They never respond to any call neither any doctor is available at the clinic, it's very close to my place ,so had to choose this clinic in emergencies..but faced an issue every single time. It takes multiple calls and multiple times to make sure the appointment is confirmed. None of an executive is skilled nor they are educated to deal with the clients well. though, we call prior and make an appointment also, still we need to again wait for an hour or so , but after waiting patiently, the main doctor never comes as he's always busy in the other branch @jubilee hills. It's everywhere written it's got 24x7 service but never the service was given..Just to reach the doctor we travel and go to Jubilee hills , just to hear the reasons saying " doctor has gone for lunch " , "doctor is not available today, junior doctors will see " , "doctor comes only for surgeries " and many other stupid reasons is what they give. Apart from this , the main problem is with the admins sector where they have a common number, firstly they don't pick calls even if they pick they don't have a proper conversation with the client. Such dumhead junior doctors, and executives the doctor has appointed. And unfortunately he leaves the hospital on them to manage.. we have never ever received any good treatment for our dog even a single time. As it's just a lane away from our house so had to rush here for help everytime. This time we have lost our precious so had to take time to give this review, so others don't get misguided by them . They're just commercial and the doctor doesn't have any knowledge to maintain the hospital. They're simply making us spend thousands but fail to give the same service to us. The admin staff is worse here.

Every doctor should have compassion towards whom they're treating. We bought an injured kitten and you people did some random treatment and gave us a big list of costly medications for a small kitten which were very costly and that kitten passed away soon after coming back from your clinic. As doctors you people must've already understood that the kitten was in bad shape and it was very hard for recovery but you guys had the audacity to write down costly prescription and took high fees for a roadside kitten. That cat wasn't even ours, we bought it to save and though I asked you people whether she's fine or not you guys couldn't be honest with me just because money is all what you want? Money made like this is tainted and so will your future be. Please atleast from now work with compassion and as a veteran learn to love animals first so that you can protect them instead of only a money mindset

I am honestly very grateful to this hospital for saving my pets life...the very first time when I took her as she was in critical condition..as she had her uterus surgery done by an idiot doctor in Indirapuram..her stitches broke and her intestine was hanging...and it was a miracle that was done by such amazing doctors in Max and ever since I always visit them.Again this year my pet had the same issue because of that incompetent doctor .and they did her surgery again and she is all fine now...Can't thank enough for taking care of my world and special thanks to Doctor Sudhir ..great gentleman..professional ..calm and always supportive.Thanks a lot Doctor venkat..You guys are Angels..!!Always grateful for your services..!!

Very unprofessional people. They have killed lot of animals in there clinic and doesn’t even care to help or listen anything from us. And very illiterate vet asst. Doesn’t even know how to inject and they are not even trained or have a certificate to perform treatment to animals without supervision . I wish I can give zero review to them. I request anyone seeing this review please do not go with your pet. Because they doesn’t care about life of an animal. They killed my dog and they have paid reviews to hide all the bad reviews they get. The doctor is very unprofessional and doesn’t even understand how to treat animals In turn kill them. Visited Trusty vet in Hyderabad for my cat treatment and after ultrasound they found that he had a tumor in stomach, unfortunately he didn't survived because of the illness and he was already very weak when i consulted them. Before Trusty vet i visited many pet clinics in Gurgaon and no one was able to find what is wrong with him else he would have survived. They have all the equipments required for a proper pet treatment doctors are also very friendly. Highly recommend to visit them once in case you are not able to find a proper cure for your pet without any hesitation, bit costly but worthy.

Good Morning This is a good specialty hospital for dogs with state of the art facilities to treat dogs and good specialist doctors available. Our dogs brought here were in need of urgent treatment, they were treated at the right time and our dogs were saved, all kinds of lab tests are available here, reports are taken quickly and the diagnosis is also followed up and proper treatment is done. We are lucky to come here.This is a special hospital because we believe our dogs are alive by coming here. Well my experience with *Trusty Vet* is more likely to 2-3 ratings coz, recently have got so so type of promises as I have taken appointment prior and have confirmed the details before arrival as "Medical bath & little groom" for my 5 months old pup (Shih tzu breed), but after going there they will inform that the groomers are not present for the day so we can't complete and for medical bath they are not following any hygiene precautions... Am not sure whether there is a next time...

This is a very untrustworthy hospital. They killed my dog. And also killed so many animals. There is no doctor available 24/7 and the diploma student treat the animals without supervision of a vet which is quite unprofessional. Because of the negligence of them. I lost my pet. And to cover these reviews. They post paid reviews to keep up the good review status on Google. If you all love your pets please do not visit this clinic. This is my geniune words after losing my furry angel.

Recently had a very scary situation with my Puppy who got severe allergic reactions from an unknown source. In the middle of the night at 2 AM Dr. Venkat attended us and gave the best treatment to our puppy. he is very warm and caring and also was very touched by the next day follow up by the clinic and by the doc personally. Very professional and thorough service. Thanks for being available for our emergency and being only one of the 24 X 7 hrs service being available in Hyderabad

WORST WORST WORST hospital I've came across my two little have died because of thier irresponsibility they don't even care to listen what your cat is being through thry just give 4 to 5 injections and tell them to visit again after 5 days but my kittens stopped eating after the visit and died the next day I'm very disappointed with their service and charge extra money for their poor service I'm teeling not to visit their clinic if u want your cat healthy

May it is good in 24/7service, but only for money minded nothing else the treatmen.only for three injection they took 300rs, waste hospital and wrost service. Firstly they took 400rs and gave injection but my dog was not cured, again we inform them for 2to3 times then a man came and gave 3injections and took 300rs from us. Government hospital may not take money but it gives good service than this money minded people.better to stop this hospital services

Donot pick this hospital in case of emergency around 2 am we called them they asked us to come but the moment we reached there the doctor/intern was sleeping and when he came we understood he couldn't do anything he couldn't even tell wt was happening to my pet and when we called the senior doctor he refused to come and was asking us to come in the morning again such doctors are a shame

I have explained my condition about financial situation, they took half money after treatment.

My bruno did continuously vomtings and loose motions So I visited to the hospital then the doctor (dr.ajay) suspected it PARVO.after doing parvo test it came positive. So the doctor adviced to keep fluids morning and evening for 5-7 days.Now my bruno is completely recovered.thank u doctor and team

Go here if you have money you want to burn. The head doctor asks for all kinds of unnecessary tests. We took second and third opinions and they all questioned why he needed ultrasound and x-rays. I would give more stars if atleast they took good care of the pet. They are just after your money.

UNTrusty Vet hospital for birds!! They performed surgery for my bird claiming everything will be fine and killed it. Without revealing that, after the surgery, they explained about complications and risks involved in the surgery. Now my baby is lying dead!! I should not have taken her to them
