from it to wash my hands and the lack of pedicure chairs was a huge turn off.

  • Tiffany Breaux

While everyone was really nice it wasn't the best experience. I was a few minutes like less then 10 minutes and they were nice about it but I was rushed through the paper work or forms they needed. I was given a package at Christmas to have a massage facial and a manicure and i decided to use it for my birthday. I did not get the manicure i was supposed to have. I paid to get dip on my nails and it was a waste of money. They didn't last me a week before they started cracking and breaking. The powder applied was too thin. My nails weren't the same length or the same shape. Just a waste. The massage was nice and I liked it. I didn't care for the facial or the person who did it but my face did feel great once it dried.

My fiancé and I got a champagne couple's massage (which is fantastically priced) as an anniversary gift for ourselves. This was my second time here, but it was my fiancé's first time ever getting a professional massage anywhere. I already knew what to expect, but he was a little apprehensive with the whole idea. Thankfully, by the time we left, he was very relaxed & pleased with his experience! I had been to the old location on Lancaster, but this new location is just as great! It's clean, ambient, and relaxing (of course). Everyone was very professional, as well. Also, the flute of champagne we got afterwards was delicious! We have decided this is going to be the way we start our year from now on!

  • Christie Grier

I love coming here for a massage or complete spa day, but the last time I visited a man was watching videos in the nail portion very loudly. It was very rude and hard to just enjoy the pampering, while his technician encouraged the videos, neither seeming to notice there were other clients. A preteen took up one of the recliners in the waiting area while waiting for his mom to finish her appointment. Since I was having several treatments that day, it was a bit awkward waiting in my robe for my next treatment. I normally have a wonderful experience with the best technicians, but this seemed to be an off day. Hopefully it was just from having a busy holiday crowd.

Niki was excellent!! I was referred to her by a friend. Thank goodness she is available Mon/Wed/Fri to suit my schedule. This was my first visit with her. I am a deep tissue massage kind of gal and I’m always hesitant about the pressure. Niki did not disappoint! She was easy to communicate with. The bed heater was on and I am a HOT-natured being. Also a few times she hit some tight spots and she eased off the pressure….but was very consistent with the pressure I liked. I cannot wait for the next therapy treat. Also… she was kind enough to work overtime on a few spots yet finishing my “full body” experience. Thanks Niki

  • Tina Hilliard

I scheduled a massage with perfect touch and Erin was my massage therapist. She rubbed oil onto my body and called it a massage. When I asked for more pressure, she dug her thumbs into the most injured parts of my back and shoulders (and not in a good way, I mean dug). It's now been almost a week and I'm still hurting from it. When I informed the receptionist, she told me I should have scheduled with a different massage therapist who would use more pressure. This was the worst massage I've ever had and I've had many. I emailed them in an effort to resolve the issue but never received a response. Terrible!

  • Josh Bryant

Bad! Unprofessional, not very clean and the massage therapist one of made my wife and I very uncomfortable . I couldn't "relax" as instructed because of the uneasiness created by one of the massage therapists. As for the x's and o's of a quality massage putting aside everything else...........MAYBE I have had all exceptional massages prior and elsewhere BUT out of say at least a dozen different therapists this was hands down the worse. disappointed, reasonable prices & great location--my biggest regret is leaving a generous tip, I should have said screw the social customs and you get nothing.

  • Jesus Alvarez

I Am surprised about all the 5 stars . The place itself is modern and nice from the outside. Once you Walk into the massage rooms , you see room after room . The walls are thin , the room is cold and small , and the massage table EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I called to set an appointment for a massage and no one asked what type of massage . I am used to having the option to do Deep tissue , relaxation or hot stone massage . But here they didn't offer any option . When it came the therapist she also didn't ask if i prefer tiger Balm (etc.) like other places do . Waste of money!

