I can highly recommend Physio4Life and Darren Kennedy in particular. I saw him in June 2023 for a knee injury that was preventing me from running. He gave me a programme of strengthening exercises to address the problem. Beforehand, though, he was thorough in his examination, as well as taking copious notes of my running history and exercise regime. From this, he understood the importance to me of regaining my previous level of activity. I am a self-confessed obsessive about my running and exercise; age is not on my side, which is probably why my body is beginning to protest about the level of punishment I give it. Darren has a great sense of humour, by the way, which added hugely to the rapport we were able to establish. Physio4Life have a gym on the same floor as their treatment rooms and Darren took me in there to demonstrate different strengthening exercises and to watch as I practised them, to ensure I was using the correct method. Following my initial consultation (one hour of really thorough examination, note taking, working in the gym - £79.20 - the laughs came free) he followed it up with an email that listed the exercises I should do, each one with its own video to demonstrate correct method. This was really helpful, as it is so easy to perform them incorrectly. I followed Darren's exercise programme every single day and after three and a half weeks I went for my first tentative run, which was pain free. Brilliant. I had a half-hour follow-up session with Darren (£66) five weeks after the first consultation, where he took more notes, examined my legs and gave me further strengthening exercises, which, again, he sent to me in an email with accompanying videos to demonstrate correct method. Since then, I have been running regularly, pain free. I continue to follow the exercise programme Darren sent me, doing them daily on a rotating cycle to provide variation. I think it is really important to stress, here, that if you do the exercises religiously and follow the advice you're given, your injuries will get better. So many people don't do the exercises regularly, or even skip them, and then say physio doesn't work. Thank you, Physio4Life. Thank you, Darren.

I booked at emergency appointment at the clinic on a Sunday morning due to being in absolute agony with neck pain. The pain in my neck had been worsening over a few weeks and had left me unable to sleep and close to tears. Darren was fantastic! The best physio I have EVER been treated by. He was thorough in his assessment, showed a great deal of knowledge and experience and confidence in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He started treatment immediately and advised the pain would be worse over the next two days and gave me care advice to follow. He also took me to the gym area of the clinic and went through some exercises, ensuring I was comfortable, confident and able to undertake them correctly. After 2 days the pain in my neck was virtually non existent. Between our first and second session, he also checked in via email and sent a plan for me to follow. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Having had previous poor experiences with physios for other issues, I was dubious but Darren certainly changed my mind on that and more importantly saved me from a great deal of pain. Thank you!!

Can highly recommend Jess for all runners needs!! I came up against a strained IT band during my training for the London Marathon. It set me back weeks of progress, I was super deflated and unsure I'd ever be able to finish the marathon. I met with Jess around 8 weeks out from race day and she worked closely with me to develop a tailored physio-running plan which included exercises and allocated resting to help strengthen my injury, reduce pain, and help me feel motivated again. Jess has ran marathons and other distance racing herself so her insight as a Physio matched with her personal running experience was hugely valued in our sessions together. Even outside of our sessions, Jess often checked-in via email and gave me advice on other ways I could support my training without impacting my injury. I finished the marathon pain-free and within my goal time frame and I couldn't be more grateful to Jess for her expertise and care both as a Physio and fellow-runner!

The clinic owner, a physiotherapist himself, communicates with microaggressions and is not amenable to discussion of error . The clinical triage process and complaint process is unprofessional resulting in clients chasing responses. Unsurprisingly staff turnaround is high. Having requested clients notes and reports it has been clear that they are poorly written. The practitioners have not paid attention to medical history clearly evidenced by the reports, and interventions have led to severe injury triggered by methods engaged by the practitioner. The practice shirks responsibility, and some of the practitioners are not being regulated by a regulatory body. I would recommend not attending this practice. While some of the practitioners are regulated and are professional the clinical procedures, customer service, complaints processes and business operations are appalling. STAY CLEAR. Far better practices in the SW area.

