Absolutely bad management and bad hostes ......you can't make normal reservation even if you call before 1 or 2 hours ......if the owner watch this comment I will say change your manager and the reseption workers .....there are damaging your business.......the food and the concept is great ....but the problem with management.. They tried hard to get an Italian looking Osteria in the center of Yerevan, but the pizza was too cheesy and not tasty at all, the music, which sounded like the ones they play in shopping malls, was very loud and it was difficult to talk to friends, and the service was not the best either.

Initially waited long to order. Ordered Pasta and did not touch it as I'm allergic to eggs the pasta had a very strong smell of eggs. Sent it back and was charged for a meal I didn't eat walked out hungry. Will never return to this place poor customer service.

The whole atmosphere was charming especially outside where we took our dinner. The staff was kind and respective. Here you can taste one of the best pizzas in Yerevan. Also will be better to reserve your table ahead because they are always full. Ավելին

This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to! The team was very welcoming, the service was pretty quick and the food is super delicious. I will definitely go next time I’m in Armenia! Ավելին

We didn't order soup with a seafood, they came to us and start arguing about the point that we didn't order it. Also the Alfredo was not so good, the mushrooms was so dry that I can't even eat it. Ավելին
