I order two medium pizzas at 1018 pm On September 12, 2020 the person who took my order verified the address and my phone number and took my order.i paid with my debit card.I called the store back at 1133 pm I called with a request to have the driver to call me once leaving the store.The CSR who answered said they will put that note in. I called back at 12:14am with concerns of Where is the order ? The CSR put be on hold as if they were checking on the order came back to the phone an said it’ll be there shortly so I remained standing outside waiting on the delivery driver!! At 1235, I finally called back asking where is the order and a person told me (not sure if it was a manager or a CSR because the person didn’t give that information) that a delivery driver tried to call me and when I told him I’ve been standing outside waiting With my phone and no one called , he then proceeded to say it was an online order I then informed him that I actually called in , HE THEN SAYS it was the wrong address on the order after I called in to the store a few times prior he could have easily verified the order and address as they have done several times in my previous calls.SO 1245am NO PIZZA! And he wouldn’t give a manager name so I can contact because he said and I quote “ THATS NOT WHAT WE DO!”Customer service here sucks .i should’ve had a DiGiorno

BUYER BEWARE Just ordered a meal from this location and I have experienced the WORST customer service from TWO different employees. We asked to speak to a manager more than once and was never acknowledged. We were told that if we didn’t PRE tip on the phone that we couldn’t leave a tip on the receipt when the driver showed up (paid with CC) which we know is not true, and when I tried to verify that we could tip at the door she was rude and said if we didn’t want to leave a tip we didn’t have to, which is NOT what we said. The first girl then took our CC info and hung up, without verifying the order or even telling us the cost we were just charged. We then called back and spoke to Kelsey, who also ignored our inquiry to speak to a manager, she gave us our total and when we once again tried to verify that we could write in a tip on the receipt we got our call put on hold with no one telling us (we thought we were hung up on-again) and then she tells us that we should know since my boyfriend worked at Pizza Hut. Absolute horrible phone etiquette and I truly feel bad for the drivers that aren’t properly being tipped because of these employees and having to write this lame review because we never got to speak to a manager. My blood pressure is literally raised from trying to place this order and trust me this wasn’t even all of it, there was more but I’m too exhausted from just trying to order food to keep typing. The WORST Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I ordered a pizza and a Alfredo pasta. When I went inside to order the manger didn’t greet me and acted as if he had an attitude but I didn’t pay it too much mind I was just hungry and wanted to get my food. I get home and there NO chicken in my pasta. So I call up there and the manager answered the phone I asked if chicken is supposed to come in the pasta because there was NONE in mine. He said that was a “dumb” question. I got offended and asked how? His response was “well you can bring it up here but if I find one or two pieces in it there’s nothing I can do for you”. There’s literally no chicken in at all but at this point I was already home so I told him it would be inconvenient for me to come back now it isn’t my fault it was made incorrectly he said “I’m just the manager I didn’t make it” Long story short he winded up hanging up in my face. Not once apologized for the mistake. I received terrible customer service and shocked that is how the MANAGER runs the store. Dominos is right down the street don’t even waste your time!

Ordered for that cost me 52 bucks to not get any of my food. I ordered wings didn't get them then they thru all my sauces ontop of my pizza in the boxes that had had people hands on then smh. My pizza was all thrown around to the point it looked horrible my pizza was so soggy that it feel apart when u picked it up. This was the worse service and waste of 52 bucks to help feed people that had no food plus my own pizza. When I called I was told it was corporate fault bc they wasn't helping the manager and they have no workers. Told I was going to be refunded also but I don't see that being done at all. I don't ever recommend ordering here and I was just talking good on them when I was told or order somewhere else. I am so disappointed to be homeless myself to be blessed with money to help others to end up not getting none of my food my points that was used I didn't get to have that item either. This was really a horrible situation all together. Plus I had to wait a hour for my food to deal either all of that. I wish Corporate would reach out to me.

Ordered online deal 5.99 each 2 mediums two topping. First time around got the wrong pizza, ordered pepperoni and got a cheese pizza, second pizza was fine. Called in to the Pizzahut store and was credited for the problem and was told to call back to get the same order. I called tonight to get the credit for the pizza order and was completely shut down at every turn. I was told I couldn't get the 5.99 deal because I had to order online, and I couldn't use my credit online. I was told this after explaining the credit 3 times. The funny part is she told me it would be easy to order online just do that Haha. After all that I was told I couldn't get double pepperoni as a topping, I couldn't have extra cheese, and that personal crust would be extra. All of this was suppose to be credited to my account which wasn't. Last thing I was still charged a delivery fee for a inconvenience on my original order.

