I always heard bad experiences from other people at Petco, and this time I had the worst experience with the grooming at this Petco specifically with the groomers Joan N and Stephanie S. I took my dog, Max, three times at this Petco and ever since the first time, Joan N was extremely rude. I still decided to take Max with her the second time thinking the first time was just her having a bad day even though I clearly saw her pulling my dog’s hair as she brushed him. When I took him in for the second time with Joan N, because somehow she is the only groomer that is always available, she was still rude. By the third time, I decided to choose Stephanie S “the manager” as Max’s groomer thinking she would be much different than Joan N which unfortunately was even worse. She cancelled on me two hours before my appointment and unfortunately put Joan N as the groomer for Max. I knew that this would not end well due to the two experiences before, however, we chose to go anyways as our dog was going to be neutered and we knew he would have to recover for several weeks before he could go for a bath again. When I came in for my appointment, all of sudden Joan N was nice and greeted Max like she hadn’t complained about him before. I left him for about 20 minutes when I got the call that I had to pick him up because he was acting “aggressive” and was not letting himself dry which came as a surprise to us since Stephanie S groomed him before and had no complaints about him being aggressive or not letting her dry him to finish the job. However, the real reason why Joan N was frustrated was not because Max was misbehaving, it was because Stephanie S had put all her appointments to a groomer that had no patience and was clearly the aggressive one in this situation. When we got there to pick Max up, he was completely dry, yet the groomers explained that they couldn’t finish the job which was a lie as they were just trying to finish other dogs for more money. Supposedly I talked with a manager who didn’t do anything, Stephanie never spoke to us about the situation but instead hid in the back when we came to the store to fix the problem and the way this Petco decided to fix the problem was by blocking my dog from being able to go to different Petco’s for grooming. When I called once again to ask why I couldn’t access the website, Joan N answered the phone and when I asked for someone to talk in Spanish she told me that no one was there that could help me in Spanish and hung up on me. Then when I called again, not surprisingly someone answered in Spanish willing to answer my questions. However, there’s millions of other places that will do their job with kindness. Lastly it’s really sad that Joan N has to ask her friends to write good reviews for her because her clients won’t including putting Stephanie S to write a review saying that she is the best groomer when Stephanie is the manager which leads me to question what kind of employees this Petco has.

Perpetually understaffed, although the cashier who's always there (according to my receipt her name is Ronnie but she had just traded registers with another person so I'm not sure) is very nice and helpful. However, this Petco is always understaffed to the point where you could be the only person in the store and still be waiting in line for five minutes. I also just picked up my dog Norman from grooming, and not only did they do a patchy job (I know he had lots of matted knots, but even his tail has two random tufts that just weren't cut to match), but they claimed they couldn't cut his nails because he tried to bite them when they got the clippers near him. He's been there before specifically to have his nails cut, with this same groomer Blandy, and has never behaved that way (at home yes, but at multiple groomers I have watched him get his nails trimmed and he does not bite or growl when he's on the table) before. This appointment was also rescheduled from yesterday because the groomer called out yesterday and thanks again to the lack of staff, we were forced to reschedule which threw off our whole home schedule and we had to rearrange a few things to be able to bring him in today for his less-than-stellar grooming. To top it all off, this appointment was to freshen Norman up for my wedding this weekend and instead of looking sharp he looks patchy and uneven, which doesn't make any sense since his hair was cut short enough to get rid of all the mats. . . . . . Apparently I never finished and posted this review. I will say that management refunded me after I left a complaint with the company itself and they were understanding and kind in responding to me. However, the damage is done and while I will continue to shop at Petco for pet merchandise needs, I will definitely NOT be returning to the grooming salon at this location. Petco management Please give the lovely cashier a big raise tho very nice helpful and clearly doing a lot of work to make up for the low staff.

