An overzealous manager that thinks he owns the entire chain of pilot flying j. You're not Warren Buffett buddy your a GM at a local truck stop. Also nowhere in there parking lot does it say no over night parking. They have a "no bobtail parking" and a "no unauthorized vehicles" sign but EVERY pilot ive been to when i see those signs tells me that those are meant for carpooling locals. I didnt ask this one because i assumed it was the same. Plus it was empty the night i stayed. I drive a cargo van thats registered as a commercial vehicle and fits in a normal parking space. This is a truck stop i guess im missing something because i thought thats where people like me are welcome to stay. At about 3 am the coward of a manager who didn't have the spine to knock on my window when he was sweeping the lot, left me a letter threatening a tow. The excuse was limited parking but thats ridiculous considering the pilot in Denham Spring Louisiana has a lot barely half the size of this one and they welcome ALL DRIVERS WHO SPEND THERE MONEY AT PILOT. I guess Mr. James McClain GM of store #1047 in Jacksonville Florida that my money is good there but gtfo after i spend it huh. Ive spent a high amount specifically at pilot because usually i have no issues and enjoy the stay plus i like the rewards program. Honestly though a no loitering sign on a drivers lounge this GM is clearly on a power trip and he needs to come down. Grow a spine and sprout a pair the next time you want to leave a threatening letter on a windshield and just knock and politely ask them to leave. I would have found that more professional and courteous and i would have responded with "no problem i understand" and then i would have left with no complaints.

one of the managers Ava told that she does not owe me a shower even though I have shower credits and threatened to have my van towed. I am a very loyal customer and I try to spend as much money as possible in the Pilot/Flying J stores. This lady was very rude. What a disgrace for Pilot/Flying J stores. I hardly ever have any problems with Pilot/Flying J,. I probably spent 3k dollars last month in your stores. I know that I purchased almost $2,600.00 dollars in fuel just for the month of July and most of that was at Pilot/Flying J. That does not include my inside store purchases. I hardly ever use my rewards card for those purchases and I don't really keep up with those because they have no tax credits for my business. But hey kudos to this arrogant woman who tells her customer that she doesn't owe me a shower even though I have shower credits.

Nefe the cashier is very rude and has a nasty attitude. She don’t know how to talk to you. I went to the front to ask about the shower because I’ve been sitting outside for two hours waiting on the shower. The lady was too busy running her mouth with the mens. I am a female truck, driver,. Just because I’m not a man doesn’t mean I get pushed to the back because I’m not a man that the Nefe the lady is all up in mans faces. I truly believe she needed to stop and go clean the shower so I couldn’t take a shower but no she stated so rudely that the guy is doing other things. On top of waiting for two hours for a shower I end up standing in their sitting in the waiting area 45 minutes. why the shower is available but no one is cleaning the shower. I hate coming here!!! When that lady work. She’s rude!!!

Arrived about 2030. It's a small lot, limited maneuvering room. Had already used app to reserve a parking spot. Drove thru lot to fuel island. All parking spaces were full. Trucks are clogged at the island cause all but maybe 2 pumps are actually working. Not all broken pumps had been bagged and none had been blocked off. Parked behind a bobtail at last pump (it was working) and hurried inside to get parking receipt. Found the kid checking for receipts at the first pump doing what appeared to be cleaning. Had to circle the island while we waited for him to clear out a spot for us. Had to have the kid get one of the trucks that was parked in the driving space at the end of the parking spots to move so we could get backed in. Don't think we'll come to this location again unless we have no choice.

This location has been newly renovated & have nice big clean shower rooms. But the parking is medium size. They went crazy with the "Reserved " parking. The entire 1st row (about 20 spots) are Reserved parking now. A bit much since this isn't a large parking lot. No bobtail section, so they usually take up alot of the parking. If you're trip planning & your arrival is in the evening, don't waste your time trying to find parking here. I couldn't even find parking at 10 am here . There is another small truck stop across the street. Might have about 15 to 20 spots there. If your going north on 95. I'd suggest going to G.A. exit 1. There are two huge pilot Travel centers there.

