They were so prompt and professional from the minute I phoned. A guy called Tyson came out when I said I would be home. He checked everything out and explained in layman’s terms what the problem could be. Unfortunately we didn’t have a straight forward plumbing issue and he kept monitoring the problem over the next few days. We could not believe the after hours care and detail for such a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Tavener plumbing to anyone and we already have to all our neighbours in the street.

We recently had some plumbing done by Tavener Plumbing. A young man, Tyson arrived and did a wonderful job from start to finish. He has great customer service, and very good at foreseeing any possible problems. He showed experience beyond his years. There was a slight glitch to installing the taps we had purchased, however Tyson was on his mobile and provided us with a quick and simple solution. Tyson who did the work was super professional, very polite and completed an excellent job. After seeing how you drive - deliberately blocking the right lane doing 80km/h in a 90 zone & doing so in a vehicle with your company name & phone number printed all over it - I'm going to assume that you couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions printed on the heel. An easy job for Tavener Plumbing to disconnect my old dishwasher and take it away but it was much appreciated by me. Very easy to deal with the job was not an inconvenience to them. We had Peter out because we had a leak underground He had to use the jackhammer to cut the concrete and dig all the dirt out to put a new joiner in to stop the leak.We were extremely happy with Tavener plumbing services and woud highly recommend him.

Job not done. Two years ago we engaged Peter to help us locate the problem which was causing our recurrent blocked drain. We paid Peter to put the camera down our drain to locate where the issue was was. It showed we had some tree roots

I can't comment on whether or not pricing is competitive, because I've never used a plumber before. However the service from initial phone call, to visit, to work carried out took 24 hours in total and was to a high standard.
