I don't live in Kanata however on Saturday I was there shopping so I stopped in to pick up treats & toys for my 2 Yorkshire terriers (I have a cat as well-so I'm always visiting a pet store monthly!). I saw nothing on the walls or at the cash informing me of the sale guidelines (one has to be a member) & when I picked out the items to purchase, choosing two of the same kind of treats, because of the posted sale I didn't see the small print informing me it was "member's only." I went up to the cash & the teller (who either was informed not to or just didn't care) didn't inform me either. He asked for my number, I said I thought I could be in the system but wasn't sure. He didn't check, ran my items through & away I went. At the car I took a look at my receipt & I had not received the sale pricing. I debated going back in, but since I have encountered this so often (not getting the sale pricing), I went back in. I checked the posted sale tag & in small print, which you would need to be looking for it & why would I? it said "member's only." I went to the cash & asked was there a cost to join?, because I obviously wanted to so I could get the sale pricing that I had just not gotten. He put me in the system, never offered to redo my receipt but "hey!" they got my email, which was the goal so they could sell it to other advertisers & send me advertising material!! This reminds me of other stores that post sale tags the day before, so people think they are getting the sale price, or grocery stores that don't take them down by the expiry date so again people think they are getting the sale price-most people never check so they go away blissfully unaware. I'm in business & this just confirms for me how truly sad it will be when all the mom and pop businesses are gone....because doing business where it's about the customer is truly becoming a thing of the past! Why would you not post or inform your customers of the requirements regarding sale tags-especially when you have so many things tagged? How is a person going to know the requirements who just steps in off the street and has never been there before. Perhaps training your staff properly and choosing staff who care would go a long way in avoiding loosing customers, like me. This was not my first visit but certainly my last!! UPDATE: The store manager did give me a call & addressed my experience at their store. I am very impressed with him calling me & the head office also contacted me as well. I wasn't looking for anything other than letting them know what had happened so that this could be avoided in the future. 5 star response, thank you Steve & Pet Smart!

We’ve been going to petsmart in general to buy stuff for our dogs but this is with respect to the grooming salon at the Kanata location. We’ve been regulars with Signe M who had befriended our German shepherd Ace, (who is reactive). Ace has been going there for about 2 years. A couple of weeks ago, Ace was a bit moody and lunged a little heading into his appointment. Nobody was attacked or bitten. He was controlled and stepped back. We were told they could not take him and to get him checked out to see what was going on. He has never done this before in the past 2 years he has gone to Signe for grooming. I then rescheduled the appointment to this week as he needs grooming. I received a voicemail Sunday (2 weeks after the « incident » (if I can even refer to it as such) simply advising that they won’t see him anymore and they’ve gone ahead and cancelled the upcoming appointment. Signe has done good work with grooming both our dogs. I’d like to think she stood up for Ace considering there’s never been any safety concerns in the past. That said, it’s unfortunate to see how quick they are to turn clients away but I can’t say I’m surprised. Between arriving 4 minutes late and being told to wait because they took a walk in instead (waiting time if 15 min) to being unable to book a simple nail trim and file online and having to call (typically multiple times and wait on hold to get ahold of someone) to then be told there’s no availability for several weeks is both frustrating and disappointing. We will be cancelling our account and finding a groomer better suited to care especially for our reactive dog and a place that is willing to have a proper discussion when and if such « incidents » occur before simply advising they’ll never see your dog again. Highly recommend avoiding their grooming service especially if you have a reactive dog.

This is a very poor Pet Smart store for having supplies in stock. I recently moved to Kanata, previously having done my pet shopping at the Pet Smart location on Hunt Club Road in Nepean. Since moving here I've made at least four individual trips to purchase regular stock and popular brands and flavours for my cat but each time this store has either had no stock at all or very little of the product or products I went to purchase. A few weeks ago, rather than make a wasted trip to the Pet Smart store in Kanata, I placed a phone call to see if they had a specific flavour of Fancy Feast wet cat food in stock and was informed that they were out of stock. Yesterday, I placed an online order at this store for a brand of Fancy Feast wet cat food because their website indicated they had eighteen cans in stock. I used my credit card to pay for the online order and was promptly charged. Ten minutes later I received an email informing me that there was an error and that they were out of stock at this location. Yet another hassle that could have been avoided had they updated their website. Why am I not surprised? My advice to this particular store is to either obtain more in-store stock on a regular basis or hire someone who can order properly to ensure there's enough in-store stock and the correct stock available for the consumer.