We went to the Arby's here actually but came in through the gas/convenience/truck stop. It was extremely busy but is in a major trucking company area. The store was clean and the prices were not sky rocketed like most stores along the highway. When it comes to major chains like this ratings usually stem from the service part and it wasn't bad just a little slow but it is a really busy place. The only thing about it is it really sucks horribly trying to get in and out. I feel like I'm constantly about to get hit and you really need to pay attention to giving the Semi trucks enough room to turn. Overall a good stop and has just about anything you want for a road trip.

It is a shame that truck stops like this one no longer cater to actual truck drivers. Answer spending over $300 of my own personal money for diesel for my truck, There was no parking in the back lot so I parked my truck up front in a parking spot between the lines... Not taking up 2 parking spaces or anything.... Well this morning the manager said I had to move the truck I could understand if I park a truck there and just left it and went home but I was spending money in the store... I know to fuel up at the TA travel center Instead of using a pilot \flying j travel centers The sign said no Bob tail parking but somebody put a piece of tape over it.

Busy place for all that stop here. But Pilot should buy more land and make more space for the Professional Truckers to park and sleep from all the long hours on the road. The area for cars, pickups and others is too busy most of the time at the pumps. And parking can be a major problem for them depending on the time of day. The Arby's Restaurant can be a bear to get to the drive thru from time to time. And since this place has so many employees working here it can't be easy for them to park depending on the time of day. Come on Pilot Travel Center buy some more land if any is for sale to help with all of your travelers.

Horrible place like most Pilots! Approx. 2 acres and trying to cram 200 trucks in it. Also, they have about 50 truck parking spots total and probably 75% of them ya gotta pay to park ( reserved) spots they call em. $15 bucks per night. The store is modern and clean but it's a total nightmare trying to get in and out of there. I fueled up and wanted to get something to eat and get a shower, but couldn't cause of no parking available. These truck stops couldn't care less about the drivers or they wouldn't make you pay to park! Personally, I'm done with Pilot/ Flying J!

This is a small lot, so for the most part, truck parking is full 24/7. In general, the counters and floors could be kept cleaner. Shower room are updated, but don't think they're thoroughly sanitized. Toilets are mostly always dirty and you can always see dirty, trash, or dust. It always takes a long time to get in there. They're slow to clean them all of time. Why are there multiple people standing around doing nothing at the registers and 1 person trying to clean showers? Staff at registers aren't cleaning store or helping clean showers. Ridiculous!

This pilot isn't bad. Staff is friendly, store is clean. Parking is nuts, it's always full, which all truck stops here are, but this place is heads and tails above the location in Baldwin, at least here you can maneuver around a bit. Lots of bobtails taking up spots, would be nice if store could expand lot a bit and offer bobtail parking only, but it all about the available real estate... Pilot stores should definitely invest in more property here, it is desperately needed... If you come and need to park reserve a spot!!!

These guys that work for Pilot Travel Center have to be built Ford-Tough & have thick skin to work with. These people they come in contact with are characters for sure. And I'm sure The employees follow the rules and procedures. The prices on display are accurate and the shower services are strictly for truck drivers but made an exception for me and yielded to my lack of knowledge regarding taking a bath when I asked to purchase a 2-hour bath So thankful they didn't try me like a paraplegic

REALLY not happy with this place. Paid for parking at 1 p.m. (through their app) to make sure I could park my semi since I wouldn't be here until after 8 p.m. and not only did they NOT reserve a spot, but after parking next to the scales with the parking ticket showing in my windshield AND a sign on my driver side window, plus permission from the store manager to park there I was STILL woken up in the middle of the night and told to move -- when there's absolutely no parking after midnight.

It seems like the locals take advantage of the free parking so they can go home what they should do is charge for parking. It doesn't have to be an outrageous amount, just so those who need the parting can park and those drivers who live around here can take their truck to the company or home . The food seems pretty good I've got lucky so far with the food. The price others charge at some places for just under $10 you get an stale sandwich and old coffee here you get a good amout.

