They appear to be a good supplier. They do counter sales only so there is no browsing around. Also, I can imagine that you could wait a while if they get busy since each server behind the counter can only attend to one person at a time. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. I might give them a try again next time.

the service from the sales man is very poor i had to send emails to 3 different salesman before i got any feed back . Eventually when i went to pick up my bolts there where items that was short . Overall it was a nightmare causing me to go back and pick up the balance. disappointed

I had a very plesant time shopping there, it was not crowded, stuff very friendly, you are provided with a disc as the system of first come first serve, they have chaird for the customers. I liked the fact that they have females stuff on the fore front serving customers.

There was one guy there on Saturday 5 November that was very efficient and one that was not knowing what he was doing. And that was the guy whom assist my husband driving him up the wall. So good luck to the next person landing with this guy knowing nothing.

Although waiting period is rather long but never the less, from screws to bolts and nuts they have it all,people are always friendly and ready to help even if it's a special item they ready to help you find them

I've been looking for a very specific, uncommon nut for over a month... I found this at Pinetown Bolt. They knew exactly what I was I was talking about, had it in stock and it was way cheaper than I expected.

The queuing system kind of works. If you looking for caps crews go to EIS 1km down the way. Pinetown bolt have double the prices but at least they have a place to rest your rump while you wait.

No matter what nut or bolt or screw you want they will have it. Just ask. Many tools, oils and workshop accessories also available. Fast friendly and helpful. A nice bunch of nuts there.

The que was long and only 2 people serving the counter....so waited a long time to be served... about 30 minutes....and two customers Infront of me....not good....

these guys have generally had what we looking for, it can be sometimes busy but they do have a numbering system so grab one when you enter.

Excellent. They did not have disc padlock keyed alike as batch of 10. They were ordered and I was able to collect the next day