Ordered an aquarium online and drove to Ottawa from Pembroke to pick up a 50 gallon tank. I had measured the length and width of my car's trunk beforehand. When I arrived to do curbside pickup, and measured the tank I received the wrong aquarium. The dimensions of the fish tank I ordered was 36 in L × 18 in W and 19 in H. What I received was about 6 inches in width, and every other measurement was incorrect.When talking to the manager to try and resolve the issue he assured me if was the correct order even after I showed my receipt and the products dimensions on the website. When he finally admitted that it was incorrect he told me even the gallon size was wrong. I received a 75 gallon aquarium instead of the 50 I ordered. The manager explained that the website dimensions was wrong and they had no other aquariums in stock. I ended up returning it. During this entire time I did not get an apology for the inconvinence or a solution. Ended up driving to the pet store called Big Al's and got outstanding customer service there, an aquarium of the right dimensions and they even helped load the tank into the car. Overall my one-time experience with PetSmart was awful, and I will not be returning.

Exceptional service! We have been going to PetSmart for number of years and I thought it was about time to recognize the continued service we receive. Our latest trip was purchasing some new items for our, just adopted, puppy, D'Arcy. We required a new dog tag, leash, dog food, and bed. We were asked a number of times, very nicely, by several staff if we needed assistance. We did need help a couple of times, and were directed (and escorted) to the right area. When paying for the items we were asked (likely because of our items) if it was a new puppy. With a yes from us, she offered the puppy booklet with coupons. It costs 19.99$ CDN, but saves you up to 21$. Since our purchases were over 19.99$, it was a no brainier. Now we have several coupons for other visits (some are substantial $) and it really cost us nothing. Overall, we are always happy to visit this location as they have a great selection, friendly and informative staff, and it's always nice to see dogs roaming the store. Some employees should never be allowed near a fish tank. Young employee using the net to catch fish like it was a blender. The fish I bought were so stressed from the bull in the china shop style this employee had with the fish 9 out of 10 neon tetras I bought died within a couple of days. 3 out of 5 black tetra also died within in a couple of days. Some of the fish tanks at the store had multiple containers of plants floating in them that it was almost impossible for him to catch the fish because of these objects in his way. But he went on just the same and 20 minutes later caught a few fish while traumatizing them all. I also bought a few plants and the same employee decided it was a good idea to put the plants in the same type of bag as the fish and since they didn't fit in the bag he decided to push them all down and break every single leaf on them. My advice to the management is, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED NEAR ANY LIVING CREATURE.

Went to your store looking for a specific product listed as "in stock" on your website, but when we asked an employee with help finding the item, she straight up LIED to us and told us that not only do you NOT CARRY THE ITEM, but gave us a lecture in the healthcare of our cat.. and added a side lecture on human women's healthcare too, which is really just extra inappropriate. We actually had to go online to prove to your employee that you do carry the product, so she would tell us where to find it. Now, your employee does not know us, does not know our cat or her medical history, but feels like she has the right to not only LIE about the availability of a product and then tell us that the product you sell doesn't work.. but also feels the need to judge and try and shame us for buying a product that YOU SELL AT YOUR STORE. Absolutely outrageous. What a horrible experience to give your customers. We'll find somewhere else to go next time.

For starters, I don't live in Kanata, therefore, my dog was overwhelmed by the scents and sights (not a city dog either)...so when she was "acting up" (not sitting, just pacing...not bothering anyone or jumping on them). Got to the cash and there was a line, cool no problem. Had my girl sitting BESIDE me when she started to pace by my feet. Dogs barking like mad in the groomers salon and lots of people. Got to my turn at cash and the lady was EYEING ME (even while serving the customer before me) like I had a bad dog. Asks me how old she is and slams down a training schedule for me because she WOULDNT SIT. Then proceeded to treat me like we were bad and disruptive. SECOND time I've been looked down on at this location and I bet its because my dog LOOKS like a pittie. SHAME on you petsmart. She was just looking for a treat, but I won't be treated poorly because of my dogs appearance.

Yay Scampi Boy for graduating his beginner course tonight! Nellie, the in store trainer at Kanata PetSmart, was amazing. Please give this woman a raise and a massive shout out! Throughout the 6 week course, we learned a lot, got endless training and behavioural advice, and recommendations like safe treats, bones, toys, leashes, and harnesses. Nellie even stayed late after class when the store had already closed to help us fit Scamp in his new harness. Scamp also had the time of his life! After only a couple classes he would start vibrating with excitement as we pulled into the parking lot. He met some new friends: Finley, Findley, Willow, and Roxy who we hope to see around the store again soon! Thanks again to Nellie and the rest of the Wednesday night crew for making it such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back for some other courses in the future!