Is there a manager at this location? Could you please teach the employees behind the counter to stop assuming which of the the articles we want in the bag and which ones we want directly in our pocket? This is like third time in past week that they put my cigarettes or chewing gums behind the bag , and when you are in a hurry you just grab the bag and leave, later you realize that there is no stuff you paid for. Just put everything in the bag unless it’s told different

Can't drop your trailer to go to the doctor. Get a an uber they said. They don't control the parking they said. Tow truck knows there not supposed to be any dropped trailers ... I get people abuse situations. Now I have to spend 180 plus uber to get there and back when proper management skills could solve this problem. Shame pfj. Trucking is probably the biggest part of your business. Quantity over quality is not the way to go. You may just have lost a good customer.

It's the best place a driver could be. It has hot and cold food and a variety of other things that might be needed while away from home. November 25, after leaving the airport, we wanted a late night snack; Well on this visit I saw these pots of disgusting soup. How could pilot employees allow this to sit out in open site and think that anyone would want to consider eating this? I changed my star rating from 5 to 1. Because this stuff could make someone deathly ill.

Omg the food.... My husband and I stopped here while waiting to pick up a load and the meatloaf here is the best. True to what everyone else is saying, there could be more parking for trucks. It could also be a bit cleaner, but for a relatively busy store, it's not horrible. If I could give 4 1/2 points I would. Also, if you are going to promise me with warning signs that snakes and alligators are in the water, I at least want to see them =(

Very surprised by the friendliness of staff here. Definitely an asset to the company. Will definitely make this a stop on my airport runs. Stocking girl had broken arm,still smiling,she went in back to get the pecan Bourbon coffee that just came in and brewed a fresh pot for me. So sweet! And it was 7 AM and she was busy. Same with cashier,so sweet! Not used to this level of customer service these days!

Showed up before 4 pm and it was already full. Extremely small lot and 85% of the parking spots are for reserve. I still couldnt reserve , it was all taken. Tight place to get in and out of, trucks parked all in the street in and out of there. Looks like small fleets and owner operators leave their trucks there, because there is alot of bob tail trucks up and down the road and taking up most of the lot. Never again.

This pilot is always very dirty. Parking lot always has trash everywhere. The coolers are never stocked and most the time if you have to get a drink it isn't very cold. The fruit cups are often not even in ice like other stores, and you can visually see that the fruit is old. Even if you use the app for scales it takes forever for the scale master to do whatever they do. Its sad that this pilot is run so poorly.

Truck stop itself is fine but they should have someone in the truck parking lot having drivers move to find different parking spaces OUT OF THE WAY. There's constantly trucks parked in areas that block other truckers from getting out or in a spot. If you pay for a reserve and get there a little late, you can't get in due to the trucks parked dead in front of the space because they don't want to pay

If there's any way you could bypass this location, do it! The parking here is atrocious! The vast majority of the spaces are taken up by the local drivers with their bobtail trucks. Then you got other drivers that make their own parking spaces. Its chaos overload. If you reserve a spot, do it REAL early that morning before you stop for the night. On the positive side, at least the showers were clean.

Holy cow! $18 for a pot roast dinner with 2 sides and 2 chicken wings. That's it. No drink. Green beans were straight out a can. Cold and not seasoned at all. Mashed potatoes would have probably been pretty good hot and had even a little salt. However the gravy was very salty. I guess they were making up for the lack of salt on everything else. Pot roast was cold. Wings were decent but small.

Spent 40+ minutes waiting to get a shower. My # finally comes up and I head to the shower area only to discover the cleaning girl giving my shower to somebody else. Even after showing the ticket to her she insisted that the other person was getting the room next. The parking sucks,the garage cans are all ways full, the employees are indifferent at best,if not rude. Stay away , if you can.

I would not recommend this Arby's. Very rude and unprofessional. A friend & I went in to order. Not only did they mess our order up they acted as if we did something wrong. They didn't give us a receipt so therefore we couldn't show them our order. Yet they wouldn't reprint it either. Very nasty attitudes. They should be fired. I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow.

