They change their opening hours with a tiny paper on their door! this is an essential service, if you change your hours it has to be clearly stated on your website/phone message. I need antibiotics for my kids at 9:30pm, specifically had the rx sent here cause they close at 10… well no, it’s 9pm now. worst service ever

Picking up prescriptions should not be so difficult but this Pharmaprix makes it such a long process. When a customer gives info, listen it’s very simple. Got “that’s the wrong phone number” today even though I’ve been going for years and haven’t switched. Employees should get glasses or clean the wax from their ears.

Horrible store owner. Super rude, no manners. I called to ask a question and they answered and hung up while I was talking. Not to mention their lack of staff. There is literally only 1 worker in the entire store. Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Stay away for your own sanity. Not to mention their ridiculous prices.

Well kept large pharmacy with large fridges and freezers along one wall. There are also rows of other food products. This pharmacy's staff go out of their way to inform clients either in person or by phone when medications are out of stock and then call again to notify clients when it is again in stock.