I came to Darren with an injured ACL and MCL which had been badly treated by the GP Physio. Darren assessed my situation and began with a gradual treatment to get me back to match (contact sport) fitness. Darren was not only a nice professional, but also was very attentive to my weekly feedback on my leg recovery and tailored all of the workouts and physio treatments to what I was telling him there and then. He articulated the issue at hand and the road to recovery very well and could not have asked for anything more from him. When we were coming to the end of my treatments, he was sure to give me exercises to continue with the recovery and ensure that I avoided the issue coming back again. I couldn’t recommend Darren highly enough, hands down the best physiotherapist that I have come across and will definitely be returning due to his professionalism.

I went to Physio4Life in mid-August for a long running complaint with my right toe. It started out with a twinge 18 months ago. I ignored it, but it got progressively worse. At first it stopped me doing yoga. Then it started to affect my running. And towards the end it even began to affect my walking. I was well looked after by the brilliant Tanya Chumak. She gave a comprehensive examination to eliminate all the possibilities. Then she gave me some manageable exercises and practical advice about shoe fittings. Within a week it the pain I'd had for a year and a half had already reduced. Within a month I can now weight the toe fully flexed in yoga and I can run pain free. I'd highly recommend Physio4Life to anyone, and in particular Tanya, who is both professional and super nice, and who has an encyclopaedic knowledge of anatomy.

  • David MacKenzie

Just to say a big thank you to Tanya Chumak who has put me straight - literally! My back went into spasm from a combination of too much flying and bad hotel beds and as a result I was bent sideways and in a lot of pain. Tanya developed a series of exercises and manipulations to put me on the straight and narrow. Inevitably the problem has arisen from many years of poor posture, lack of region specific exercise and stretching so we have worked together to get a programme of stretches and exercises to sort the base problem out, not just the pain. Ten weeks on, the back is much better than before and I am back into travelling without pain and discomfort. It was really good to have a very competent physio who was extremely engaged. I can recommend Tanya wholeheartedly and see by the list of reviews below that I am not the only one.

Pain in my left shoulder, sufficient to stop me from sleeping well, and limitation of the range of arm movements, drove me to seek Physiotherapy help from Physio4Life. Josh Sainsbury rapidly diagnosed trouble in the shoulder rotator capsule which would have been building up over some years, and gave me some exercises to do at home as well as deep massage to the affected arm. The exercises were simple but effective; the severe pain subsided quickly, and the exercises have been made more demanding every 2 - 3 weeks as the range of movement has improved. I was very impressed by Josh's expertise in finding the appropriate level for me to work at, and his encouragement and ability to explain in simple terms what was happening in the joints.

I’m so happy I found this place! I’m currently having physio sessions with Darren to help me with my elbow / biceps injury because of pole dancing and pilates/strength and conditioning classes with Jess. I feel really looked after. They talk to each other, so that some exercises can be adapted to my injury during the classes, which I appreciate greatly. The physio terms in English can be specific for a non-native English speaker and I love that Darren makes sure I understand the exercises in different ways. Jess checks if I’m having any pain or difficulty during the classes and always ensures I’m comfortable and doing things properly. In addition, the environment is lovely and the receptionists are so helpful. Thank you all! ☺️

I have been visiting Theodora regularly over the last eight months and cannot recommend her enough - she is an asset to this clinic! I started having treatment with Dora after a fall down the stairs, but also have chronic pain with fibromyalgia. I visited her on average once per week and I can honestly say that she improved my quality of life significantly through this pain management - not only with physiotherapy but through acupuncture and cupping. Whenever I had a session and had a specific pain that week, I never left the clinic in the same way. I have recently moved abroad so I have high standards in search for a new therapist, as this lady is irreplaceable! Thank you for everything you have done for me Dora!