This is by far, one of the nicest gas stations on this side of town. The problem is the management and employees. I just left the store, I only bought a pack of gum and 4 can drinks, buyt it took 18 minutes!! Only 2 of the 6 registers are open most of the time, whether their slam packed or not and they'd rather stand around and talk, then help to get customers out of there

Been waiting damn near an hour for a shower. There are 7 showers spoke with a clerk was told the person who cleans the showers is on break and they they are short towels. Told I em I don't need any towels just a shower I have my own stuff. She did check but confirmed I'd have to continue to wait. This is definitely why I opt for a Loves over pilot because this is crazy...

They don't let van expediter vans stay overnight like the truckers. They put a paper on your windshield staying no overnight/extended parking or you'll be towed. We work just as hard as the truckers and need sleep and rest too. Us van drivers always buy things here cause we stay overnight to support them. Not this place anymore. A shame though. Was a nice place

When we went there it was on the higher end of truck stops in terms of food availability (there's an Arby's plus a ton of food made there, pizza, salads, etc.) Cleanliness and overall. It was well kept and clean, good selection of items, good for a stop, bite, and stretch the legs. Gas prices are usually average or sometimes slightly lower.

If I could give them 0 I'll. This people is doing nothing with the showers, lot of people waiting for the showers, many showers available! They just need to clean the places but they don't do it. It's disrespectful and not nice, we're tire, we already paid for it! Drivers support this business but this business do NOT support drivers!

If your going to build a truck stop be sure to have plenty of parking. This parking lot lay out is poorly designed seems like there are more spots reserved. I think pilot just wants our $ dosent care if we have convenient parking. Just do what I did go across the street easy convenient parking. You didn't get my $ this time pilot.

Arbys in store. No Stars here. Cashier male wearing pink nail polish and bling jewelry and ribbons in his hair. Person preparing food was rude and gave us cold fries and gave us attitude when asked for arby sauce. Eating area and drink area dirty and missing supplies. Tea sour. Ugh. No more trips to this arbys. They need revamped!

Pilot seriously needs to do better. As you drive in there is nothing but trash. I understand that people shouldn't litter and that employees should not have to clean up after people but come on it literally looks like a small landfill. Have some standards especially if you want people to come spend money. Really disgusting

Do not wash your clothes here. The machines are awfully dirty. They charge 2.50 for washing and 2.50 for drying so they should clean their business. The manager is also rude when you tell him about the problem. The food is overpriced, one piece of chicken 7 bucks. They scan items wrong, and after they yell after you.

Customer service is the only thing good about this location. The amount of tractors without trailer in this location is staggering. No need for tractors taking up space for tractor trailers and most of them are not even attended. Bags of trash between trucks. Entirely too small of a property for so much business

I just watched the manager/team leader deescalate and beautifully handle a crazy, belligerent crackhead. It was some of the most professional stuff I've ever seen. Serious props to the manager on duty tonight. On top of that, they have a hot food deli open late and a 24-hour Arby's. I like it here lol

Didnt expect much from Jacksonville, but supposedly "clean" showers didnt even have clean a toilet. & yes that is dirt toilet paper on the floor. The biggest other thing i notice with pilots that dont clean showers very well, is they take down the signs that tell u who to contact if theres a problem

Could use some cleaning in the rest rooms! Seem to take for ever at the registers to get checked out. We always try to go late late at night so there's not that much traffic but they always take for ever. The inside of the store was cleaner and stocked ok. That is all I have to say about them.

Sad that management has left this place gone to be a dump. Garbage on entrance plus Bob tails parked on most free parking. Charge them to Park. There should be a Bobtail parking area and that's it. We delivering in area should be provided parking. I'm contacting main office also.

Reserve parking is a joke. Paid for it at 2 got here at 10 and every spot was taken. They did refund me and let me park in the car area as I was a bobtail but what if I had a trl. There were several trucks without passes on them. They need to get control of this. It's stupid!!!!

I reserved a spot a truck broke down blocking the spot. Sat at fuel isle for almost two hours. Day manager couldn't care less but once night shift came in she got it solved! Took a star away because of day manager not caring but kudos for night shift keeping the customers happy.