WOW! Service plus a Smile Two dogs, two days before Christmas and they really needed baths and grooming. I can't say enough about the pet grooming at this Kanata location. The staff were accommodating even at this hectic time of year for them. They originally said they could only do one full bath and groom for one dog. The other one they could brush and clip nails but they ended up doing full service on both. Even under pressure the staff were all smiles and are very professional. It's refreshing to have received such great service in these times!! This was the first time we had brought the dogs to a groomer (normally do it ourselves) but with the price they charged and the service provided, the dogs are going back there every three months now. Thanks PetSmart grooming for a great experience - you have a new long term customer.

Store is ok. I do prefer other locations for customer service and product. I'm more concerned with how they run the business end of the puppy/dog training. Completely unprofessional. Woman who was to train us, would not return a phone call, on the day of (canceled-her not us) training. When she did call initially, she was quite rude (loud sighs, bit snappy etc...). My husband and I showed up on the evening of the canceled training, to get some answers and to shop, and she turned on me. I directed her to my husband, who was the one who had booked and dealt with everything, and the one there who wanted some questions answered. Ended up asking for a refund as, again, she never returned calls, on the day of a second time. Found a great, professional training service that night. Will just avoid this store.

We have been coming to petsmart for grooming every months for 7 months. It is our dog's 1st birthday today, we scheduled a grooming service and arrived on time. We waited outside of the glass door until some other customer done checking in at the front desk. We went in but was told to wait outside because they were still working on another dog. 15 minutes past our scheduled time, my dog, male, intact became a bit impatient, when we finally waved inside, the groomer wanted to check my dog's paws and ears, but she said my dog did not allow her and bit her, so she could not take him. Our appointment got cancelled but my dog did not bit nobody. If the groomer rather works with easy dogs, you can reject the appointment weeks in advance. Thank you so much for ruining a birthday plan.. We will never go back

Garbage service, did an on line curb side purchase at 9:00am January 3, 2021. Never heard from anyone, called Sunday at 12 noon. Female employee answered telephone, explained I had ordered on line asked her if she had a record of it. She checked and said “yeah it’s here”, so I asked do they normally advise when you can pick up your order. She said yeah they send an email with 30 minutes of the order, I advised I never got one. Her response was, “well it’s here now, come pick it up”! I will order from Amazon from now on and keep my fingers crossed that other people do as well. I try to shop local, but when you get garbage service like this. I have no problem not shopping at this store and will keep my fingers crossed they go out of business.

I had gone to find a tank mate possibly a Snail which might clean the water as well for the existing Male Betta fish that I have in a 5 Gallon Tank. I was told by the pet Smart Employee that Snail would cloud the water more and instead was given 4 Zebra Daniels instead. After putting them together in the tank I realized they would not fit together because different type of moving speed of Zebra and Betta are terrible match to keep in the tank. Well the very next day my 1 year old Betta died. What is the point of misguided information by employees in the fish section? It is better to do your own research than trusting the advice of those persons who are just present there. It was disheartening for my kid whose pet died because of this.

I just moved to Kanata. This was my first time visiting PetSmart at this location. I went in for some tropical fish buddies to add to my aquarium. I was served my a young guy named Zach. I've been to dedicated aquarium stores and other fish selling stores before and I have to give HUGE props to Zach. This dude deserves a raise. He's the most knowledgeable aquarium expert I've ever encountered. I reckon he knows pretty much everything there is to know about aquatic life. He makes excellent recommendations and both my son and myself agreed that he clearly loves aquatica. He's visibly passionate about it. And he loves to talk and share ideas, information and, humbly, his opinion. I'll be back to see him in in the future. Thanks Zach!

My daughter and I had a great experience purchasing her first fish. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Matthew. It was a busy day and he was running around, wrangling crickets for one customer, carefully presenting a python to a young boy, keeping everything under control and he still had time to tell us everything we needed to know about owning a Betta. He was very knowledgeable and was focused solely on proper care for the fish over making a quick sale. I felt completely justified going well over what I had originally budgeted specifically based on the options he presented us. This location is not particularly convenient for us but we will continue returning for all of our future fishy needs.