All the times I’ve been there (over 10 times), there is hardly any inventory, and when I order ahead online for pickup, my orders always end up getting cancelled due to them not having inventory (I have never received an online order where all items were actually available). It also always seem to be understaffed, Petco should invest in more staffing so the employees have extra help. Update: I just wasted my morning. I ordered cat food online for pickup (I’m sick so someone is picking this up for me), on the notification it said it would be an hour for the order to be ready. I received a notification an hour and a half later that said the food wasn’t in stock. So I ordered a smaller bag that the site showed was still in stock, but since I’m on limited time and someone was doing this pickup favor for me, I called to double check and make sure it was actually available. The woman who answered the call said she was going to check for me and put me on hold. I know that Petco gets full so I figured it would take long, but when I noticed I had been waiting a half hour I looked through my email and noticed I received a notification within minutes after calling that the order was cancelled due to it being out of stock. I was so angry and frustrated, she had me on hold for over a half hour instead of following up with me over the phone. Another waste of time. I placed another order at the Petco on La Brea and they were really great and helped me immediately, they have always been stocked with what I need there, so I’ll just start ordering from there from now on. It sucks because this Petco is only 4 blocks away from me, now I have to go out of my way. This Petco is so mismanaged

1st time using their grooming services for my dog. Got a bath w/ face, feet, fanny add on. Grooming was great. Fen was clean, fluffy, smells good. Very satisfied with the grooming itself. Less thrilled (and the reason for 3 stars) with receiving 2 calls from petco after dropping off my dog 1st where I can obviously here dogs and ppl in the background. I'm repeatedly saying "hello" in the phone. The person in the other end saying nothing, then saying hello hello and hanging up. Then petco calling right back and hanging up. I call back and can't get anyone from petco grooming to answer. While I'm on hold freaking out petco sends the text that Fen is ready. I hang up and they call to say Fen is ready. I asked about the hangup calls from them, "oh it was a miss communication with another groomer. Fine, cool, but why not call me and say that instead of having me freak out think something happened to my dog?! 2nd issue, I pay $20 a month for this Petco rewards where you get 20% off grooming and $15 petco rewards each month. I specifically asked for the 20% for grooming AND the $15 in rewards. The cashier told me my total was $40 something, maybe $48. I get my receipt and I was charged $62.45. They didn't take the 20% grooming off. The Hollywood location is not the 1st petco that has done this. What is the point in paying monthly if yall keep cheating me out of the savings I'm using it for?!

Okay, so much going on at this location. First off, I want to say that I love Petco, and still shop at their stores, but refuse to shop at this location anymore. There was water flooding the aisles from leaking fish tanks. Chemicals/cleaning supplies left out and open were pets could potentially get into them. They also were so unorganized and gross. Dog food and other merchandise scattered all over the floor. Couldn't find anything. Online they say this store is fully stocked with items, but once inside you see that's clearly not true. The few items they do have are half opened and toppled over. Also, nothing seems to be in the right place, almost like they just dumped whatever they could find from the back on random shelves. Customer service was lacking, but I blame management. They seemed wildly understaffed and there is only so much one cashier can do on their own. But the biggest concern I have is the wellbeing of all the little animals they sell in there. If the store is this gross and neglected all the time, and other customer reviews state as much going back several months, you have to wonder how adequate their animal care is...

Some employees are incredibly sweet and helpful. It is rarely stocked or has basic supplies, which is frustrating. They started capping the amount of crickets you could get to 40, which is hardly enough for one day for my 4 reptiles. Today I called ahead to see if the cap on buying insects was lifted, spoke to Nick, who was very kind. He told me I could buy whatever they had to offer without problems now. I sit in traffic for 45 minutes only to get there and be told by an abrasive blue-haired women who works there that isnt true and she won’t sell me more than 40. I let her know I called ahead and spoke to another employee, but didn’t seem to care. I told her my friend and I would each take 40 if that was the case, to which she kind of winced and said she didn’t think they’d have enough regardless. I’m so sick of this kind of treatment, order your inventory accordingly! Someone needing 80-100 feeder insects is not uncommon, and is a service you offer.

I've lived 1 block away from this place since it was built and the one thing I can depend on is that it never has what I need. Maybe 4 out of 5 visits results in one of the very friendly and attentive staff telling me to come back on Wednesday because that's the day after the truck comes in. I think that the main problem is that the truck that comes in on tuesday night is most likely a short bed pickup. Whoever decided that this was a great location for a major pet supply retailer, they had the right idea from a foot traffic standpoint but they really should have thought about the fact that they left no room for backstock. Call ahead if you're looking for something specific and check if it's available before coming here. Personally, I go to one of the more appropriately designed/ fully stocked locations whenever I'm out and happen to pass one. This one's a lost cause for me.

