I am the first to point out problems but also the first to point out strong points when it comes to a product business or service so here we go. I recently lost my beloved Reginald Jack Sausage of 16 years and after 9 month decided to adopt Milo and Charlie, two guinea pigs from Pets at home. Chloe and Adam were wonderful providing professional and kind help, enough for me to go ahead as it was quite an emotional time. They were very neutral but at the same time gave me the confidence I needed with my decision. After buying all the kit and later more all at very sensible prices, I want to say a big thanks to Chloe, Adam and all the staff at Pets at home where that personal and kind interaction will guarantee my return business. I always use pets at home and I'm a VIP card holder my dog food is ordered and delivered to me every month.today I called into pets at home in Leeds to look for a bed for my 3 very destructive chihuahuas.I've spent 100's of pounds on beds for my dogs cheap ones expensive ones all sorts of different designs.anyhow I asked for advice before buying a bed today for my destructive dogs and was told if they destroyed the bed in a short period of time I could take it back and get a full refund .all staff were really keen to help me .thanks keep up the great work

My girlfriend and I visited the store at crown point in leeds, shopping for products for our new kitten. Unfortunately as this is our first pet we didn’t know what to buy but thankfully Oliver was there to explain everything we needed to know and more. Oliver is a credit to the company with his extensive product knowledge and fantastic customer service. I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so, due to him and his incomparable service. Thank you Oliver and should ever choose to start my own pet business, I would employ you any day.

It was bad when I rang up for information and advice about pet insurance and food also the flea and worm account to be set up and the girl called toni at crown point leeds told me to go down and she be waiting to help me when I got there she told the other staff to sort me out which she wasn't sure how to sort the account out for the pet only food so wasn't happy I just stay at going to jolly where there speak to you all day long till you happy to

The staff are always really helpful, animal enclosures are always clean and the animals looking happy and healthy, had quite a few fish from here and they are thriving. Big thank you to the staff member with Red and Black hair with tattoos, always really friendly and helpful. Will always be a customer of this store. Would much rather pay the slightly higher prices and shop here rather than some of the other local pet stores

Been comming to this particular store for over 7 years now, I regularly buy food and other stuff for my Husky, Few Fishes and Two Cats, always get what I come for. Staff is always very polite and helpful especially Oliver, this dude has helped me so many times, always listenes with patience and replies back with all good honesty. Would definitely recommend this place slightly expensive but do offer a good variety.

Wanted to buy a fish but had some shopping to do.asked if we paid for it in full,could we pick it up later after we had done our shopping. We were told no we couldn't reserve it.funny but I thought when reserving items you were only expected to pay part payments as deposit ,not pay in full as we wanted to do.we were only going to be about an hour.some companies don't deserve custom will go elsewhere in future

The staff here is always so helpful. First they helped us when we brought our very young kittens over and needed some advise. Then they helped us with flea treatments. Then they helped us with which claw clippers are the best for our kittens. We just always end up getting all the help we need from this particular pets at home and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you

A standard Pets at Home store with all of the items you're likely to need, I usually shop at Birstall but popped in here to grab something right next to the door so didn't see much of the inside area. Staff friendly, car park quite small outside but obviously plentiful parking nearby (with the risk of fines if they see you and think you're wandering off site).

The staff and duty manager at crown point this evening were exceptional. From the problem I had with my fish tank and my new fish, to solutions and preventions. The duty manager and lady on the till explained what I needed to do in future , tested aquarium water and we’re friendly professional informative. Great service and couldn’t so enough to help!

Visited with my new puppy to get toys, treats and supplies. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the store had good covid-19 protection in place - limits to number of customers in store at once, hand sanitiser and staff were masked. On seeing how much we were getting, one of the staff suggested getting the VIP app to help us get a discount.

Very nice shop. One not making me satisfy fully . Some prices biting. For example i notice treatment for cats drops for one use 59.89£- ? WTF? ALL rest sound. And mainly i like staff knows about what they selling and not just simply repeat what is on the box. Have good background. Very friendly

Shop is always clean and staff friendly, however the rat area is always unsuitable and the clips are never closed on their hanging hammocks which could lead to them being severely injured. When staff are told answers are usually "they do it themselves all the time" and not much concern shown.

I have found everyone who works there friendly and helpful. They clearly all love animals very much. The prices are sometimes slightly higher than online but the vip card is a good deal and it's nice to be able to see the items. Never too busy and convenient parking right at the front

Had everything that I needed. The staff were very helpful & courteous. I would definitely use this store again, even though the traffic system to get out could be daunting, due to being on a busy retail park, in the city centre, pulling near enough onto the ring road.

I went to get a kitten and ended up with 3 they are well look after there . They give them all there vaccinations they check there blood for any infections or illnesses and give you a voucher to cover the cost of newting all are chipped to . These are the 3 I got

Worst pets at home iv ever been into dirty shelves and products, rude staff never want to helpl long ques and bad management. Wil start shopping at Colton store is abit out the way but always been great staff and clean for my pets health.

Friendly staff. Some customers need to be more mindful of the queue when chatting to the checkout person. People have things to do so move out of the way. Staff need to be politely asking them to leave so they can serve other customers.

Amazing staff, very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Prices can be above average on certain items, but you are paying for better quality goods and services for your pets. Everything you need under one roof,, what more do you need...

Good range of products though some of the small animal items aren't really suitable for them. It's great that I can bring my puppy in to choose his own toys. I've brought many hamsters and rats over the years.

Visited Pets at home last weekend as I'm due to get two kittens. The member of staff I spoke to gave me lots of good advice and insight into what I may need to purchase in preparation to receive them.

Everything I needed available. Trusted advice given by staff. Great special offer on my cat's food. Glad not to see pets for sale....the rescues are open and desperate if anyone can support them!

it's a little sad that I didn't find the food I went there for (akana), but I'm pleasantly surprised that there are not harmful treats for cats, my cat even ate it with pleasure!

I was served today by Amy, such an enthusiastic and lovey colleague. Advised me on brands and choosing the right food for my cat. Couldn't of ask for any better service 10/10

I love this shop. When my cat didn't like some biscuits I bought, they were so happy to give me a refund - no hassle. It means that it will always be my petshop of choice.

The staff have great knowledge and make my dog feel welcome. He actually even knows the way to the "Dog Shop" and gets excited to go in and be spoilt by the staff.

Nice shop and nice friendly staff . Went in to price up winter coat/harness . Sadly I couldn't find any . Saw plenty of harnesses but no coats / jackets .

Great service and good choice of goods. Young man we spoke to about our puppies nutrition was knowlagable and didn't rush us. All staff very pleasant.

It was great had a helpful staff member talk through puppy food with me and advise on the correct treats etc. The VIP card has fantastic offers too.

I went to buy flea collar but they can't sell it as nobody licensed to sell flea collars present at store. Not recommend this store.

Helpful clean and well stocked. Picked two really good quality and sized java fern on wood well established for 12 quid.. Nice one
