I was a regular customer here .. Some of the large bags of Science Diet dog food on a pile were discounted from $159 to $135 (approx) some were not. The bag I choose was full price and when I asked why I was told the other bags were about to expire. There was no suggestions anywhere that the discounted bags were about to expire. An email to management (Wayne) confirmed that this is normal practice. When shopping a PetO Annandale always ask why something is discounted as the reason could be the product is faulty, smelly, old, new, demo, returned or even about to expire and you wouldn't know unless you ask. At PetO unfortunately you must always look the gift horse in the mouth.

I’ve been coming to PetO for years as a local, the staff are so friendly. My cattledog is a senior, he loves to have a DIY dog wash here however very hard to get in and out. He fell when getting out this week. I’ve asked if they could speak to management to have a portable ramp multiple times especially the past 2 years with my dog now 16 (the ramps are not expensive and can even buy on ebay). Think wheelchair access guys! I’ll happily change to 5 stars if you can please get a ramp for your dog wash it will make a the world of difference

Maybe not the cheapest place but nice staff and when I am shopping for kitty litter which is really bloody heavy there is parking right outside the front door which quite frankly is worth the extra cost. They also provide good discounts to regular customers and it's better than ordering online where most of the major pet retailers ( petbarn /pet warehouse/ pet circle ) end up saying you weren't home so we've left it at the local post office which is a real pain in the arse when it is 60 kilos of kitty litter!!!

Great stuff for all Animals..and are great prices....and keep your recent..as well.....as when I payed for a couple of toys for my little cheeky little devils child Bluetooth..kongs chuckit and many more but I had to take back a set of 3 chuckit set balls as 2 balls got Destroyed...and they are ment to be In destroyed in unbreakable laugh out loud not with my boy and hes only Australian red kettle cross American blue stuffy

Really great customer service by Allie. It was massive and inventory and supplies and the staff in Gen were very professional and helpful. Wonderful customer service. highly recommend in getting Pet supplies from this location.

Staff are always friendly and prices are reasonable. You can get stuff cheaper online which isn’t included in their price guarantee