I love coming to get my dogs groomed here by Joan! She does my boxer and chihuahua and has for many years. She’s trustworthy and talented (I seen what she can do with the furrier babies too). This being said when I came in and I was waiting for my doggies to be done I saw a dog she was drying off become aggressive and she was trying her best to control the situation. I saw a superior tell her to stop because obviously it’s not the best choice to work on a dog freaking out. The owners of the dog became incredibly rude and aggressive towards Joan calling her lazy and other inappropriate things. After causing a scene they came back with more people to try and intimidate a manager. If you see any bad reviews it’s literally those cheap lowlifes. Joan is a star employee and I been a loyal client and will continue to go to her

I ordered online I received a email my order was ready..i went the following morning to pick up my order and my order was not ready..i had to wait in a long line just to be told my order wasnt ready and had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to go look and get the things I ordered off the shelf...if that was the case I could've just gotten my own things...This petco sucks this is the second time they do this to me..they say my order is ready and it never is then I have to wait again for someone to get the things for me off the shelf!!!!!! terrible online service..or whoever is in charge of getting online orders ready...I wont ever go back to this petco in Hollywood and I'll make sure none of my friends or family go to this petco

Went to get my new kitten her vaccinations. The vaccination associates, and Sebastian were extremely friendly except for Romeo. He seemed annoyed, hangry, or in a bad mood. I asked him when I came in where do I go for vaccinations and he said to go to the people with scrubs on that side.(There was one woman with pink scrubs and the rest with grey scrubs). I was overall confused on where to go so I asked the woman with pink scrubs who told me to line up after the others in line. Overall, it was confusing on where to go. There is a vetco hospital side but it's not open yet so the mobile vaccination team were setup in the dog training area. Their signage is not visible when you walk in through the entrance so you have to ask.

Seems really desolate in this store and there was only one cashier on site, no one else in the store. There was a strong urine odor at the entrance near the elevator when I arrived this afternoon. In addition to this when I asked the cashier for access to the restroom I was denied and was informed it's for employees only. This is the first petco in the L.a. area that seems to not care about their customers, all other locations have restroom usage for all. Honestly I'm a little sad considering how much money this company has received from me and my pets over the years. I think more of my business will go to centinela feed from now on. 1 stars because I atleast found the products I was looking for.

Love this location. Always stocked and they carry fresh wheatgrass and catnip for my cats ( not many pet stores in the area do). I highly recommend one also check out their animal hospital inside. You can make an appointment in different 10 minute increments online for vaccinations, microchipping, etc. and you are in and out on your schedule. The DVM (Veterinarian) does all the work in front of you. The vet technicians are very good as well. Prices are reasonable and fair (likely less than you may pay at your vet office; this was the case for me at least.) There aren’t a lot of full service pet stores in the Hollywood area and this one is big and stocked. Highly recommend!

It was a complete waste of time coming to this Petco yet again. I have 2 cats, 2 reptiles, and a tarantula so I have quite a few pet supply needs on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this location is in chaos and never stocked with more than half of what I need. The few times I’ve attempted to get live food here (super worms, wax worms etc.) half of them in the refrigerator have been dead or in poor shape. The cat supply aisle is nearly empty and extremely disorganized. When I tried to get frozen mice and live insects today the refrigerator was empty/broken and the cashier at the front couldn’t help me and was on his phone while I checked out. Don’t bother coming here.

My friend and I stepped into this Petco to get food for my cat. As soon as we walked in, we saw empty shelves, boxes everywhere, and horrible customer service. During checkout the cashier continuously mumbled to herself and was impatient while I was paying. While my friend was paying, the cashier had sent her to an open register then helped the person that had been behind my friend. After helping the other customer the cashier then asked my friend if she was ready and finally checked her out. The cashier mumbled during that exchange as well and was also rude about her not having a rewards number. Never coming here again.

I used to work here, and I can say only very few know what they are talking about and the rest lie. Plus the animals are not taken care of like they say. Avoid going here if u can please! For your sake and for ur pets safety. If u have no choose please seek out Teddie L., Cristian D., Jasmine M. Dog trainer, and Jasmin D.... if not go to La Brea petco... trust the people who are putting 5 stars are either being mislead or are not even real shoppers!!! Pictures below show parakeet habitat that wasn't cleaned for a week, dead Fish left out in the open, and spoiled vegetables that were left in the reptile habitats...