Mrs Ratchet will give you POW style rations from the PJ Fresh counter and then tell you that’s single serving as she slings the food onto the tray. This place is more of a bad 7-11 self owned gas station than a Pilot truck stop. Go across the street before spending money here.

Pretty nice Pilot if you can get a parking spot. A newer pilot so it's bathrooms, showers etc are all nice and big. Pretty clean also for a truck stop. No where near enough parking though, especially considering there are like 20 huge distribution centers all around it.

Well stocked. Staff could, should be nicer to customers. One at the check out was nice the others need people skills classes. Clean and food very good. The lot is not big enough for the trucks that need parking. Many bobtail that have to take up full spits. Frustrating.

Very small parking area. 11 reserve spots that sell out quickly. They do nothing about drivers making their own parking. I was blocked by a truck. Was late for my appointment by 1.5 hrs because they don't monitor parking and I couldn't get the driver to wake up.

Truckers... Depending on what time you arrive for your 10 or 34 depends on if any spots are available. Before mid day is best bet. This pilot is around a distribution and industrial area. Have never had any attitude problems clean store,showers and restrooms.

Dining central if you don't feel up to cooking they have something for everyone and desert too. Among other things. Arby's is good here. Fast service food is always fresh. The pizza and burgers are awesome and the desert place is out of this world.

This place sucks when it comes to the pumps, ALWAYS AN ISSUE. If it wasn't for the corporate discount. I would never come here. The coffee always has a bad taste due to never cleaning the pot. One nice manager, she works night till the mornings.

This is a very busy place, Newly renovated, if you're looking to park here I suggest getting a reserve spot, the lost is too small for the amount of traffic they get. Lot was full by noon on a Monday. But a good place to stop for fuel and food.

This Pilot Travel Center has a lot to choose from with Arby's, Cinnabon, freshly made pizza, chicken, hot dogs, and a lot of sides to go with it. The are nice and clean. It's fairly new so everything is still new. They also have CAT

We had high hopes that this would be a good fuel and convenience spot on the west side of Jacksonville. The place is nasty! I have been in this facility several times over the last month at different hours and it has never been clean.

The establishment was very clean and tidy. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks. They also have several fast food options available. I will definitely stop here whenever I am close by. The prices were not too bad either.

Accessible parking. Clean restrooms. Truck parking. Cinnabon located here. ARBY'S. Fresh hot food available. Lotto machine. Sitting area inside. Arcade gaming room. Fresh coffee. I would definitely recommend this location.

I gave 5 stars because the ladies that work here are just as beautiful as their smiles! They were so helpful and the showers are clean! Yes the parking is not great but these ladies made it worth the stop!

It's very well lit and spacious. The convenience store is large and well stocked. I go to the Arby's that it attached to it. It's excellent, always fresh and my order is correct. I highly recommend it!

Employees park at the gas pumps due to insufficient parking..... nothing like waiting behind a car to get gas only to realize it's been 30 minutes and it's an Employees car who's not coming back out.

It‘s not the worst Pilot. But beware of Alligators in 2 ponds. The pond in the back has three large gaps in the fence where the critters can conveniently walk through and right into the parking lot.

This is the dirties truck stop inside and out. Didn't have change so you have to use card, laundry had no change food sucks if there this dirty on the outside how clean are they on the insides

Best caramel macchiato from the machine ever! Very nice staff. Not a lot of parking, better get there early. Good water pressure in shower but have seen cleaner showers at other pilots.

The employees are nice and courteous even when really busy. They help you find what you're looking for; they also try to refill anything they are out of, if you let them know it's out.

This location hasa Arby's and it's a 24/7 drive thru. So you can pump your gas with plastic and drive thru and not have any human contact. Fuel your car and yourself with minimal risk.

Spend $700 on fuel and $18.00 for parking to wait over an hour for a shower. Waiting for the showers to be cleaned. Unfortunately my company does pilot. Loves was so much better.

Food prices are high, NO parking spaces heavy traffic for a small truck stop, bobtail use whole space for 64ft trucks,cashier need experience mess up my fuel and scale receipts.
