I was sold spoiled and expired dog food twice from two different stores.On 2/16/18 I went to buy a bag of Orijen large puppy at the military location but bought the Orijen puppy bag instead since they were out. I only expected there to be a difference in the size of food (per employee) but instead it was really dark in color, smelled different and was oily. I gave it a try anyways thinking its a new bag and that's how it is. After feeding my dog for a few days I noticed he wasn't eating as much and not feeling good. So I called another location to see if they had the original Orijen bag I would buy and they did. I made the 45 minute drive there and spent another $100 to come home and noticed the food looked just like the other bag and nothing like what we have been buying before. I couldn't figure out why the food was different and thought Orijen made some changes. That when I checked the bags to see if they offered any guarantee and noticed the food was expired. I returned it immediately and made a complaint but the Asst. Manager didn't seem to be concerned as I was that my dog could have gotten really sick. I have called the district manager Kyle to further complain but have yet to hear back after leaving a message. I have since bought from Fefe and Fitos boutique and to be sure I checked the expiration date and it is June 2019. That goes to show how long pet barn has had there food sitting on the shelf or warehouse.

Fantastic customer service! Their whole team was very helpful. We got there just in time to see them release a new batch of colorful guppies. The young lady that helped us gave us tons of information on how to care for the fish and what was needed besides the tank. We ended up buying a small-sized half tank, hose, water pump, water conditioner, tropical food, neon gravel and three Guppies. My four-year-old was ecstatic! Everything was a reasonable price. It was a pleasant shopping experience and we will surely be coming back again for our pets. Make sure to sign up at the correct PETS BARN website not PET BARN without the s, lol did that mistake. Sign up before you visit so you have some pretty good coupons to use.

Came out to get our fur babies updated on their shots. Pets Barn is affiliated with this company called Low Cost Pet Vax and si se habla español. COVID-19 and Social Distancing is in effect. When you arrive, you get out, get the paper work, and fill it out. You text your # marked on the form and you wait for them to text you back when it's your turn for your pets vaccinations. You go to the tent, they weigh em in and register them and figure out which package you are getting. Rabies shots are only $10 of that's what you need. Cool Pupperoonies all over while you wait. Average wait time is about 30 mins depending on what time you get there. So expect a little wait time.

This store is very professional .. Bought food for someone else's doggie, so i didn't know much about the confusing matter of dog food. One thing i did know is that dogs, though domesticated, don't have human-like digestive system. Of course, they'll eat most anything humans eat, for dogs are illiterate, and therefore are not aware of the consequences to their health. The large inventory at this store helped me experiment and learn about nutrition for small dogs.

This place is awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their dog food is the reason for me shopping there. Switched to way better dog food than the bags at Walmart. Dogs intake decreased, I free feed, so the overall cost ia about the same. Their coats are way better, their allergy issues substantially better. Even if the price was way higher I'd still rather feed this quality food to my pets.

Came here earlier this morning and the two guys that helped me whent above and beyond. Although I only spent 10 bucks, they definitely make me want to come back and spend a fortune just on their customer service. I wish I remember their names but one had an obvious slight speach impairment but very intelligent and the other seemed the same but taller and without the such. 10 10 all the way!

Walked in right before close because I was ignorant and didn't pay attention to the time. With that being said, staff was very polite and helpful. Helped me find a new dog food blend. The clerk that helped me was so polite and I didn't realize it was a few minutes before close until I got to the car and saw the clock and I felt like a jerk. Outstanding customer service

I like Pet's Barn and I love the price of their 50 lb of dog food. The food is a little bigger but they do have bite size. The 50 lb is $16.99 compared to $19.89 at the local grocery store. And they also load up your vehicle which is an Awesome thing for me. They are quick to assist you and are very helpful. They don't rush you and answer any questions you have.

I went there for the first time today. First I almost left. The door was locked and no sign to say use the other door. The windows I thought were covered in some kind of sun guard. It turned out they were just filthy. The stench in the store was unbearable. The smell of ammonia brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't stay. I will never be back.

Just got a Pink Toe Tarantula about a month ago, and what can I say he's so beautiful and such an amazing pet all he does is usually crawl all over me and a little bit jumpy but other than that he is a great pet and I love him so much and the guy that helped me at Pets Barn, thank you so much and I'll be coming back soon ❤️

This place has some great prices. We had gone to PetCo for bully sticks but they were too expensive there. We stopped by and they were a lot cheaper. They loved my GSD that we took and they even gave her a treat! Workers are always friendly and we are always made sure that we don’t need any help. They know what they sell!

Great customer service, the price on dog food is excellent I've also bought several fish from here all of which is good. All in all it is worth the time and money to come here, however some of the things our little pricey but that is to be expected with pet stores and the markups they put on the merchandise

it was actually a really unique place to eat at compared to ehat i heard about it. it's a really really awesome place to go check. even the workers were all very nice and helpful and i didn't get the feeling luke if i was bothering them when i had to ask a question like i do at a lot of places.

Staff super knowledge on everything . So kind and care about their job. If looking for natural organic alternatives or if you have a special needs pretty they probably have what u need or can get it for u. Their high end pet accessories are pricey but unique and well made worth the price.

Great selection, excellent prices (especially compared to other pet stores) and good customer service. If you’re unfamiliar with this location, the front door can be hard to suss out and it almost looks closed but the door is on the side and there should be a lit open sign above it.

The staff was helpful. I was a little disappointed with the lack of variety in choices. There's a lot of empty spaces on the shelves. (First visit, first impression) Being a reptile enthusiast, I was very disappointed that there were no reptiles at all, just empty cages.

I like this place because they sell the NaturVet brand soft chews in many varieties (hip/joint, allergy, digestion, etc) It's a good place if you've done your own research because the staff does not seem very knowledgeable about the products products they sell.

Everyone in Pets Barn is always so sweet! A customer came in with this animal that was pretty cool looking and let us touch it and gave up information. It would walk around the store and then he'd pick it up and carry it like a baby. It was really cute!

I enjoy coming here, though I don't come often, usually for a basic dewormer. Place is clean, staff is friendly, bunnies are happy and we bought the kiddo a couple of mystery snails and the staff was very helpful in teaching us how to care for them