  • Andrea Geurin

I had a great experience with Evagoras Christofi as my physiotherapist. When I first visited Physio4Life, Evagoras determined that I had a pretty bad case of tendonitis in my hip. As a runner, I was unable to run at all due to this, which was very frustrating. Ev worked with me over several months, providing plenty of different stretches and strengthening exercises, which ultimately led to me recovering from the tendonitis and getting back to running! I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and the fact that he asked me a lot of questions and considered my personal attributes when developing my treatment plans. I highly recommend visiting Ev if you are in need of a good physio!

  • Claire Marie Flynn

HUGE thank you to Darren at physio4life who helped me back from a knee injury to race ready form. I came to the clinic 2 months out from the Paris Marathon with knee pain that not only took from my running and triathlon training but also affect my work as a nurse. Darren made a clear and comprehensive plan each week that adapted to the marathon training needs as the recovery continued. My worries and concerns were listened to and I cannot thank him enough for ensuring I was fit and ready to be at the start line and hold out strong to the finish line without pain. I will be sure to follow up with Darren and physio4life should I ever need any further race preparation!

  • Billy Snaith

Would highly recommend Physio4Life. Have been working with Darren there now for over 9 months on a couple of injuries and I can say that I am now back doing the sports I love pain and injury free. Darren has always been super caring, extremely knowledgeable and has always put my goals for recovery first, providing me with an excellent program to recovery. I cannot thank him enough for getting me back to full health and also providing me with the tools to ensure injury prevention going forward. I must also comment on the excellent service from the reception staff too who were always happy to help with rearranging my sessions last minute if needed. 10/10.

  • Andrea D

Physio4Life has been recommended to me by few rowing friends. I'm very grateful to Darren Kennedy for helping me get back on track and recovering swiftly for regatta season! I overtrained which led to a very painful shoulder and back injury. I could barely move my arm. Darren took the time to examine me and make a tailored programme that is going to target my rotary cuff and scapula, very understanding of my anxiety as an athlete. He showed great depth of knowledge and after little over a month I was able to get back on the water. Also great banter. I highly recommend the practice even for regular check ups, thank you Darren and team!

  • Silvia Marinescu

I am unlucky enough to have needed Physio4Life's services in 3 separate occasions. But lucky enough to find them to sort me out! Sometimes I was insured, sometimes I paid out of pocked. The level of care and professionalism has always been the same, and I always recovered completely. This time around I'm working with Darren to treat a nasty femoral nerve damage but I can notice improvement and progress week on week! He's a fantastic physio and I trust him fully to get me back to 100%. He pays attention to my feedback and has tailored a great exercise plan for me. Would recommend Darren and Physio4Life to anyone who's in need.

  • Fredrik Grath

Tanya has helped me recover from hip flexor and ITB problems caused by long distance running, and has done so brilliantly. Once diagnosed, she laid out a well structured rehabilitation plan which she carefully monitored and adjusted as I progressed. Very happy with the results so far and on a steady path to recovery after just a few weeks. Also offered good appointment times, which allowed me to fit it in a busy work schedule. Physio4Life has been my go-to physio and sports massage practise ever since I was first recommended them by a well respected medical professional a few years ago. I always recommend them.

  • donna kabbani

Physio4life is a really welcoming friendly place. After having the cast taken off my broken wrist I arrived at physio4 life worried and despondent as I had practically no strength or movement in my hand. Darren Kennedy was fantastic, he was very patient and had a really friendly manner. He helped me over several weeks to get my range of movement and strength back. He was so knowledgeable and gave me the know how and confidence to work my way through the treatment and exercises. He also advised and helped me to get back to my normal gym routine. I’d highly recommend Darren and physio4 life.

  • Rebecca Clephan

Fantastic physio - I’m a rower that came in with a wrist sprain that wasn’t healing after falling off of my bike. Darren knew exactly what exercises I should do to help my wrist get back to full strength and back in a boat. He didn’t sugar-coat the injury but was honest about what I should expect. Not only was his knowledge good but he was friendly and very professional. Within two months my previously injured wrist was feeling as strong if not stronger than my non injured wrist. If I have any issues again I won’t hesitate to go back to Darren. Thanks for a job well done!