This is legitimately the worst Petco to shop at in Los Angeles if you have a cat. The shelves spend more time barren in the cat food section if you’re looking for a brand other than their store brand. The management has been outrageously rude when asked if they could look in the back. When a question is met with a glazed over face and then yelling, it’s time to go else where. I never have problems with dog food here, just cat food. Shame they can’t support this store. We won’t even get in how stupid it is to try and park here. Maybe in our lifetime the lot will finish its perpetual construction.

I am person who hates leaving reviews because I think reviews are BS! But when I was inform that Joan is being harassed I felt compelled I need to to write one. Joan has been grooming my dog for six years now and I always come back to her because she's great! And the only reason I go to petco grooming because of her! Joan is an exceptional groomer who has patience and cares about the animals she grooms. And that one person and her hoarde of people that leaving horible reviews just need to move on. FYI Petco isn't the only location that grooms dogs... there's a bunch in hollywood.

Absolutely a terrible, terrible service. The manager gave so much attitude about every little thing, even from the moment we walked in. We just asked some questions, and he was already so aggressive and rude we we're thinking twice about this place. I'm never going back to this Petco because most of the staff are rude, and unkowledgeable about some animals. Don't get me wrong, here are some chill people but a lot don't want to help you out or act all pissy when you even ASK a question. The manager gave so much attitude that he didn't give proper change back just to be a dick.

The worst Petco I been to. Bella customer service was so horrific. She belittle my family and I. She refuse to bag my purchase. Had the audacity to tell me that they don't bag the purchases. Made fun of us in front of her manager that didn't do anything about it and they were other customers there too. I am a Petco customer for over 15 years and have never encounter employees to behave in such a horrible manner like Bella. To make matter worse the petco was dirty the shelves were empty and where they house the poor cats was filthy and hot. They should shut down that petco.

Seriously don't waste you're time coming to this place. This Hollywood location has been completely mismanaged for months now. Aside from the laughable supply of stock, there is never more than one person at the register. Even when there's 5+ people in line in the middle of the day on a Sunday.... I just can't support a business that doesn't care about its customers (this stores mgmt not PetCo as a whole). I will never be coming back. I recommend to everyone considering shopping here, take the extra couple minutes to drive to the LaBrea PetCo. You will be so much happier.

Joan N is the worst groomer at this Petco! She clearly lacks compassion and does not deserve to be a groomer, I truly wonder how she was able to continue being a groomer for this long (shame on this company). I also see a lot of reviews of "clients" that supposedly have been going to her for many years, but it's clear to me that they don't truly love their dogs and don't have a heart either. Please don't waste your money and time on a groomer that makes her manager and friends write reviews because she can't do a great enough job to get real clients to write them for her.

Petco has a loyalty program so it has to be paid for some way. I find that unless you buy with sales or coupons, they are more expensive than anywhere else. However they have food for every pet imaginable - from your typical dogs and cats to rodents, snakes, fish, Etc. I never see the same sales help twice so many times you ask a question and people don't even know what you're asking about. It's a friendly place which is typically well-stocked. There is free parking. Bring your own bag or they will charge you.

But Omar who is the manager here was so nice to me and willing to help me with all my questions and needs for advice since I'm new to this doggy owning thing. I normally don't trust sales associates because a lot of them have shown me to know nothing, but not only did Omar save me the last bag of the brand I needed, he also showed me other items that I knew was for my dog rather than a $ ... Go to this location :)

You had everything I needed. Sadly, the impulse buy merchandise I wanted, none of it was small enough for my dog, all size x's and xl's. That said SPECIAL NOTE NEEDS TO BE MADE OF GROOMER YULIA - she was super awesome with my scared dog who just needed her nails ground down. Unfortunately, my dog was so uncooperative she couldn't get her nails done, so she didn't charge me. I was so impressed, I will be bringing my mom's fluffy yorkie to get groomed here. Yulia is great.

Took my bro's dog Nala in today had Joan take care of her she's usually very nervous with new people Joan took the time and effort to have her chill so fast her being my lil pitbull i could see how ppl get nervous but the way My girl was treated by Joan and done job quicker than expected even convinced me to get essential plus package she loved it! Great groomer one of the best! Very patient and understanding awesome you go girl! Would highly recommend

I was devastated that their fish are being moved. That isn't it. The issue is that are taking their sweet time getting the new area together. I was in there last week after a three week span of time since the aquatic mgs. said it was moving fish to the back. It looked as if they only disconnected the front. No work was even started in the back. Would like to know when they expect to finish this move. I don't want to buy my fish and plants anywhere else.

