To be perfectly honest the first time I visited Dr nikhil Physio physio mechanic.I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous decade my severe shoulder/back pain had been treated by a number of physiotherapists and chiropractors without success. Dr nikhil immediately made me feel as though something could be done, they were right! And the best part he always give extra time for my therapy and make sure my pain is better. After so many years of pain I can now go through life relatively pain free, I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible. I am into fitness field from past 2 Decades. I met Dr. Nikhil last year regarding my knee pain issue during squats. Even after doing proper activation and stretching I was still in a pain during squats.. He quickly recognised the problem on my hip and just after one session with him i felt so much better n confident. Had a great experience working with the team at physio mechanic centre. I hadn't thought that the turn around with a fractured ankle would be so quick.