  • Kalee Morrison

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they were nice. Went to get a pedicure and the building is clean and very zen. I get escorted to the nail room and the pedicure chair is a freaking computer chair. The "spa" part is a mobile pedicure spa. It was very uncomfortable. My appointment was at 10:00 AM so I arrived at 9:51 AM. The lady was done and had me getting my toes dried at 10:34 AM. For $45 I expected more than a computer chair and 5 minute massage. They did give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I would not recommend for a pedicure!

  • Melissa Perkins

Our kids bought us a couples massage package with Champagne for Christmas. In making our appt, I decided to upgrade and get the facial as well. The massage was okay but they turned on a fan half way through the massage and we froze! The facial was TERRIBLE as it was supposed to be an hour...it was an hour alright, but the actual facial activity was only 30 mins! We never got our champagne!!! I have called 3 times to get a manager to call me back, but no one has of yet! The absolute worst “spa” experience we have ever had!

  • Keysha R.

I went to Perfect Touch for the first time today. I've heard great reviews about it & wanted to check it out. The establishment is very nice & relaxing. Everyone was so nice. My therapist was Ashley. She is very professional & really tailored my massage to fit my needs. The pressure was perfect & she also checked in with me periodically to make sure I was doing ok. It was a bit noisey throughout my massage due to other clients getting ready for their services. Otherwise I loved the place. I will definately go back again!

  • Mirella Carrera

Love, love, love this place!!!!!!! My sisters and I sent my grandmother in for her first ever spa day and she came out a completely changed woman! The staff was so friendly and made her feel very comfortable. Her massage therapist was the sweetest and the young lady who did her pedicure was fantastic! Both of them were very attentive and my grandma left feeling the most relaxed she has ever been. Relaxing environment, excellent staff, spectacular service! Will definitely be trying them myself soon!

  • Melissa Molder

I can always get an appointment within a day or two. I do not have a specific person for a massage but everytime has been consistently good. I would not recommend a pedicure. The women I had was not friendly and i left with raw spots on my toes, just wasn't a pleasant experience. The pedicure/manicure area could be updated also. Facials and body scrubs were awesome as well. I always go to Perfect touch for my massages, facials and body treatments. Very friendly Staff (other than the foot lady).

  • Erika Flores

Donna is INCREDIBLE!! I’ve been coming to Perfect Touch Day Spa for about two years and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Every single experience here has been great! The staff is incredible and everyone is so accommodating to my busy work schedule. I recommend this day spa to all of my friends and have started gifting massage certificates to all my friends. If you’re considering Perfect Touch Day Spa, Donna is the absolute best massage therapist. I highly recommend!

  • Shana-Lee Dixon

I love The Perfect Touch Spa! It is so peaceful and the staff is always so pleasant! I come in specifically to see Lisa! She is always so friendly and professional! It is great conversation every time and she takes care of my feet! Lol I have enjoyed other services at The Perfect Touch from reflexology, massages, manicures and pedicures! It is my go to spa whenever I need to relax! I highly recommend Lisa and the Perfect Touch to anyone who is looking for a spa.

  • Kelly Buchanan (kelleehasclass)

I've been here once before many years ago as a gift and remember enjoying the experience, so I went back. I had the full body Swedish massage by Erin and it was very well done and relaxing. I love the atmosphere; it's very peaceful and serene. After the massage I tried out a premium tanning bed, which was nothing special compared to other commercial places however much more private feeling. Overall a very relaxing experience and I look forward to my next visit.

  • Koko Michelle

Perfect touch is just perfect. Clean, relaxing, plenty of massage options and you can always get an appointment. They also have a gem that works there by the name of “Kay”, baby she worked me ALL the way out( where have you been all my life) and I’ve been coming to Perfect touch for a while now and we never crossed paths. It was places on my body I didn’t know I needed the kinks to be worked out of until she came along. Ask for Kay, you won’t regret it I swear.