Screw Petco. Even if you’re a regular customer, they’re not loyal to you. I arrived at 9pm and the guy recognized me and said “no sorry” even though I was just getting my regular fare and he had people in line with more stuff than I. To shut the door on someone’s face who you recognize is so rude and I don’t feel appreciated by Petco, just another giant corporation who feels no responsibility toward their customers, let alone a personal touch.

The guy that was working in the fish area of the store was just great! I didn't get his name, but he was extremely knowledgeable about fish and was able to answer all my questions about acquarium sizes, what kind of food makes up the fish diet, how much to feed fish, what type of plants, etc. that bettas favor in their watery habitat, and everything else I asked him. He was extremely helpful, and I learned a lot about fish! He was just great!

I was not allowed to use the restroom while shopping because “ it was under construction” But the same bathroom was granted to other people which curiously enough, happen all to be white. It’s beyond belief that this is where we are in 2021. Shame on the manager and other workers who condone to this type of behavior, excluding the white man in the back who was actually helpful and kind. I hope that the store does better in the future.

There appeared to be only 1 person working. I called for curbside pick up and no one answered. I went into the store, the line was to the end of the store. I continued to call while in line and again no one answered for the pickup even though I heard the announcement on the store speaker. When I finally got to the checkout that woman was able to get my curbside order. I didn't see any other employees while I was there.

If you have a pet, and you need some supplies for that pet, then Petco is a good place to start. You can get stuff for your cat, your dog, or you're more exotic pets (birds, turtles, fish, mice, etc). The store is very clean and and is laid out well. The employees are easy to find if you need help. Dogs are welcome in the store, cats are welcome in the store, most pets are welcome in the store (to my knowledge).

So let me start by saying that Joan is the best groomer i have ever had. She is the best. Prior to Joan my pup didnt like taking baths or getting groomed, but now ooooooh forget it my pup loooooves going to the groomers at petco. Joan is very proffessional and knows whats best for my pup. I have rarely gotten my pup professionally groom but now i thinks its one of my best investments. THANK YOU JOAN!!!!

This place sucks the groomer Joan N was very unprofessional to offer online reviews incentives for great reviews. It's exactly what Joan and her manager been doing lately "I'll give you a discount if you gave us a good review" but in reality they handle business in horrible way!!! watch out.

I like Petco very much - its location is one reason, I have a disability, so I can’t carry heavy things. I’m glad I’m able to have the cat litter delivered. That will help so much! The employees are another reason - they are always so kind and helpful. I wish I could order wet cat food online, but my fussy Tortie likes a variety of food. I sure hope the elevator company comes out and fixes it.

With this location being a short walk for my pup, and I...we visit quite often. The staff is friendly, and helpful. My pup is always excited to go pick out his snacks, toys, and see other fur buddies doing the same. Make sure to grab your fur baby a frozen doggie treat out of the freezer by the entrance which is full of doggie ice cream choices, and frozen bone marrow

So just adopted my dog Kratos about 3 weeks ago. I was a little nervous about getting him groomed, but the groomer Joan reassured me that she will do her best and try to make Kratos's first trip to the groomers a wonderful experiance for both him and me. The animals are so cute and the staff is very caring and helpful! I like shopping here for my husky. Employees definitely seem well informed of the animals, especially aquatics. Oscar was able to identify and explain the care for each species. Tanks are looking better. The store itself is very well organized. Employees at the register are very welcoming and kind.

Rhis place is not managed properly. It needs a good GM. Their store is half empty. Stocks are not there. When you need somethings the staff said delivery next week. Such an excuse. Not a great place to shop. Petco prices are always high, but this one also runs out of a lot of things, and has only one checkout person most of the time. For some reason, most transactions seem to require a conversation... so you can easily end up in line for 20 minutes if there's a couple people in front of you. It is convenient having this store here.

I took my dog for the first time today to this Petco trusting Joan N and Stephanie S with my dog. NEVER AGAIN my poor dog was traumatized and I will never know the reality of what happened. I didn’t notice this until I got home because he wouldn’t eat and when I would pick him up he was listless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH JOAN N AND STEPHANIE S.

