I recommend the tailor for dry cleaning as they're really good competitive prices but for alterations I wasn't happy with the end result. I brought in two shirts in which he altered but he cut the bottom of the shirt too short in which he also removed the labels on one which I didn't realise until I left that's my own fault for not checking. The finish of hemline of the other shirt was poorly stiched as the seems was coming out. Not to mention my white shirt has blue pen marks even after washing and he didn't cut the excess thread of the alterations of my biege shirt. I haven't addressed with the tailor because I didn't want to keep on going backwards and forwards to the place.

I recently got two Shirts Ironed at Pinfold Dry Cleaners. I arrived at 12 and they shut at 1pm on this day. Not only did he wash and iron the shirts, I had them back that following evening. He worked late just to iron the shirts. They went above and beyond to help me that day. I was absolutely use this service again and I highly recommend it. The gentlemen serving me was brilliant and such a friendly man.

This is the only place to visit if you have any needs of dry cleaning, and any other cleanings for your garments, other places will just “dry” clean but not every item can be dry cleaned, this guys knowledge is on another level. Brought my Hugo Boss coat here as I stained it and the coat was brand new after leaving it here. Every stain and mark was gone completely. Thank you

Have used this place a couple of times now for dry cleaning. Recently brought a suit in with a badly torn sleeve to be repaired, and I must say it looks as good as new (the owner even stitched up the other sleeve which was a bit torn)! Fast, reliable service with a very friendly owner. Definitely one of the best dry cleaners in Birmingham!

I have used Pinfolds for many years; at least since 2006 perhaps longer. I have always had excellent service including alterations and have had some challenging repairs brilliantly managed. We had some curtains cleaned once and they have transformed our lounge. Importantly, the staff have always been cheerful and helpful.

This is an excellent dry cleaners - for dry cleaning, laundry and repairs/alterations. I have been going for over 20 years, which speaks volumes. Very good value for money and nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant customer service. Adrian gives a new meaning to the expression "going the extra mile".

I just got back from the laundry shop.Person over there was so nice, kind, and helpful. One of my top had colour stains. He told me that you had already tried and he couldn't do much, but he suggested some other things for me to try. Please do visit - 10/10 service.

Could not fault Pinfolds services in any way. City centre location making it superb for those living close by! Parking available very close so picking up couldn’t be easier. Owner is very helpful and friendly! Affordable prices - £60 for 4 two pieces suits!