  • Anna Weiss

I have used this spa for about 6 years now and have never had a bad experience. Although I was Disappointed when my favorite masseuse left everyone I have had after has been equally as great. They keep my info by phone number, so when I call they already know who I am. When you arrive you are instantly relaxed with a soothing quiet atmosphere. They really pay attention to small details including tone of their voice. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

  • Kim Williams

Wish I had the chance to experience to receive the so call great service from Perfect Touch. Received a call this morning that our appointment was CANCELLED for today. REALLY? Due to the person called in sick...Like there's not other people that does massages... This was a birthday gift and preplanned week ago. Wish I can give a 0 star. Unprofessional. If we are required to give a 24/48 hour notice so should your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • C H

Wow! Went here for a couples massage. From beginning to end the experience was great. Relaxing, comfortable, and honestly probably the best massage I can remember having. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful at check in and check out. Emily was my therapist (highly recommend) and Randi was my wife’s (sorry if I misspelled!) Both took great care of us and the whole experience was great. We will definitely be returning. Thanks!

  • KDK

Phenomenal! From the moment I entered the building the ambience was very inviting and calm. Vanessa provided exceptional customer service and I immediately began to relax. Then I meet Jennifer. There a no words to describe Jennifer. Her gifted hands removed all the weight of the world so that I could regroup and focus. This was the best decision for Mother daughter birthday EVER!!!! Perfect Touch Day Spa deserves a perfert score of 10!

  • Staci Noble

Scheduled appointments for my sister and I to celebrate my graduation. I was lucky enough to have Valrie give me my massage and she was absolutely amazing. I left the room feeling like a million bucks. I had Jerry( not sure how to spell her name) give me a facial and she explain everything each step of the way so I knew what she was doing and what products she used. 5 star would recommend this place and will definitely go back.

  • Valerie Sanin

This is my second time coming. First time they did a massage and it was amazing and just what I needed. I booked again for a facial and I was about 15 minutes late but they were extremely understanding and changed my facial to 30 minutes so I didn’t have to pay the full hour that I was originally intending on getting. No problem, since I was the one that was late. My face feels great and I will definitely be coming back.

  • Mrs. Mountain

A perfect experience! Was in town for a few days and wanted to treat myself and husband to a few hours of pampering. The Drover hotel referred us to this spa and I am so glad they did because I got to meet the lovely Lisa! She fixed my nail problems from fingers to toes. If only I didn’t live out of state, I would hire her as my regular nail tech. Thank you Lisa for making my TX. day memorable - you are a true gem.

  • Ashley Miller

Hands down the best mani/pedi I have had in a long time. Lisa Mahon was so thorough and attentive. I am not good at taking care of my fingernails/cuticles, but my hands looked and felt amazing when she was finished. My feet were sunburned and she was very careful to not irritate the burn. Thank you Lisa! I love Perfect Touch. The ambiance is so mellow and conducive to complete relaxation! I will definitely be back!

  • Brittani Rolader

Went in for a much needed prenatal massage. Had been having headaches everyday all day long, alot of stress & tension. It's now three days post massage & I have not had a single headache! Very professional, clean & the atmosphere was wonderful. I felt very comfortable & relaxed during the massage. I will be going back very very soon! & would reccomend this place to anybody that is considering a massage.

  • Orlando G.

It was my first time at the new location. Big improvment! Paid for a partial Swedish massage. Mary was wonderful. I enjoyed complimentary champagne and water in the relaxing post massage lounge area. Very satisfied and knot free I've since been back and did not get offered the champagne but was told it can be requested. Parking has never been a problem and I'm always seen promptly.

  • Lisa Cordell

I highly recommend Leah for a hot stone massage. She was amazing..5star! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled in her craft. I was impressed with how clean and comfortable Perfect Touch facility is and affordable. The Staff was super friendly, professional and courteous throughout my visit. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you all for the “perfect touch” to my day

  • Jacie Woolf

My wife and I had a couples massage here in February. The facility is very peaceful and nicely decorated, and our masseuses did an excellent job. Complimentary wine or champagne was supposed to be included with the massage, and it took a long time for us to be taken to our room despite arriving a few minutes early, but we would go back just because of the good quality of the massage.

