This is the last time I will walk into this PetSmart for anything. PetSmart called me a month ago to tell me about the chihuahua bath and brush special on Wed June 14th so I booked it for 6:30pm (after I got off of work). On Wednesday, PetSmart called me to say they had to cancel because someone “called in sick”. I rescheduled for today, June 17th, 9am. I get there at 8:45am. There’s a line to check in so I waited. There were 3 people ahead of me. 9:20am, still waiting to check in. My dog had an accident so I had a bag handy to clean it up and dispose of it 3 feet away in the garbage. I go back to my seat and a woman with her aggressive pit-bull were standing at the door. I kindly stated that I was next, she and I had words and attitudes were exchanged. I then walked into the salon to inquire what the hold up was as I’ve been waiting almost 45 minutes to check in. I cancelled my appointment for my dog and left. This is the second time in 3 months that this location had called to cancel because someone called in sick. Get it together PetSmart.

I’ve been visiting this location for a few years. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Ruben and Gage along with everyone else that works here are awesome at helping me find the right products for my pups. I Highly recommend this PetSmart to all my friends and family. The Banfield clinic in there is as well very helpful and convenient. I love shopping here. The selection of everything is wonderful. They have plenty of pets to choose from to food for your pets. (02/2019) Stopped coming to this location shortly after the pandemic began. The staff that use to be there supposedly was transferred to another location. The way they handle return policies because of the pandemic is poor. I refuse to shop at this location anymore. Don’t buy anything unless you’re 100% sure you really need it. Purchased some items a year ago. Ended up not needing a few things, a lady told me they weren’t doing returns because of the virus. I pretty much couldn’t even get store credit. Poor Customer Service now. 03/2020

Only good thing was the front office staff was nice. Feel ripped off! After waiting a month for an appointment with Dr. Dana Robinson to be seen for rabies vaccine, allergies, and to look at a spot on my dogs back i agreed to pay $160 for the visit. all that was done was rabies vaccine. Never got to speak with the Dr. Robinson as my dog was taken to the back and brought back to the lobby after. You would think for a month wait and $160 I could be brought into an exam room with my dog and then have a consult or some level of summary provided by the veterinarian. Guess I have to pay for another appointment to get my other concerns addressed (allergies, spot on back). I can say this it won’t be here. Don’t care to come back. Oh wait she forgot to sign the rabies vaccination certificate guess I have to. Rushed, missed concerns, and over priced.

Zeus loves this place! He cries when we get in the parking lot . Loves to watch the cats , loves that he gets to pick his treats and toys, enjoys being social with other dogs, uses the bathroom . Its like a Chuckie cheese but for dogs Staff are very friendly here and helpful whenever I need them. There are a couple things I would love to see added or changed. An outdoor bathroom area for the dogs . You have an area but you have a patch of large rocks and plants. I would love to see more variety in doggie boots, and items to train your dogs.. Always seem to have mountain trail boots out of stock that is needed for his size. Yes I am aware that you have another brand but they don't fit. The rubber ones don't fit either. For these reasons I am giving you a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for a positive experience

Normally I'm not this generous with pet stores because I have really high standards for my dogs and finding the right place is not that easy. But Janette made a big difference today and changed my perspective a little. Without me asking, she took her role to a higher level and made my needs hers by taking the time on helping me find the right product for my dogs. (Something you don't see much anymore) Was it maybe that she wasn't too busy at that time?? It doesn't matter! She definitely sent a costumer back home happy with a better image about PetSmart. I also want to thank a lot the grooming crew for doing such a great job with my kids and that means a lot as a customer with high standards.

So yesterday I received a call Phone the vet saying that they had had to reschedule for the third time because because the doctor hurt her back, that’s the excuse they gave me last time. They call me again saying that the dr broke her hand and then the first time was when they saying that she broke her foot. What kind of sick games are they playing? I will never take my dogs back there again. that one the guy that works in the front desk is very rude, and two how convenient is that one is almost the day of the vet check up they decide to cancel. I think they’re are lazy and they don’t wanna work or they don’t feel like checking your dogs at all. And I never had any problem before until now.

This service from the doctor was great but not the secretary I had to deal with that day that was literally arguing with me giving me the worst attitude about not having the wellness plan so I ended up paying the full amount and found out 2 days later that i fact I do so I had to go waste my time and go back and get only $60.00 back. Yea I'll be canceling that plan when it ends. And when I explained how she was acting they are like yea that's how we get. But other than that I do like this 1 better then bell rd and 7th ave/st. The doctor really has a bad attitude. Look I know it's not easy dealing with customers but don't take it out on me.