Ordered here for years but just goes to show one bad experience can ruin it. Called the store over 2 hours after ordering to find out why my pizza hadnt even left the store. My call was picked up then hung up on immediately several times. Was put on hold twice, each time over 10 minutes. When someone finally gave me the time of day and I asked what was going on I was told they were backed up. No apology, no offer for a credit. Just "we will cancel and refund your your order." The tone was annoyed, no sympathy, complete lack of customer service. As if the paying customer was at fault for being upset for waiting over 2 1/2 hours for their food. Place needs more/new employees and new management at best. I will never order from ANY pizza hut after my experience tonight. Absolutely dreadful. There's plenty of competition in delivery pizza, invest in them instead.

Okay ordered a super supreme pizza , a 2 liter of dr pepper, and a smores cookie.. First order took over an hour to get, the puzza was cold and missing 2 toppings, the brownie had 10 tiny marshmallows and flakes of chocolate, was nothing like the picture, and the dr pepper was diet and i order normal dr pepper. So i called and was hung up on twice, finally got ahold of them after a 10 minute hold, got a replacement order but only recieved the drink and pizza which was correct but i should have gotten the brownie with it to, the driver was nice the first time and very rude bringing the food back because we didnt tip her. Why would i tip for bad service? And to have an attitude over it was beyond unprofessional. This was the first and last time i will order from here. The manager chris was awsome though and took care of our problem

I would not even put them at a one they made both pizza wrong one was to be pineapple and beef and the other ham and bacon when I call them they tell me it will be a hour before I can get the new one and I have waited over 30 mins for them to be the wrong one or they would change me for one but I should not have been change any of them because it was their mess up and the night manager know that they are wrong for this but my family is not going to wait any longer because of their mess up and this is the second time ( so in the pictures you will see reg pizza with sausage and bacon and the other thin with cheese stuffed ham and pineapple mmmm which I hate because there is no sauce so I can't do stuff and thin and can't eat pineapple) never order from them. I will order from somewhere else I'm tried of their b.s

Spent 72$ and when my food arrive it was incomplete. I called in bt was still polite bc mistakes will be made and it’s more important how it is remedied. I spoke to someone they told me that they would have it brought back. I said okay thanked him all while knowing I would not eat it bc I would eat whole everything else was hot. To my unpleasant surprise that correction was never made. This is not how business should be conducted. If you tell someone something yu should be held accountable for the words you say. Due to the fact I spent so much money and did not get what I paid for, nor was my missing item credited or brought back means I can no longer waste my hard earned money here. If only they would have kept their word or removed the charge for something not given my response would be very different.

I ordered a Pizza online and paid online and had Pizza delivered to my house for my young sisters who are visiting from out of town. When the driver delivered she asked for payment so thinking maybe I didn’t pay my sister gave her the money plus a $5 tip! Then before giving her the pizza had her sign the receipt! So I ended up paying over $50 for single pizza and some breadsticks! I called and informed the manager and let them know that I understood it was my word against hers so I had no expectations of a refund, but they didn’t even try to offer to make it right! Where did these people learn customer service?? Where are the honest people?? Never going here again!!

This Pizza is DISGUSTING. Tasted like straight up CARDBOARD and looked like it too! I have pictures of it! And the other people I ordered the pizza for agree! We were all disgusted and let down! I will never order Pizza Hut ever again. Barely any toppings, bread was stale, chewy and cold, with no flavor. Also, the cinnamon sticks were just as gross, the “icing” tasted like plastic. I was so highly disappointed! I am only giving one star because they were prompt at returning me with a full refund, and handled the situation professionally, and the driver was nice, but I work too hard for my money to buy food that tasted like it came from the garbage.

Ordered big dinner box for a small party we were having woth some close friends. Did the 3 pizza option. The Hawaiian pizza was awesome and pepperoni was par. Some pieces hardly had any cheese or meat on it. The chicken and bacon pizza was almost non-existent. There was chicken on the pizza but out of the 8 pieces on 2 and a half pieces had bacon on it with the chicken... We paid extra and tipped well to have it done right, but the pizza with bacon and chicken was not worth it and embarrassing. We were too busy to call to complain about it... Will not be ordering or paying extra any time soon... Would like a resolution if possible...