  • Haley Jones

My boyfriend and I try to come here at least once a month. Every masseuse is professional and amazing at what they do. We have never had a bad massage here, ever! They also offer great specials throughout the year. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and make sure you feel comfortable while waiting on your service. We recommend this place to all of our friends!

  • Jessica Ram

Great massages! I have had a different massage therapist each time I’ve been here (approximately ten times) and have had a good experience every time, whether I requested deep tissue pain relief therapy or light relaxation. The front desk staff is also very helpful and courteous. The whole staff has been very conscientious with their COVID prevention protocols as well.

  • J Car

It’s not what it used to be. The new location feels like a warehouse and services were not what I expected. Florescent lighting in my room, not dimmed, no music, aesthetician seemed disengaged. Nail area room didn’t have full service chairs...legs were propped up onto a separate stool for pedi and it was uncomfortable. So many aspects lacked beauty and professionalism.

  • Jerroyl Nash

My wife and I had a couples massage right after I got back from a long business trip. It was just what we needed! As soon as you walk in you start to relax. The environment they have created is tranquil and serene! My massage therapist (Osheva) although small in stature, knew her craft. She worked out all the knots and kinks. I can't wait to go back next month!

Just finished my first massage here and I will definitely be coming back. Laura went above and beyond on the massage and even gave me some helpful tips for reducing my muscle strain at home! Between her personable demeanor and her massage skills, I would highly recommend her to anyone. Perfect touch was very professional and a good environment too!

  • Nikki M

I wrote on the paper to focus on my back. I told her that as well. She focused on my arms for majority of the massage. I asked why and she said it helped the back. She spent about 10 minutes on my back and TIME WAS UP! So I spent money on a massage and got no relief. I think her name was Carmen. I gave 3 and not 2 stars because they were friendly

The place is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly as well. We went here for a couples massage and the only issue I had is that the quality of the massage was just mediocre. The therapist admitted that she mismanaged her time and was barely able to get to the one area I had asked her to focus on, so it was just disappointing.

  • Theo Gay

Great place to visit for a massage the staff was great in every way. Arrived about 15 mins early and after some paper work my wife and myself were brought to a more comfortable sitting area where we enjoyed a glass of champagne. We were taken to our room right on time and the massage was great will be going back with my wife again.

Love this spa! My wife and I go pretty regularly. We found 2 amazing massage therapists in Donna and Sarah, and try to schedule one a month. We've also had facials, mani/pedis and body scrubs. The specials they run can't be beat. We lucked into this spa after receiving a gift certificate 5 years ago, and have kept coming back.

  • QB Boss

Oh my god this place is amazing. They have wonderful staff and offer amazing services. I got the 60 minute massage and 60 minute facial combo and I can’t stop touching my face because of how soft my skin feels. The facility is really nice and clean and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Definitely coming back.

  • samantha McNeece

We went for a couples massage and were blown away by the excellency of this establishment. It was such a nice, neat, clean, and classy environment. The service and massage were perfect. By far, the best massages we've ever received. Natalie and Christina are the bomb! Will for sure be coming back!

Abby, the massage therapist, is a GENIUS. She’s an angel sent from heaven. She fixed me! I’m not in pain and I don’t limp anymore! She’s the best and I want everyone to know about her. I’ve been booking hour and a half massages, and they’re worth every penny. Thank you, Abby and Perfect Touch!!!!

  • Yaqui Ordaz

Great service, everyone was really nice and attentive. First time going to this spa and it was a great experience for relaxation 100% recommend to take ur parents/spouses/sibling for a fun relaxing day. My family and I all got the blissful retreat and will be coming back with friends next time.

  • Helen Vidrine

Had a couple massage and an active clearing facial. Nadia, my esthetician for the facial, was amazing and so sweet. Haylee and Kaylee who did the massages for us were spectacular as well. The staff did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and the price was unbeatable.

  • Linda Marie

Brought my mother and grandmother if for some treatments and they absolutely loved it!! My mom was so relaxed after her facial and massage, and my grandmother couldn't stop raving about her massage and pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Excellent service!!