Great deals especially on their large selection of clearance items!! Plus this location was very organized.& clean. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable on products and took the time to show you exactly where items were located and answer any questions regarding them. It was a nice change not to feel like you were being rushed or bothering the employees by asking them questions.... My little girl, Gymberlee is usually a barker when it comes to new people but she was very calm considering she was in a new place surrounded by strangers and with that said; I definitely found a location which will be the "go to place" for Gymberlee!!

I went here to get my new dog Titus his new collar and harnass. The harnass was labeled with a price that didn't match what the register rang up. I explained there wasn't just one or two on the rack priced wrong that there were several. I asked to get the price that was marked on the rack since there wasn't any price similar to what was on the register and she gave me the rack price. I was so thankful because I wouldn't have had enough money for them if she hadn't given me the rack price. I was happy that I was able to give my NEW dog a comfortable fitting collar and harness along with his new home. Tahnk you associate at Pet Smart!!

It's a normal PetSmart and is kept right up to standard. Everything you could need for your pets. It is part of the old christown Mall but the entrance is to the parking lot on the north side. It's right around the corner from the large Target and next door to Ross. There is an epic amount of free parking and it's a real easy place to get in and out of. Your dog is welcome as long as he's on a leash. They have treats at the checkout counter too there is a health hospital and grooming center in the back of the store as well but I have no personal experience with their services. It does look clean.

I ordered in the evening to pick up the next day fir a cat birthday party. I went into the store and was happy to be greeted and helped very quickly. My online order was ready and to find out the store manager was the person helping me. Wow. She is awesome!! Really knows and cares about pets I purchased a few more things she showed me for a senior cat and opened a register to help others get out the store rapidly. I truly appreciated the time and help am new to this store but will be returning often. High five to all my new friends at the Bethany Home Rd store.

My dog was dropped off for a regular grooming appointment. His haircut is fine. However, the tech cut two of his nails too short. One on each back paw. If it was just one, I could let it slide. Mistakes happen, but two is excessive. Additionally, they did not tell us. I know my dog cried when they cut him, and they proceeded to cut him again. I can't bring him back knowing that they were that careless. We did not know, until we got home and noticed blood on his paws. We are so upset. The bare minimum should be informing us that his injury happened.

I love this place because they help me take care of my kitten how do you spell just getting on the street is almost dead they help me bring it back to life and save his life announce my boy and I all that to them they knew what they give him the new Attalla treating and I knew exactly what to do with him that’s why I like this place I highly recommend it to anyone that has a pet I don’t care if it’s a bird a lizard no matter cat dog come out or they can help you and I will and I love the friendly service as well and very knowledgeable PJ

I want to be irritated that their shelves and tanks seem to be empty but i see them filled every friday so i know its just that this place is so popping that its impossible to keep up. Im so thankful for the kindness of their staff walking me thru all the educational needs required to be the best pet owner possible. They give every person 100% of their attention and arent afraid to send you somewhere else if they dont have what you need right now. Cant spend a week without going! Thanks for all you have taught me!!!

This is by far the worst Petsmart I’ve gone to. No sense of urgency & poor customer service.The employees just look at you turn there head in case you needed help. I had another online pick up disaster! Went to pick up an order that said ready for prescription food and they put my order back to soon. The guy who helped went back to look for my food there was 1 can left. I purchased the 1 can and had to go to another Petsmart. Just a total inconvenience and a false email saying it was ready it’s a 3 day hold.

The worst customer service the white guy littery told me im not a customer when every people coming to the store are a cuatomer no matter if i have something or not im a customer, i just ask for restroom and they just told me im not a customer because i dont have nothing from the store with me, so i. Need to buy something in order yo use the restroom i was desperate so i bought whatever and show the receipt to use the restroom if i can give you 0 start i do it.

The manager, I believe his name was Joe, was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with the products I purchased. He took customer service to a new level. I am referring to the PetSmart in Christown Mall. I just went there a few days ago. I bought a large dog crate and a harness collar for my dog. I have been impressed with the customer service at PetSmart there every time I have gone in-- which has been about three or four times now. Thank you!

Second chances and respect for each pet's individuality are their values. I have four cats, one is not vicious but is sensitive at the clinic. The vet provided calming aids and had her return another day for her checkup which ended up successful. The technician was understanding of my cats sensitivity to the environment and clinic experience. (Lol I joke that if I had my one cat's attitude then I'd be ask to leave and return when calm, too.)