Bad customer service for grooming issue. We were expecting more flexibility and humanity from a returning customer. Both were lacking which is typical of big brand stores. If you want your dog to be groomed take them to a local grooming store that would accomodate your needs and take you in. At petsmart Kanara, your just a number among others and they could care less if you dont go there anymore which I told them frankly. What a waist of time and opportunity for them! My guess is that their employees are not happy with their work conditions/ work load, and they are just fine not working so much, which you can tell. I will never go back!

I went in earlier today (i’m usually in once every 2 weeks for food and toys etc.) but today to get a harness for my dog (140lb kind shepherd). He became aggressive (growling/barking etc.) with the staff member helping me while trying on different sizes because he didn’t like all the touching and harness in general. The staff member was so professional and patient with my dog and calmed him down, and got the harness on him, i was very impressed. We were able to find the right size harness, then he carried the big bag of dog food to the car for me. 10/10 for that single staff member

Be careful…..An employee will befriend you , give a discount, take your cash …then embarrass you by stating she supports your cats in order look shiny and all giving..And after this SHE LAUGHED AND LAUGHED BECAUSE MY CAT ATE LILLIES AND I CRIED, in front of the whole neighbourhood…. she is heartless and if the whole story came on why this occurred. It would horrify you…..Someone who happily relishes in a dying cat should not be working at a pet store….I will order from Russia before this place again …..13 years but never again …..Thank you Shannon , you’re soooooooo special

Sry for one star I think this store is great with animals beautiful cats and bunnies for adoption everything most of good value I was just upset at my last few purchases one the bunny and hamster treats are mixed together so confusing and just really hard to find right food for my hamster because of what I read online. The main problem I have is my full cheeks bedding had pieces of blue plastic stretchy like in top chopped up in my bedding now as worried pet parent have to spend hundreds of dollars to check see if she’s going to be ok.

Staff have very bad Attitudes. First staff member we approached said she was off the clock and would send someone. Waited ten minutes had to go to the front and ask for a person to help us, waited another Five minutes, and another staff member finally came who had a very bad attitude and would not sell certain fish, needless to say a complaint has been made to their head office depending on their response this review will be revised, however at this moment I can’t recommend this store because of its horrible customer service.

Really great service and care of our 11 month old bernadoodle who came in for a full shave. Staff were friendly and considerate of our pup's needs, and did an amazing job with grooming considering he was a furry bear! The store has a large selection as well, loads of space to walk around with your dog, and returning/exchanging items was easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this location for grooming and supply needs. Lots of parking available as well, with super quick access coming on and off the Queensway.

Brianna was so helpful when we were picking out a fish. I had 0 clue what I was doing, but my son really wanted a fish. Brianna guided us in the right direction keeping our size of tank in mind. Brought us to the correct food, and gave us more than several amazing tips and tricks and info of the different types of fish that will go well with the one we chose. Excellent customer service. The cashier (I want to say his name was Mark) was also super friendly. 10/10 experience today!

About 2 weeks ago I bought 2 autocats to help clean the aquarium. It did definitely clean it, they died and infected my established aquarium with ICK. I did throw out the receipt so now I have lost around 50 sword tail Molly's leaving 4. I know that because I threw out the receipt I'm screwed so just wanted to give anyone buying fish from pet smart in Kanata a big warning. I am currently treating the last but believe I have no choice but starting all over again after 40 years.

Brianna is AMAZING!!! Her product knowledge and customer service helpfulness made the difference. I was educated on product and was able to make better purchase decisions. I did purchase more than I expected. However, once I was shown the value of each product in relation to my pets needs, I felt justified in the extra dollars spent. I've gone twice to buy fish in the last year. The same person helped me and would not let me buy fish. She asked a million questions and basically assumed my tank was not ready. Previously in the past I've never had an issue. Who's business is it, if I want to buy fish you shouldn't deny a person. They always have dead fish floating in their tanks, so maybe spend a little more time conditioning your tanks that analyzing mine. I'll never buy fish from this store again.

Loads of dead fish in the tanks. Bettas are poorly treated. Employees are not fully educated on different types of fish. Employees are also not very helpful and tend to take the easy way out instead of doing things the right way, some of the employees are very rude. The customer service is overall awful. I wouldn't go to this petstore if I didn't have to but seeing how it's the only petstore in my area with fish I am stuck. Don't go out of your way to come here.