  • Candice Baker

A friend recommended Perfect Touch. I was very pleased with my full body massage. My masseuse was professional, thorough and she checked in with me often. Everyone was friendly and their space was very clean. I will be back and highly recommend their massage services.

  • Azul Herrera

Out of town guest. And have never been here before. But Nice love it. They Couldn’t pronounce my name correctly, but the service was good. I think they hired new ppl at the front desk because the girls on Saturday were super nice and professional. I will come back!!

  • Yvonne Giovanis

The best massage therapists, and reasonable prices. My husband and I both go frequently. I can personally recommend Laura, Leah, Michelle, and Niki for massages. The whole staff is very friendly and personable, and the facility is relaxing, clean and well kept.

  • James Holtry

I work in a kitchen. my back, shoulders, and neck get very tense. the MT I had today was great. she spent an hour getting out those knots and tight spots. this place is well worth the money. this is the only place I go for massage. thank you Perfect Touch.

  • Kenzie Oleksak

Lisa the pedicurist is amazing. I had severely ingrown toenails and she has helped me stay away from pain. Not only does she do a beautiful job, but she is so attentive and educated about the prevention of foot problems. I would recommend her to anyone!

  • Vera Quan

Didn’t give me enough massage time, 5-10mins short even if I cut 5 mins for dressing up. Also, during facial, they started to promote their product. The massage itself can get a 4. Facial maybe 4, cos the small towel they use for the face is kind tough.

  • Laura “Mod L Photography” Levitan

Make sure you double and triple check your appointment time. I reserved a spa treatment for Saturday and they booked me for Sunday. My husband and I are on an anniversary weekend away so the next day appointment isn't an option. Very disappointing.

  • D Quisenberry

Best spa in town! I love Lisa—she’s the only one in town I trust for my pedicures. So clean, so professional. Best products and a super relaxing environment. Been coming at least 12 years religiously. Thank you Perfect Touch for being so reliable.

  • Brittany Mcginnis

Came in with a bridal party and Lisa was amazing with my mani and pedi. She also gave me free salsa to bring back to my husband in Montana. Lisa was personable and delivered great customer service. Thank you Lisa for making me feel better ❤️

  • Diana Vitek

Have been going for pedicures with Lisa Mahon for years; have bunions and other foot issues, and Lisa always does a great job. Every other service I've had there has always been enjoyable and I appreciate that their services are affordable.

  • Holly Diehl

The services i received were beyond what i was expecting. They treated me with decency and were super nice. I didnt feel uncomfortable, even though i was practically naked the entire time. Lisa, who did my nails was super sweet and helped

  • Carter Butson

I’ve gotten a lot of massages in my life and Nicki gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever received! Firm but not painful. Really worked out the knots in my traps. Love the place too. Get there early to hang out on the big comfy chairs!

  • C K

Had a massage this past Wednesday afternoon. Decent experience except the awkward post massage front desk checkout. The facility is nice, the front desk folks were nice, the massage was ok, the place is good for a massage on the go and I

  • Christina Gonzalez

This was the worst facial I have ever had. I’ve never had a facial where my face burned and was in pain from the esthetician so roughly massaging in exfoliant. She was rubbing way too hard over and over in the same area my face started

  • Stephanie Seal

Donna and Jennifer are both amazing at massages. Any time I want a massage, I ask for either of them, especially when I'm carrying stress in my back/neck/shoulders. Super relaxing environment and consistently have a great experience!

  • Kristina Pagán

I have been going there for years. They are a tried and true spa. They create the treatment you need. No cookie cutter service here. Kay, a very special thanks to you. Your healing hands radiate your gift. I appreciate all of you .

  • Elizabeth Almaraz

This has got to be the most immaculate Spa in Fort Worth. The restroom were spotless, we were impressed. Our massage therapists were aware of what we needed, the service was excellent. Overall we left in a calm and relaxed trance.

  • Meagan Bolton

Lisa gives the best pedicures! I've been one of her clients for about 5 years, and always receive wonderful service! She's very conscientious about her work, yet warm and personable. I highly recommend Lisa and Perfect Touch!