  • Bryony Cross

Would highly recommend Physio4Life. I’ve been seeing Evagoras for a knee injury over the past few months and he has been fantastic. From the initial appointment, he was super friendly and knowledgeable, and very clear in the diagnosis. He made sessions fun and took time to explain the reason behind doing each exercise and the importance of strength & conditioning as a runner. Just want to say a massive thanks to Ev, as having had an up and down year with illnesses, the physio sessions and exercise plan played a big part in my PB at London marathon last weekend!

  • Louise Sheppard

Sadly, I have had a very poor experience with Physio4life in Putney. I have been a loyal customer for over two years coming for frequent treatments. I was unaware that when you buy a block of treatments, you have to use all of them within six months. I had very bad back ache, booked a session and was given a slot. This was cancelled by email at the last minute. They showed no flexibility and the manager and Director were not available to speak to me. I will avoid them in future - their customer service is very poor.

  • Syed Imtiaz Faruque

I have been suffering from chronic low back pain for many years. Every now and then, I would have a bad episode and would need to get help from a physiotherapist. This time I was treated by Darren Kennedy. I must say it was a great experience working with him. While all my therapists in the past have focused on giving me relief from the pain, Darren has focused equally on that as well as building my muscle strength to prevent future occurrence. He was tough, but then so he should have been. Thanks a lot Darren.

  • Sammy Paterson

I was fortunate enough to find Evagoras (Ev) after my second ACL Reconstruction. The man knows his stuff!! I had an ACL reconstruction on the other knee 4 years earlier and had Physio treatment though a different practice and it's still not right today. If only I had found Ev back then!! He's highly knowledgeable, a joy to be around, adaptive to the varying needs of his clients, is proactive and super quick in providing the right exercises for the right stage of recovery. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  • Josh Ord-Hume

I was extremely impressed by – and indeed grateful for – this diagnosis of my hamstring tendinopathy by Theodora Bekiari. Her differential diagnosis was exhaustive and thorough, and her treatment effective and of immediate benefit. The day after my consultation, she followed up with a series of prescribed stretches, and has been exceptionally responsive in providing me with the necessary documentation in support of an insurance claim that I need to make. I would not hesitate in recommending Theodora Bekiari.

  • Richard Butler

I spent a few months seeing Darren for a groin issue I had at the start of the year which was keeping me away from running or any exercise. He was great, diagnosing what the issue was and helping me through rehab through a mixture of treatments and exercises. His approach was considerate and made a huge difference to my recovery, helping me from a serious adductor injury to running a marathon in 7 months. I'd definitely recommend Darren and definitely recommend to anyone going through a similar injury.

  • JEREMY FURNISS

As a regular customer , after being knocked of my bike by a car , I went straight to Physio for Life to get my injured arm looked at. I met Peter Pavlides for the first time. He was fantastic , quickly identified the injury to my common extensor tendon and put me on a treatment program. After a few weeks I'm on the mend , lifting weights , swimming and pain free. I would recommend Peter to anyone who needs a knowledgeable Physio to get you quickly back on track and feeling good again.

  • Jon Carter

I've had a great experience at Physio4Life. Darren Kennedy is a brilliant physio and quickly understood my issue and came up with a plan to sort it out. I'm always impressed with Darren's knowledge and understanding. He clearly knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. I really enjoy the sessions with Darren, and thanks to his work with me my issue has gone away and I'm the fittest I've ever been. Thanks Darren! I would highly recommend Physio4Life and Darren Kennedy.

  • Laura Kelly

I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Tanya Chumak for the rehabilitation of my knee. Not only has she been incredibly professional throughout my treatment but she is the most wonderful person and always made me feel at ease. I could not have gotten through this journey without her! Tanya is an asset to Physio4Life, and I highly recommend her! The reception staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Physio4Life!