Their online stock is never correct and the shelves are bare. Maybe its because of the remodel but its hard to know what im gonna get when I go in. I also wish Petco in general would say what live fish they stock as it would be easier to know before I go. Been waiting for a certain fish to come back and have to keep going to the store to find out.

Came in here with wanting some puppy food for my husky and jose helped us. He was very knowledgeable and so nice and ave us options and advice and didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't want so that was good! Also the cashier was nice too, forgot her name but she was along side with jose, she helped us set up a rewards card so thanks!

I was refused service in the fish department by Lenin, after he pretended to speak with a manager regarding my request for 12 goldfish. I later spoke on the phone with the manager on duty and was told no one had spoken with them about my request. I was forced to go to pets mart instead where they sold me the 12 goldfish with no issue.

I want to thank Joan N for doing an amazing job on my pup Echo. Joan is one of the best groomers that's able to groom my pup Echo (my pup is wild). This Petco was also a favorite my dog products and even some cat products when I came here to inquire about a fish, i was rudely shoved off and told where to find them. I told the associate i needed help with the choices i was going to make and then they dreadfully had to help me anyways. Ugh maybe next time will be better

Maybe it was because I was in the store shortly before they were closing for the day, but the store looked very "picked over". They seemed to be out of most things in the dog section. The inventory that was there was in disarray. Next time I go to Petco, I'll try going earlier in the day and see how the store looks then.

There's no customer service if you do find someone working there they're all the phone or they're talking about going out and who silk it up with each other Plus they were out of stock food that I needed for my dogs and supplies like a new leash not a good selection next time shop and a mom and pop store better service.

Had this guy cut in line and made a huge scene where he was the victim so they let him just cut in line. Is that how you run this business? Then this guy proceeds to swing the items he just bought to try to hit me and took off running. Never seen anyone run so fast. And yes he smelled as dirty as he looked.

I’ve actually been to petco more than two times already. I used to own a hamster and I got all her things there all the time. This time I went for my puppy. I had to go buy things for him and I was able to find everything I needed. The person who was at the register also was a lot of help and very nice.

Holly M was so wonderful with my dachshund puppy! He was so nervous about being groomed and she was gentle and so sweet with him. She also did a great job and even noticed one of his nails wasn’t clipped when I was checking out so she took him back to fix it. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Delicious! My online order was ready, bought some toys for my felines and CSR who assisted to take out my 42 lb bag of cat litter was very nice and went beyond her call of duties and open up the container to make it easier for me to take out the 4 individual bags of litter once in my car trunk!

Horrible. What the hell petco? I order same-day delivery and 6 hours later can't do it? Then I call, the store says they have the item, customer service says you have the item, and then you cancel my order when I see the driver on the way? All thumbs down! Go to any other pet store out there!

The small animal section here is very depression no toys, pellet selections, or bedding. In addition, they have lot of empty selves and spaces with so much boxes open everywhere. This is my local petco and sadly I won’t be coming here due to the lack of supplies and selection.

Was sold a product by the guy that works IN THIS DEPT. That killed all of my yellow Inca snails, Cherry and ghost shrimp. This algae reducer was not safe for any of them. $100 of animals later. I'm in such disbelief I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

This is the closest location where I could get my chihuahua for nail trimming. Vets are here every other Saturdays for general checkups and vaccinations. Store is very clean, inventories well orgranized. Great customer service and would love to come back again.

I went in here yesterday, whilst looking at the fish in numerous tanks there was dead fish stuck in the filter. Some fish were trapped within the filter unable to escape! Animals looked sad and not happy absolutely heartbreaking to look around this shop.

The Acana cat food is with the Acana dog food, which was a strange stocking decision on the part of the store. This location is conveniently across from the metro. World's best cat litter is stocked here too. Good variety of brands for cats and dogs.

This is my closest store so go here regularly. However it always seems to be under remodel and inevitably has empty shelves. Consequently often I don't find everything I want but i usually find the basics. Very little variety of collars and leishes.

The staff is friendly, good selection of products, and they are doing a good job with making shopping safe with PPE and social distancing. They tend to have too few employees on cashier duty though, so be prepared to wait to pay for your purchases.

Don’t ever go to this petco for grooming! Joan N is the worst groomer, she’s extremely aggressive and rude with the dogs including her customers. Also, Stephanie S “the manager” is never available and never there to help you if you have a problem.