  • Cherie Alcantara

I wanted to treat my best friend to a pedicure while I was in Ft Worth visiting her and Lisa gave us the most amazing experience.. and pedicures! If you want to have that luxurious relaxing individualized spa treatment ask

  • Ethan Y

Great place, excellent services and massages. Really top notch, do yourself a favor and schedule here. Had couples massages, hot stone massage, body polish, facials here everything is excellent for both my wife and I.

  • Erica Stevenson

One of the best kept secrets in DFW. I love it here; the price is right, customer service is great, and the services performed are great. The facials are more relaxing than the massages. I have been going for years

  • Joni Lui

Amazing! Staff is nice, facilities are clean. I had Karen and it was actually the best massage I have ever had. She really took the time to focus on my problem areas which I find most massage therapists don't.

  • Autumn Harold

My hubs and i go here for a couples massage 2-3 times a year. Very reasonably priced, staff is very nice and the environment is relaxing. Only negative is the TINY parking lot, we can barely park our truck....

  • Kathena Marie Wilkinson

I went here for my birthday as my hubby's gift, 3 and a half hour break from my 2 babies. I got the package where massage, facial, and mani-pedi included. I was treated nicely, they are kind and friendly too.

  • ABRain 03

Appreciate the fact that each visit, my family has been treated respectfully with a sincere pleasant disposition! The services each time are wonderful!!! We hope the genuine welcoming spirit NEVER changes.

  • Charlie Gomes

Got the Perfect Touch Facial and almost fell asleep twice. Good service for a fair price. My only criticism is that next time I'd like a technician that isn't as talkative, otherwise left feeling great.

  • Pace Plant

My experienced therapist (Trisha) performed a calculated massage that was thorough, effective and relaxing. I've received many massages and am very critical but I highly recommend her and Perfect Touch.

  • Carol Miller

Lisa Mahon does an extraordinary pedicure! She is very knowledgeable and has helped me with some foot issues I was having. The environment is calm and the staff members are pleasant and accommodating.

This group does an incredible job. They make you feel comfortable and in today’s environment, safe. Appreciate their kindness and great work. I leave feeling better every time. I highly recommend Kay!

Lisa Mahon is amazing! The best pedicure and manicure I’ve had! Very professional and if you have any ingrown toe nails she is the best at getting those out with no pain!!! Thank you Lisa!!!

  • Derasha Myers

The staff here is wonderful!! All the women are professional, polite, and provided outstanding service. Shout out to Emily (massage), Maddie (facial), and Lisa (nails)!! Thank you ladies!

The staff is really professional and kind! Not to mention the ambiance is very tranquil. I think I feel asleep a couple times..... You'll love the experience.... BOOK TODAY! …

Lisa does an absolute amazing job on pedicures! I suffer from ingrown toenail and she’s the ONLY one that can do take them out without hurting me! I do recommend Lisa!! 5 stars!!

  • Emily Clark

I've used this place for almost 2 decades now. I have never had a bad experience or a bad therapist. Everything here is phenomenal. I recommend them to everyone I've ever met.

  • Jason King

Osheva did great with the massage. Can actually move my neck now. Probably spelt her name wrong, but was able to sleep finally after not being able to the last couple nights.

  • Melinda Bailey

I did a spa package here for my birthday and it was great! Facial, massage, wrap. Everyone was friendly, the services were wonderful, and I felt safe even during covid.

  • Elena Phillips

My new go-to spa! The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices are very reasonable. I had a prenatal massage and it was perfect! Looking forward to coming back again.

  • chantelle harrison

I enjoyed my visit! Victoria got me right! My pedicure was so relaxing and professional. The front desk staff is super sweet and the place truly is a vibe!

  • Will Beverly

Never disappointed, but this session was exceptional. Asked for lower back focus during a full body massage and Christina knock it out of the park!

  • Kat Kyser

Great services and very professional. No showers and area too get ready at, FYI. Very clean and organized. Felt pampered and taken care of.

  • Terri Orsburn