  • Christa

The pilates classes run by Jess are fantastic. As a physiotherapist she is able to tailor the exercises to each class member's physical ability and as a result the classes are very embracing: including children, pregnant women and those in their eighties. I have been going to her classes twice a week for over 18 months and this has changed my posture and relieved my back pain. The classes are relaxed and fun and I always feel full of energy after them.

  • Bobbie Cooper

Darren Kennedy has been a life saver for my injury. He very quickly assessed the source of my injury and prescribed a series of helpful exercises and advice. I walked into the first appointment using a crutch and walked out not needing it. I value highly Darren’s professionalism, his knowledge, acute psychological awareness and encouragement. I would recommend Darren highly and thank him for all his support. He is a top rate physiotherapist.

  • marina pagaki

I did physio sessions with Darren Kennedy and he was absolutely amazing. He was professional but friendly and approached mental health issues alongside the physical and performance aspect of my injury. He was very diligent and continuously changed the rehab sessions to best tailor the approach to the overall recovery of my injury. He is knowledgeable about his work and it shows in my speedy recovery process and overall experience of rehab.

  • Leeza

What can I say, it has most definitely been a journey… I have been a tricky client, but Darren’s holistic approach and perseverance meant we tried all different techniques, training and hands on to help with my pain. Eventually we found what combination works for me and rolled with it. Thanks for not giving up on me Darren! My outlook on pain management (and mindset) has transformed. If you have a choice, I highly recommend him.

  • Richard Stockley

Fantastic experience with both Jess (physio) and Ev (PT). 6mths prior I suffered a serious injury so wanted to get back into fitness in a safe way that would not impact my rehabilitation. Jess was instrumental in working with my injury and creating a plan that challenged me. Personal training with Ev was holistic and gave me to confidence to get back into fitness despite needing to accommodate injury related adaptions...

  • Dora Ridgway

I injured my lower back by trying to do some exercises without proper preparation or supervision. By the time I got to see Tanya I was convinced I would never walk again. In a few sessions she got me not only walking but also well equipped to strengthen my core and all the muscles around my lower back. It is a comfort to know that I can get in touch with her if I need advice or treatment in the future. Thank you, Tanya.

  • Suzanne Gendall

I was recommended Physio4life by a running colleague and I am so happy that I was. Jessica has been absolutely fantastic. She has been professional in her approach and has shown a really high level of empathy and understanding of how my injury and not being able to run has been affecting me. She keeps in contact by email in between appointments and I have felt supported all the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  • Rebecca Clayton

I've been to Physio4Life a few times over the years. The people are great, the service is friendly, the prices are clear and it's easy to book. Recently I had a few months physio with Dora who was very professional and a great listener. She gave me sensible and useful advice, excellent physio manipulations and a good exercise programme which helped me get back to 100%. I'd recommend Dora and Physio4Life to anyone!

  • Tiv

I had the pleasure of working with Tanya recently and it was an absolute delight. She surprised me with her expertise and genuine care. Recognising my eagerness to get back to multiple sports, she helped create an accelerated plan tailored to my needs. Her knowledge, support and positive attitude made each session enjoyable. Looking forward to my final follow-up in a few weeks. Highly recommend!

  • Verna Lyus

I can highly recommend the, 'Women's Only Strength & Conditioning Class' tutored by Tanya Chumah. The class is well structured to ensure the individual is given maximum support to follow through on exercises at their own pace and physical capacity. Despite the arduous nature of the class Tanya's welcoming personality, professional attitude and competence is comforting and most reassuring .

  • Vicky Urruela

I went in for a Lymphatic drainage. After years having them, it seemed like this place would be a good option, with professional, experienced massage therapists. Unfortunately, the lady who did my drainage was very inexperienced and did a pretty bad job. Poor drainage technique and zero focus on lymph drainage. If that's the treatment you look for, I would suggest going elsewhere.

  • YUCHEN ZHOU

My dad had shoulder pain and we’d tried all sorts of treatments but it didn’t help much until we saw Darren. My dad’s condition had improved dramatically after the first session with Darren and almost completely recovered after the second session. He’s still been doing those exercises recommended by Darren. I would highly recommend to see Darren if you experience similar problems!

