A huge water main burst last night left us without water. It took over 12 hours to fix, but this department worked nonstop to get our apartment complex’s water back up and flowing. They responded quickly and tirelessly. I don’t know if they read these reviews, but they deserve some recognition in my book.

If I could give City of Phoenix 0 stars I would. Their pin system and LOA to access accounts is absolutely ridiculous and laughable. This is one of the most incompetent utilities I've ever worked with. Their billing department deserves a much more scathing review than this.