I wish I could say my food was delicious and made properly but it wasn't. I haven't had a pizza made properly from Pizza Hut without them having to redo my order. I don't ask for much only extra sauce on my cheese and to have a pan or hand-tossed pizza but I guess that gets lost somewhere in translation. I have gotten to the point to where I we'll go out of my way to go to Domino's before I go to Pizza Hut. And it's amazing how people don't understand that the bread rising in the bread resting is the exact same thing. Don't make pizza on doe that has not risen or you just unfroze and it hasn't had time to rise its not made properly

Too start we ordered 8 pizzas at 1230 and were ready at 1 when we needed them for our bday party. All of the pizzas were cooked perfectly and were shown to me before I left the store. Not only was the staff friendly they were fast! Last years party we got from dominos and never again! Unfriendly, unorganized, poor quality, and had to wait 15 mins extra at the store. We know our choice for next year! Great job staff!!!

We did delivery of their new Gluten Free Udi pizza. I love that they are the first to do this. I have to say their website ordering is a little confusing. They should give you the full gluten free pepperoni & cheese option up front instead of making you "create your own". The pizza arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It looked good however the crust was rock hard. Tasty...but again..rock hard. I think they might need to work on how long they cook these new pizzas. The toppings were yummy. Kudos, Pizza Hut for offering gluten free pizza, but the frozen Udi's are cheaper and the crusts aren't as hard.

The worst pizza place in existence. If I could, I would by the place so I could fire everyone there. I have tried to order from them twice. 1st time they said they didn't have a driver so I cancelled the order and ordered from another place then out of nowhere there driver who they didn't have shows up and wants money for a canceled order. So I gave it some time and decided to give it another chance and they tell me the delivery time will be 3 hours! They are located 3min from me. When called to ask why they had no reason and even had the nerve to get rude. Done with this place.

The miner at the cash register was very rude and disrespectful. When asked to speak to manager it wasn't no better the manager gave pretty much the same attitude but then laughed and joked about it with other guests in their Lobby. I video the whole ordeal just so i can showing my franchises employees the ways you dont treat your guest. These are the same guests that help pays their paycheck and keep that business thriving. When you have an employee and a manager that do not care about the guests it makes you wonder about the general manager, regional manager and the owner.

On this particular day and everyday until I get my points back, they get 1 . I ordered a medium cheese pizza. My box wasn't opened for approval when I received it and I accepted it and walked out. I placed the box in the dash of my truck and while backing out i noticed what looked like a tiny spider on my box. I stopped and grabbed the box. When I opened it, 3 baby roaches were running from the heat in the box corners. While trying to keep the critters in the box I pulled back up, reenter, stated obvious facts and requested my points be returned. No points yet!

The worst pizza experience ever !!! more than 2hrs to get an order delivered and when I call the manager christina instead of helping out the situation she gets on the defensive. telling me her driver called the number and it was disconnected. I told her i pay the bill !! i would know if its discnnected so i told her not to believe the driver but to call her self... after waiting on the phone for 8 minutes I called back and she said she was still handing the problem... pizza hut is losing big time to papa john's because of employees like this that just dont care...

2 hours waiting for delivery on weekday. When the order arrived the cold drink was put inside the bag with my food and my food was cold. I contacted the store and the person that answered the phone said -" what am I suppose to do I have one driver ?" Well then I suggest you don't take orders that you cannot handle. Perhaps telling the customer that you are behind an hour and half on deliveries! I am done ordering from them, this is the second time!!! You charge me 3.25 for delivery fee and then ask for a tip for the driver ( which i always tip). Nope never again!!

I ordered online from this store by accident. I called to cancel this order and was on hold for 7 minutes. I thought there's no way, hung up, and called again. The 2nd call, I was on hold for more than 10, TEN, minutes. Someone answered but didn't say anything so I said "Hello" and they HUNG UP. I called again and spent more than 30 MINUTES on hold. I finally called corporate. I tried again to contact them afterwards but then my call wasn't picked up by the answering service at all. I will NEVER deal with this ratchet place ever again. Steer clear y'all

Ordered from here two weeks ago at 8:36pm order was fine delivered at 9:15pm. So tonight I placed another order online at 5:47pm today got a call from the location and they stated oh they don't delivery here now past 6pm??? When asked why the so called assistant manager tells me oh we never did because of your location. How?? When I still have the receipt from last time yall delivered here after 8Pm?? When I asked to speak to someone higher up I got told oh this will be the highest up you speak to when calling here.