  • Helen MacPhee

Evagoras has the right balance between encouraging and pushing you! An older lady, I had a knee injury from skiing which rather set me back. Recommended by a Consultant after treatment, Evagoras helped me get back on my feet and I know both knees are now stronger than they were before the injury. That plus the convenient location in the heart of Putney makes this a great option!

  • Natalie Chambers

I went to Darren in a lot of pain with a hamstring injury from dancing. Darren’s physio sessions were really helpful. He created a plan to ensure I could get back to where I needed to be quickly, more importantly safely to avoid any re injury. He got me back dancing and feeling even stronger than before! I would highly recommend Darren to anyone who needs physio!

  • Dan Trump

Darren helped me get back to my normal exercise routine after damaging my knee and ankle. He set me up with a tailored strengthening/exercise plan and helped me understand what it would target and achieve. I had never been to a physio before and I definitely had a positive experience with Darren and Physio4Life. Would defintely reccomend. Thanks Darren!

  • Alessandro Nanni

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the physio4life, where I was fortunate to have Peter as my physiotherapist. Peter's clear communication and ability to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner greatly enhanced my experience. Overall, my time at the physio place with Peter was excellent, and I highly recommend their services.

  • Jack L

Went there for two sessions with an arm/back/shoulder injury. First session minor rub on the injured area which barely alleviated the pain and the second session no treatment on the wounded area other than telling me to go home and do those exercises . Waste of time and money. Clearly I couldn’t do those exercise as I was still in pain

  • Matt King

Darren treated me for an ankle issue in the lead-up to a race. Once diagnosed, Darren structured both a short term rehab plan to get me on the start line alongside a longer term plan to avoid the ankle becoming a long term issue. Darren carefully monitored and adjusted treatment in line with progress. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

  • Matt Unos

Physio 4 life has helped me with various injuries over the past 7 years. It’s a great place and I’ve never had one complaint . The people are very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Josh Sainsbury who recently helped me with some rehab for my hip. He was very comprehensive and clear in his communications. I’d 100% recommend him.

  • Christopher Brunker

Jess’s mat Pilates classes are well planned with a variety of challenges: she incorporates equipment well and keeps things interesting. She is aware of the needs of each class member and builds these into the class while keeping a sense of collective effort and achievement. The atmosphere is always friendly and supportive.

  • Patrick Warren

Had quite a nasty ankle fracture, requiring surgery/pins - Darren was my physio, and not only is he a good bloke, but he was a superb physio. He helped me drastically over the past couple months where I have made great progress, now being able to do everything I was able to do prior to my injury. Would highly recommend.

  • Tom Gilbey

Theodora Bekiari is an amazing physio. I injured myself training for the London Marathon and she had me back in my running shoes quicker than I ever thought I would be. I cannot recommend Dora more highly and I have had other very good experiences at Physio 4 Life too. The team are brilliant. Thank you Dora …

  • Conor Hughes

Went to Physio4life after a Ski injury (Broken Leg) The sessions were great and helped with my recovery. Darren has really push me and his advice has been priceless. I am now aiming to get back to running regularly. Something I did not think was possible when I started my treatment. Would highly highly recommend

  • Nix Kersley

Both my daughter & I have been suffering from acute back pain for weeks/months. We both visited Tanya Chumak at Physio for Life who is amazing and has resolved both our backs in a very short space of time. Halted the pain, created programs to strengthen and protect. She really is first class! Thank you

  • Nick Francis

Saw Darren Kennedy for physio treatment on my elbow and he did a great job of identifying the issue and rehabilitating, using his own treatment plan and my own preferences based on having a having had multiple injuries over many years of participating heavily in sports. Would recommend to all.

  • Mandy Ram

I was in pain for days (nerve pain) and Jessica was amazing, she was able to relax my muscles and work on the affected area. She did massage but also acupuncture which was not painful at all and she put me at ease beforehand. Also a lovely person to have a nice chat with!! :) 100% recommend!

