It's unfortunate that some people have had a bad experience with this department. I however have lived in the area for 18 years and the two times I've had to call them I was treated extremely well.

Some seniors not so friendly Staff ok, except receptionist appeared to be on phone too much, and not timely greeting public at the counter.

I've lived on Northern x 28th area for 20+ years and say st 30 is one of the best in Phoenix and overworked badly!!