Excellent customer service. We rushed in 10 min before closing to buy a betta fish for our daughter. Our previous fish had died and our daughter distraught after we tried to find another fish at another pet store. The saleswoman was helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the fish. We were able to get another fish plus the proper supplies we’d previously missed. We were invited to return if we had any problems. Highly recommend the staff at kanata pet smart!

I am trying to get a booking for pictures with Santa. When I called, they redirected me to online where it does not work. I called again and then I was redirected to their app which does not give the option to book Santa pictures. I asked if they could book me over the phone and they said no. I’m giving up at this point. I thought the point of Santa pictures was to bring people into the store and buy products but I guess they don’t want that. Unbelievable.

The treatment of reptiles in itself should have this store shut down. But the main reason for this review is for their god awful dog trainer. The alpha principal has been proven irresponsible and reputable trainers do not use this method. Their dog trainer is crass, rude, assuming people who walk in no nothing while all at the same time proceeding to try and pet my dog after I had stated she was head shy.

The reviews with low stars don't lie. Unreal to be treated like that and turned away with my sweet little furry boy. I've not once ever had an issue bringing him for grooming and here I was greeted with immediately being told he needs to have a muzzle and that I need to have his rabies paperwork. Turned around and went to a great place in Nepean that loves him called Furry Tails which I highly recommend.

Was there yesterday. Loved the sale and ordering online, but pick up was a bit confusing. The Pet Smart app wouldn't let me submit that I was there (kept asking me for my car details even though I'd put them in) and nobody was answering their phone. Luckily an employee came out or I probably would have had to bang on the glass. Once they noticed me, though, service was good and employee very friendly.

Staff here are always excellent but most recently we were helped by a staff member called Zak and got a rabbit for one of my kids. A few months later my other kid also wanted a pet, and Zak helped us again. He was very patient and gave some great advise and we got 2 rats, which are excellent pets! I'm not one to write reviews but Zak is extremely knowledgeable and deserves the credit!

Most staff has been absolutely amazing. Adam, Breanna, Amanda went above and beyond while there and also when we have called with questions and concerns about our betta.I wouldn't even consider going to another location because of these 3 employees. They are just that amazing! So please make sure you do everything to keep these people. They are a huge asset to your company

Friendly staff, clean store, well stocked. One thing to note is although all the staff are always helpful, there is this one employee in the fish department who always goes above and beyond, answering all my million Cichlid questions. He’s very knowledgeable and never makes me feel like I’m asking stupid questions. He is why I own 6 tanks now! Great service!

Pretty good selection of fish and supplies! Needs more shrimp though. Also I found the goldfish were too many in a tank and many dead ones floating around. When I told the worker that this is stressful for the fish, I felt brushed off and he just said they'd take them out in a bit. The bettas are kept in tiny containers and half of those were dead as well.

Bunch of self proclaimed experts that think they have the knowledge to tell you what you can and can’t buy for your own pets. One of them will tell you one thing, the next will tell you another. Refuse to sell fish into a “smaller than needed” tank but keep them in smaller than required tanks ALL DAY with dead fish littered all over the tanks.

Team at the store is very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They are always willing to help and smiling. Most important they have great advices and know what they are doing. Very nice place to go!! Good people all around. Folks wee very resourceful and helpful. I felt prices were so competitive and lower than other big box pet stores.The grooming people were also nice. Only thing which i felt was missing was that our dog was used to Acana brand food from the breeder and we have to get it from other store. Would strongly recommend them.

We took our lab-retriever dog for a bath. He was super nervous going in but left super happy and smelling so nice! This was our third time using this grooming salon and we have nothing but great things to say! The price is perfect and the service is fantastic. We went here the night we picked up our pup and got all our necessities. The staff here were great, everyone loved our puppy and helped us get what we needed making a few suggestions too things we hadn't thought of to make our lives easier. We decided to enroll in puppy classes and she is loving her classes and classmates.

Friendly helpful staff. Limited selection of small pet supplies, toys. Very disappointed that small animal hotelling is not offered. Very hard to find accommodations for small pets, this would be a valued service. Treats rewards program is great, well appreciated. Haven't seen sale prices on essentials in a while.

Great experience with Petcare here. I come in regularly as I have many pets, and I love the staff in that department. The groomers are wonderful with my dogs. They took the time to initially get to know them so that my dogs are not stressed at all with repeat visits. The overall atmosphere of the salon is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. PetSmart! Pay your employees better. They deserve better working conditions!