I went in to the store to order two pizzas. The card reader kept malfunctioning, and the cashier acknowledged it had been an issue. I did not have cash to cover the order, so I had few options. Another customer came in, and the cashier focused on them. I left to go order pizza somewhere else, and stated as much. AFTER getting pizza elsewhere, a guest at my house said a driver brought pizza to my house. Why would I drive to a store to have it delivered without paying? I will not use this location again.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas and some other side items. They only delivered 1 of the pizzas I ordered. I called the store and no one would answer. I emailed them and got no response. I finally called again. And they told me they could offer me store credit. I will never be ordering from this location again. I don’t want store credit. So they just took my money and refuse to offer the refund for the item I paid for and never received. Definitely would not recommend this location!

DO NOT order from here. 2 hours late on delivery and when he did show up, he refused to try to find my place (very easy to locate, well lit, and numbered apartments easily visible), so I had to run out in the rain. It was there I noticed he was parked so far away, he didn’t even try to find it. Before he came, I tried for an hour just to cancel the order but no one picked up the phone. The food came destroyed, cold and inedible. Even the boxes were destroyed. I just threw it away.

Driver was nice, that is the extent of anything pleasant to say. Jokers at the store don't know the difference between Pan and Hand tossed and then refused to remake or credit when I called them out on it. Submitted my order online, where we now have to pay extra for original pan style pizza, which is beyond me, must be marketing strategy since it's usually the more popular style when ordering from Hut. Managers and CSR's are idiots and have no clue what REAL customer service is.

Ordered from this location and my order was delivered incorrectly . I received a credit and went tonight to get dinner; when we got home ant took a bite I had a long strand of brunette hair in my mouth. When I took the pizza back the cook was dancing around in the back and the manager took his time to see what my issue was and only offered me $10.00 for my order that was over $20.00. For better service and hairless, and correct food I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

This will be the 8th time I order from here, and every time my order is always missing something. It's either my pepperoni missing on a pepperoni pizza, my cheese sticks, or a 2 liter, or the marinara sauce. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get an order done the right way. I got a family of 7 kids, an I only order from here because it's the closest one to my home for delivery. I was promised 2 free pizzas, and a 2 liter and still NOTHING. Disgusted honestly.

I usually have no issue when I order from them. Online or over the phone. .. well I guess we all have to have at least one bad experience.. I called to place my order and literally it took so long I went online and was able to place my order before I spoke to a human. Says my order will take 55-60 min. It's been over an hour, call the store and on hold for over 10 min. Just to have them answer and then hang up on me.. will never order my pizza from them again

I used to order from this Pizza Hut delivery location once a week for 25 years. For the past few years, the product and customer service has been utter garbage. Toppings are super sparse now, prices have hiked way up and the phone in order takers are always rude, unhelpful and treat customers like nuisances. Don't order from here unless you like paying $25 for dough in a box. Moon River on Edgewood is the best going in this neighborhood. :)

Food was correct and staff was friendly. But…. Place was filthy nasty dirty!!! Understand short staff with COVID but the place being that filthy I won’t eat there again unless it’s cleaned up. Fear of food poisoning. Place looked like it was about close permanently. There wasn’t even Pizza Hut advertising posters in this location. Garbage can in the wait area with garbage stacked around it. And floor black with dirt dust everywhere!

I have been ordering pizza from this location for many years now, they use to make Great pizza. ....!!!! NOW their pizza either is super late getting to me, the pizza was NOT made right or stone cold. If it happened once in a while I would not complain. In the past 10 times that I ordered from them, only 2 pizzas were made correctly. I am DONE !!!!! I will NEVER order another pizza from the Cassat location Ever again !!!

The pizza is good. The crust is too thin and it was actually the hand tossed Pizza. It's pretty much as thin as the thin crust pizza which I don't understand because it was never that way before. I did try the barbecue sauce instead of the original marinara and that was great! The female's bathroom door handles broke and there was no soap in the bathroom but other than that the experience was okay.

Ordered 2 pizzas out of 80s Book-it nostalgia. Single topping thin crust and deep dish. Nothing crazy, but these things came in way undercooked and subpar ingredients. I had to bake it like a Papa Murphy's. Was hoping for a little childhood treat before they closed for good, but it seems I was already too late. Delivery driver didn't wear a mask, so a little extra baking was probably a good thing.

Deliver my pizza in a fashion that does not look like someone had played frisbee with it. I would strongly suggest to deliver the pizza people actually ordered. I did not call the store that delivered my pizzas because the kids had already eaten 3 or4 pieces before I had inspected the boxes. The hand tossed pepperoni appeared fine but the thin crust meat lovers was any but fine.