I tried to come in here early and cash the deal so I can open containers of cat food that would normally got the corner with off and 40% savings stuff like that you know I pick up 20 lb of bird seed last night for half price and it only had you don't need was missing like 10% of his contents so I'll try to get deals like that this one this store you get in there early on Fridays Friday morning so the best time Captain Marty

I came here in effort to get my kitten a haircut and I really had the best expectations, however, I was left extremely disappointed with the cut the Vanessa gave them. It seems as though she was afraid to do the job properly. My cats hair came out so shaggy and choppy it was a sore eye. Like they are cats scruff them and cut the hair off already. I’ve found other groomers who are absolutely wonder and did what I asked!

It's always a pleasure to be able to go here with your pets. I went recently with my big o Cane Corso and he absolutely loved the attention from people and loved being around so many little dogs as he still thinks he's a puppy even at 3 yrs old. Great place with better prices and this particular location was the cleanest location we've been to. Great having one near us as this will be Hidalgos favorite go to place

The workers at this location are outstanding and wonderful people! They've always been very patient with me when I realize I may have gone over budget, or when I need to make an exchange- which is wonderful because I'm very new to being a sole caretaker for dogs. Shanaya (I hope that's how it's spelled) has helped me on multiple occasions and really has been so understanding. Thank you so much for all your help!

Watch the total at the register and keep the card thingie with the advertized price if they allow you to. Otherwise take a photo. This store WILL put a card on a tank, advertizing it as being on sale, then charge you $50 more than what the regular price should have been, and then deny it later. We're enjoying the tank and the higher price is what it's actually worth so it was still a good experience.

We have tried other PetSmart grooming locations in the valley and not had the best experience, but this location has exceeded our expectations! Vanessa is so sweet with our dog and I can tell she really cares about the animals she sees. The entire grooming team is very friendly, professional, and organized. our dog looks great after her visit with Vanessa and will be excited to go see her again!

I went to this location's PetSmart Academy once a week for 5 months, taking the Intermediate Obedience, Advanced Obedience, and Therapy Education classes to help put Shasta on the path to success! EVERY Person in this store went above and beyond, first of all the kindness and then helping me find items that I don't normally shop for, and then to take things to my car cuz they were too big & heavy for me to handle. They refused to give a puppy the parvo shot that was necessary for her to see her owner before he passed. We offered double the money. It was an emergency. Her owner didn't have very much time left. They had 45 minutes before they closed and spent more time saying No than it would gave taken to give her a shot we were paying for. Shame on you pestmart.

They had close to no vet cat food, not even in the big bags or small bags. The small bags they did have were not the kind I need for my cat. So I had to go to a completely different location. I don't understand normally they have the shelves jam-packed. Considering you need a prescription for it, sounds like someone just didn't order ahead enough.

I have been going to the petsmart for 10 years mostly one on 7th st & bell rd. I have moved so I been going to this location & so far they're friendly & nice to my dog, even ran into someone used to worked at the other location recognized Mocha. Only thing sometimes they for get little things I asked for it. But overall it's not bad!.

Well I didn't catch his name but he had Blue (or pink) hair and he was just simply amazing! He was very informative about Betta fish and what I needed to get my aquarium up and going. He was a real sweetheart very good with people, Great customer service! I would definitely come back if I have any questions to see him.

We went in to get super worm for my 6yr old bearded dragon and was treated very respectfully. I also had questions about the chinchillas and asked to hold one and the employee was very kind and let me hold one and gave us alot of information about them. Definitely recommend this store for all your pets needs.

It's smaller than the rest of them, but makes up for it with more of a selection of toys, leashes/harnesses and almost any accessories you need for your pet/fur child or non-fur child. Also staff is super friendly and are there to help you find what you are looking for in-store or online if not in stock.

I visited cristown petsmart and I'll be honest, very cool place and customer service was outstanding. We end up buying a turtle. Everyone was so helpful and they gave us a good deal on top. I'll be definitely going back for all my pet supplies Highly recommended

I always love coming here, its also the only place i know that sells the specific dog food for my Great Pyrenees. Check out is really easy usually, with plenty of help. The staff on hand also can also make food suggestions for your pet. Good store.

Petsmart is just that. My dog is a pit bull who we rescued about 5 years ago. She will try to fight /eat any other dog in her immediate area. So I would probably give it a higher rating if I could bring her in the store. And way too expensive!!
