If you are taking Davao - Bukidnon road, never miss the opportunity to take a selfie, or photo with the majestic Philippine Eagle Monument. There are restaurants around the area, there is no parking allotted, so you really have yo be quick in taking those pictures. This is also a good stop over for the driver to be relaxed a bit and checked everything in the vehicle. Flowers and souvenirs are sold by the locals around here, this is a good way to help the local economy, though some tend to be annoying sometimes in approaching you to buy their goods. Stay safe, ride safe.

Very nice view and many indegenous people will talk to you to buy their stuff. It only cost 20 pesos each. And along the road people sell their foods and plants that only grow in cold weather. Highly recommended for picture talking and also if you want to buy some keychain like souvenirs they also sell there. I would definitely comeback here. It's a very best place to unwind and to ease your pent up stress.

Very nice monument, a must-see Place in this area. You will enjoy the view, the monument, the Flower shops... Mhm... no. Excuse me. You will not enjoy the flower shops. Because there are a lot of very young beggars around the monument asking for money. And you will not resist, but other hands you will escape from there.

It is a nice place to stop. They have a CR next to the eagles. The long drives, it good to stop, stretch the legs. It important to get the blood moving again. Stop for a coffee pick me up. Then take a big breath, just to smell and feel the country side. A place you can escape the rushing and busy life of the city.

A great symbol of strength and independence for a great country. Since it is located along the highway you can just pass by here to take a picture. It is so high that you definitely seem like a mini creature under it. Nearby are sellers of handmade bracelets and cute plants which are pasalubong ideas.

There are kids selling local made bracelets and these kids are very good at taking your pictures if they do offer you to take your pictures let them and maybe just give 'em a little token for their effort it would be of great help for them …

A monumental landmark where a lot of motorists usually stop for a quick photo. It's almost impossible to pass the road without noticing the huge piece of art. There are Native locals who always hang around to sell the native bangles and stuffs like that.

#LifeIsHere#Dawow Philippine eagle an indegenous bird species in Davao region, represent the national bird of the Philippines. A popular tourist destination, there are indigenous people offer ornaments and plants as their livelihood.

A little Baguio in the BUDA area, or the Bukidnon Davao Boundary. The fog was so thick and you can see the local folks selling plants and other souvenir items. You can also see the big Philippine Eagle Monument in the area.

I love it there, even if the construction was still going on. The place is peaceful & beautiful. It's like your travel won't be complete without stopping there first, to enjoy the view & pose for a picture

Pangit na. Di kana makalapit sa agila kasi may kulongan at wala ng beauty sa nature dahil sa dami ng bahay na nakapalibot dito. May kainan pa tsk. I missed the old days way back 2017.