Quit changing the way the pizzas are made, go back to the old pizza hutt. You know when I was growing up back in the 1990s-2000 pizza hutt was the best pizza around. It wasn't the cheapest pizza in town but when you were able to get it you knew you were in for a real treat.. nowadays pizza hutt has lost that being best position. Everything about pizza hutt pizza has changed.

Ordered pizza at 9pm. We called at 10:10 asking where it was - it will be out asap. 5 minutes later I get the alert that it's out for delivery. I live 5 minutes away. Waited until 10:40 before I called and asked for them to forget it. No apologies were given. Worst service I've ever received. Will likely never order from this Pizza Hut again. Don't waste your time.

Ghetto fabulous. Don't ever, ever ever ever order extra cheese. They are already super slack with their ingredients but you pay for extra and they're still slack. Dominoes has gotten Better and at least when you pay for extra cheese you see extra cheese. I will not order from this place again because cutting food cost is their priority not satisfying the customer.

If i could give no stars I would. Placed an online order went to get it 15 minutes AFTER it should be ready. Stood there after paying waiting for pizza to finally be told we are out of your pizza stuff. Asked why they did not call me the terrible manager said I guess they forgot . Now I know why I stopped going there. They do not care at all about the customer

This establishment is easily noticeable in traffic, with very quick service, polite staff and yep you guessed it! Hot delicious pizza. This Pizza hut is set up for take out only, but it does have two bar tables with chairs for customers who would like to eat their pizza while it's hot. They also have a few chairs for customers while they wait on pizza.

I ordered my food through the app and they call me saying they have no driver and the refund will take 3 to 5 days. I gave my very last dime to Pizza Hut. Now, I have to go to bed hungry and not eat until Monday when I can go to work and snag a free bag of popcorn because I don't get paid until Tuesday. Great. Thank you Pizza Hut. I appreciate it.

Straight trash. Second time I’ve waited multiple hours for delivery. Don’t know why I let this one go to 3 and half hours before asking for a refund. Called multiple times. Got different answers each time. Finally the last person just said “I don’t know. Should be there.” Will I actually get a refund? Don’t think they can even do that right.

The location on Cassat Ave in Jax, FL is not answering their phone, after delivering an incomplete order. I received bread sticks without the pasta (main dish).... I also received pizza that did not have any pizza sauce. I had been on hold for over 10 minutes and no one has answered the call. INSTEAD they picked up the phone and HUNG UP!!!!

Time wait was very long, but courteous. They however did not bring my $2.99 drink with order nor call to give me a credit after saying they would return it. It was a spontaneous purchase because our local pizza place closed earlier. The pie was cooked great so overall my family enjoyed the pizza we just had H20 with it.

I will never order from here again. I got a Supreme that was slightly undercooked and cold by the time it got to me. It took about 90 minutes to be delivered, even though it said at max it would be 40 mins. This place is less than a mile away from where I live. There is no excuse for such horrible service. Never again.

Order here a few time and our orders had always been delivered promptly and correct. Had one issue last time with the order being delivered to the wrong address, but it was miscommunication on both our part. After a phone call to the store everything was resolved and we got our food.

Service was fine. Wings were good. But our pizza was really horrible. It was a plain large cheese. Our pizza crust was so under done it was basically white. The dough just tasted completely horrible. I will not be returning to pizza hut for this reason.

Pizza was good, service was ok, the boneless wings ugh. I'm just gonna stop ordering them. The last 5 times in a row I'm getting little sauce, or wrong sauce, or pieces that aren't edible (just bread no meat). Wings should be made with love.

Husband is currently heaving up his stuffed crust pepperoni less than 2 hours after consuming. I couldn't eat the marinara that came with the breadsticks as it tasted sour. Y'all need an inspection before someone ends up in hospital.

Our pizzas were warm, not hot when they arrived. Also, the crust was underbaked. I had ordered one of them with light sauce, both had lots (almost too much) sauce. I was disappointed with both pizzas overall, they were just blah! ☹

Ordered online for a no contact carry out order. After I arrived the staff promptly delivered my order to my vehicle and was courteous and polite. My food was really good quality so overall it was an excellent meal and experience.

You can tell that a bunch of kids work there with no real supervision. Service is poor and food is made by a toddler. Grease and sauce all over the box! I can't understand why it takes so long for my order and the food be good

All of the cheese on one of the 2 pizzas was stuck to the box and the wings gave 2 of our friends food poisoning. We through away all but 4 slices of the 2 pizzas and just made dinner we were so dissatisfied with the food.
