Selection wasn't great on the day I went in. 3specific items I wanted were not in stock or carried. I could have ordered them for delivery to the store 4 days later but I'm the type of shopper that likes to pick up items the day I'm looking. The staff are friendly and welcoming though

It's a nice pet store, you can bring your animals inside. With dogs & cats being some of the more popular pets you will find items that apply more to them. For more exotic animals Menagerie's is close by on Parliament St, which is a very friendly staff and some cool in store animals.

Friendly staff, and has lots of cat geared options, which is very hard to find a good variety of in many pet stores. Always something interesting to bring home to my little one, and the staff are more than happy to help me with my slightly vague requests for products.

This is a great neighbourhood store, staffed by local people who know you by name. The nail trimmer who comes on the first of the month is a gem. Senior discounts are great. Bonus - you can park in the back and load your purchases like giant bags of cat litter.

Love this place. Staff are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We were having a hard time finding chew sticks for our rabbit and the staff made sure our order was ready promptly and even made suggestions to help keep our rabbits teeth in check!

This place doesn't feel like a chain store at all. The staff are so friendly, knowledgable and get to know the animals. The woman who comes in to cut nails (first Saturday is the month for $10) is also great. She is very good with the animals!