  • Hannah Cooper

I visited Eva Szilagyi for an hour massage. I have seen her 2x and she remembered details about me and my body’s needs so that she was able to treat me productively. She also listened well to what was needed and made sure she catered the service that was needed rather than a generic massage.

  • Tom Roche

I have used Physio4Life in Putney and specifically Evagoras Christofi for physiotherapy over the last 3 years, to support me in performance sport. Evagoras has helped me come back from a major knee injury, and with maintenance for general wear and tear. I can't recommend him highly enough!

  • Diane Thomas

Montana is the best masseuse I have ever had (and I've had a few!). She has an uncanny ability to home in on trigger points - some of which I didn't even know I had - and work progressively on the problem areas. Her conceptual understanding of what is going on is also very impressive.

  • Tim Oswin

Really good experience with Physio4life Physios. Peter Pavlides showed great know how and reassurance to diagnose my issue with my elbow, treat it and give me great exercises to rehab it over time. Following his advice I was back in the gym pretty quickly. So I can’t thank him enough!

  • Kennedy Stoneham

Darren was my physio for 3 months and I highly recommend him. I went in with such bad back ache that walking hurt and he helped release it through hands on physio and exercises to do at home. I am back playing netball and have useful tools to help keep the pain away going forward!

  • Gillian Iversen

I'm still in recovery, but so far all my physiotherapy (with Darren Kennedy, cannnot recommend him enough!) has been thorough and enjoyable collaboration. I don't have insurance to claim this through, but it's pretty decent prices considering it's completely out of pocket for me.

  • Fabio

I went to Physio4Life due to a low back pain. Tanya did a great job performing a thorough assessment and introducing different exercises every week. After a few sessions the pain was gone! The clinic also has an area with brand new gym equipment - which helps with the exercises.

  • Lara Bird-Leakey

I had the best experience at Physio4Life! Darren was absolutely fantastic, and helped me get to the start line of a race after an achilles injury! I really don't know what I would have done without the kindness and consideration of the whole team and would definitely recommend

  • Katherine Taylor

Following a running injury, I had physio sessions with Tanya Chumak. She quickly figured out what the injury was and structured a plan to aid my recovery. Now I'm back to running and feel confident in what to do to stop the injury coming back. Would highly recommend!

  • Peter Byre

I’d highly recommend Tanya at Physio4Life — she’s extremely knowledgeable with a positive attitude towards treatment, recovery and rehab. She was very proactive with my injury, and had great instincts on when to push and when to hold me back during rehab.

  • Diane Nehme

I am afraid I do not recommend this place. They are used to dealing with insurance, rather than private. I did not find the massage helpful at all - but worse is I keep getting emails inviting me back, even when I have asked them to remove me from list

  • Stephanie Lukins

Great facilities, friendly reception staff and very knowledgable and professional physio. I felt listened to in my consultation and reassured should I need to return for any follow ups I’d be able to do so quick and easy. Would recommend Physio4Life.

  • Kym Kingwill

I have been seeing Theadora for several months for 2 injury issues. She has provided excellent assessments and treatments which have been very successful and provided great exercises continually changing as I have progressed through my treatment.

  • Gub Gelu

My treatment was excellent. Handled very professionally and really helped me. Evagoras treated me, his experience and knowledge showed as he helped me achieve what I wanted and now I feel 100% again. A huge thank you. Wonderful service.

  • Paul McLachlan

I’ve had a couple of physio sessions with Jessica Zaayman in relation to leg and ankle soreness. Jessica’s focus, advice - including strength exercises - and manual therapy has been a help to me, both physically and psychologically.

  • Arianne Hutch

Tanya Chumak has been kind, helpful and very supportive in my rehabilitation for my ankle and knee. The appointments with her have been extremely beneficial and my strength and endurance has greatly improved. I highly recommend her.

  • Ben Heathcote
