Very rude behavior of the females sitting in grocery store, they would home deliver you sealed open packs of dairy products and when you go to the shop to return instead of saying sorry or exchanginh the product, they would argue with you and tell 'hamne yaha se ni bheja tha aur apke vjhsw hamara time waste horaha'. Pathetic staff seriously, especially that female whos little shorter in height, she'd as if behve shes the owner of pills n more. Needs to be fired and make her understand basic ethics for customer service.

The staff seems to be very uneducated , Not mannered at all , I live in Chheda heights block away from the shop and frequent customer … pls note that Zopadpatti behaviour will not sustain around mannered societies boss .. last visit will never suggest this shop ..

Highly unprofessional behaviors observed , first they accept to deliver the order then they deny to deliver once you follow up for the deliver , this very casual and unprofessional from a emergency services point of view

Very rude behaviour with customer. No return policy of medicine once you bought from them. Be careful with this shop. They are cheated the customer. Also they sell expired medicine.
