I have been a fan of Pick and Pay clothing for years now. I absolutely love their brand and the types of clothing, shoes (especially for Kiddies) and undergarments. Their specials on Kiddies clothing is always such a temptation. So last night (15/04/23), I had a pair of Kiddies shoes to exchange. And whenever I purchase from any Pick and Pay, My till slips get emailed to me. Generally when you need to exchange something Or get a refund, you would be required to produce said slip.The ladies at the till, had explained that I needed a slip. But because it was branded and I could show proof on my Pick and Pay app, they had sought assistance and helped get me a refund. I would like to Thank these lovely ladies for their help when they didn't need too.

I visited the store on Thursday, 11 November to purchae a clothing item. When leaving the store, I accidentally left one of my other parcels behind at the counter after paying. I returned to the store today to enquire whether anyone had any information regarding my lost parcel. The gentleman at the entrance of the store immediately knew what I was talking about and fetched my parcel for me. The parcel contained chocolates which were purchased as a gift. The staff were kind enough to keep the chocolates in the refrigerator so that they would not melt. I really appreciate your good customer service.

I have been long standing supporter of PnP Clothing since my sister introduced me to their store at Campus Square, Johannesburg over 15years ago. I haven't looked back since then, officially I prefer the Campus Square store anyday over any of the others but the quality of the clothes is second to none. I am disappointed that times my local store seems to only cater for ladies and children but I guess, it is what sells.

Went to the store today to purchase clothing items and approached a sales assistant for help, I greeted her twice but she was too busy having a fat conversation with another sale assistant on the other end of the store, shouting and talking that you can't even see or hear a customer greet you, pathetic customer service...bringing down the name of a reputable and 100% proudly south African store...I am disappointed.

The stuff so unprofessional iv had multiple situations one where the cashier was really rude i asked to speak to a manager when he came i became a clown , him and the cashier started being sarcastic then that cashier argued with me to a point where she was even shouting at me cross the store when i was walking out the door

For such a big chain store, they don't have a steam iron to remove wrinkles. Staff don't seem to care that the clothes are getting wrinkled. Clothes are just tossed around when taken by customers to the cashiers but not purchased. I had to buy a dress that had pleats but was so badly wrinkled. Unbelievable.

Help desk has the number that goes straight to voicemail the one ending in 8534, number on the web does not even get through...not sure what to call this.. most businesses in this centre do not pick up phone calls.annoying..

17:39 with one “non express“ Queue open. 6 shoppers more than 10 items lined up. Managers says “because staff want to go home”. Google says store closes at 19:00.

Went all the way from Hilton, Midlands to Umhlanga to get these tops for the game and it was worth the 1 hour wait in the line. Great initiative Pick n Pay!

An incredibly huge store, well stocked. Very neat and tidy with helpful staff. Nicely situated at the end of the mall and easily located.

Extremely loud head pounding music,makes shopping a DISASTER! Efficient staff... Smaller variety for newborns...

A great variety of clothes available. Not many tills open so there was a very long queue to wait to pay.