I’m not a huge fan of PetSmart due to there unethical treatment of caged animals. That being said, it’s important to recognize that they offer pet products and that there staff are kind and give the best support they can. This location is always super friendly to my little man.

Amazing groomers and wonderful grooming salon! Ashley, Kristen, Jess.D and Jess R. for all your dogs haircutting needs I wouldn't suggest anyone or anywhere else! Chelsea is also an amazing Bather for when your dog just need a bath! Best place to bring your dog for grooming!

Great location with friendly staff and plenty of stock. Have been visiting this location for years and keep coming back. They have products for all the normal pets, and also many of the less common ones. Decent prices on most things, plenty of parking in the lot out front.

4/5 stars because the employee was extremely helpful, kind and patient in explaining how to properly care for a beta fish. A star taken away for the state of the beta fish there. I am planning on rescuing one once the 72 hours have finished of the tank being installed.

Always a great grooming session for my Yorkie! Jessica R., at the Kanata location, is amazing and cares for your pet. She knows her clients and works with you to make sure everyone is happy. My Yorkie is very anxious, but with Jessica she has been fine. Great job!

Staff is ok. It shows that not all care about their jobs and do it for their bills. Definitely do have some items that I like ordering from here. Sometimes better pricing than Ren's pet due to comparison. Overall, not a bad pet shop to stop by here and there

Best experience I’ve ever had with grooming for my dog. For some reason, my dog just never has nice haircuts. Jessica R was so kind and she helped us pick the perfect length, which resulted in the perfect cut! Could not have asked for a better groom/service.

We brought our child to purchase q gampster and kit. The starter kit we bought was super damaged but since we are in a rural area we had to keep it and use it. Therefore the store would not exchange. Thanks for taking a good experience and destroying it.

Good store, great selection. Here I can buy everything I need for my dog with digestive problems and for my kitten there is a selection of canned food not only with liver but also with other flavors. They have a Halloween collection on display right now.

I get crickets from here regularly. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable though sometimes they are hard to find. It's clean and organized. Overall a great place to grab live feed. They also have a large selection of fish and reptiles!

Helpful and friendly staff. This is a decent PetSmart. The staff are super nice and answer questions. The store seems a bit smaller than others ice been in, but they always have what I need. It's my go to when I need specific cat related items.

Please stop mistreating betta fishes. They are kept in very small containers without proper water change. It's inhuman and unkind. If you want to sell them, give them good living conditions. They are living beings deserving equal right to live

Older store, a bit crowded but well stocked. Found what I was looking for with a bit of cruising through the aisles. There was puppy training in progress when we were there which was interesting to watch. The staff were quite friendly.

Nellie, the dog trainer, is amazing. She understands dogs so well and gives a really good analysis of their behaviours. I see improvements with my two dogs instantly and learn so much every time. I highly recommend classes with her!

I went to PetSmart looking for a snail and was very pleased with the customer service. We were helped by Moe and it is very clear he loves his job. He was able to answer all my questions and more. This guy deserves a raise.

I like the selection of pets they have available. Haven't bought my hamster from this location, but the Merivale location has a great selection of hamsters. I find it easy to find everything my hamster needs in the store.

I had my large Australian Shepherd groomed with Jessica R. and it was fantastic. She did a thorough job and my dog was happy (as was I). I will definitely be returning and recommending Jessica at Petsmart as a groomer.

Store is well organized, staff is helpful. Critters' cages are always clean. Variety of brands, great selection of food at different price points. We have used the grooming service a few times and have no complaints.

First time in the store. Extremely rude staff. Seem like the kids are on a power trip. Went in on a Thursday night. We reluctantly went through with our purchase, but will never be getting our business again.

Brought our dog Max for an overdue hair cut. Kate in the grooming salon is a fantastic groomer. She shaved off his hair but still left him looking cute. Max can't wait to see Kate again soon!

Curbside pickup now. I haven't waited long for my orders. Once i arrive I go to the Pet Smart app, the staff are notified. It usually take 2 to 4 minutes before they come out with my order.

Upsetting to see the lack of care for their betta fish, as one was dead and another looked sick. Wish they would stop selling live animals (not including the cats/bunnies up for adoption).

We've had good experiences here. We had a faulty product, but bad lost our receipt. They stood by it and exchanged, without issue. Lots of selection, and our dog loves visiting as well.

Just in your store, its 3:17pm. Middle aged cashier at the front with a chip on her shoulder needs an attitude adjustment; however you probably already know that. Wont be back
