This location is so disorganized and so not providing the Austaco motto!! My child was more organized and goal oriented at the age of 6 than this place!! I have had nothing but problems since I moved into this delivery area. Which all this saddens me because I once upon a time was an employee of this facility. I have had to cancel my order 4 times due to the fact that they call me 15 minutes before my order is due and say that they are either out of an ingredient or no longer offer a particular ingredient or flavor. The customer service seems as if I owe them for their time and not the customer is our priority. The times I have had my orders completed the drivers have shown up very dirty and almost homeless looking plus the body odor that is present makes me so sick that I cannot even bring self to eat because I am afraid I will vomit. I will no longer waste my time, data usage nor my family's health with this location. I will drive to a location that is closer to my home first off and more pleasant to attend. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE AND EVERYONE DISCONTINUE THE USE OF THE BRODIE LANE LOCATION!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION!!

So we placed an order and we never received a call or our order. When I tried to call I was put on hold multiple times and then someone answered and quickly said "you have to wait on hold" and once again was put on hold. For over 12 minutes and no one ever answered me at all my sister called and immediately got an answer and then found out that they called even though we never got a call and then just canceled the order without ever answering the phone. I’ve never had bad service at this location but this was really horrible customer service and I’m beyond annoyed with whomever it was that hung up on me multiple times. I don’t think I will order anything from Pizza Hut for a while.

Gave the pizza hut detroit style pizza a try this evening and it was horrible. Sauce is sour, bottom crust is greasy and reminds of a totinos, dough is basically the pan pizza .put into a square pan. They give two pepperoni's, one is their standard pepperoni and one is a decent spicy pepperoni. This was nothing like a detroit pizza except it was the same shape. For a company like pizza hut this is a huge failure and embarassment. Whoever heads up research and development for new product should be let go asap.

Our cashier was nice enough and talkative but our pizza was given to us warm. We walked in, order out pizza and waited for it. The young lady that took our order; I guess went to the restroom and was gone awhile. By the time she came out our pizza was ready and sitting there. Instead of one of the other staff given us the pizza they waited on her. She came out and gave it to us and by this time it was warm to touch. By the time we got it home it was completely room temperature, smh. That really made me mad. I perfer my pizza nice, super hot and cheesy to my mouth. I see now I have to say please give as soon as it comes out. Smh

It was such a nice experience to have outstanding service with a smile and genuine good attitude. I felt like the guy at the counter was the only one there and the pizza was delicious: even passed the test of two very picky 9-year-olds. The greeting at the counter was pleasant and engaging and he went above and beyond to bring the pizza to my car when it was finished cooking. I’ve worked in the food industry and yes there can be customers that can be much, but the way I was treated was ridiculous. The lady had a smart attitude and wasn’t nice at all. No employee should act this way. I don’t care if they have had a bad day or anything because it’s their job to provide good customer service. Especially when I haven’t done anything wrong. Also, saying their are new employees in the back is the oldest trick in the food industry book. It’s called training your employees. I remember when my store told customers saying the problem is because of new employees. BS. Do better Pizza Hut.

I just called to make a pick-up order for my son to go pick up and although the phone girl was on her first day and asked me everything over and over I stayed patient and told her she was doing fine, then was told I had to pay when I picked up but I insisted I was the card holder and was sending my son to pick it up. When I asked to talk to a manager Janice was the one to pick up and refused to take my card. I have purchased multiple times from many other food chains including pizza hut and haven't ever had this issue. Seriously disappointed with that service.

I usually love this pizza hut on brodie pizza is always fresh and well made we've never had a problem until last night. When I got home this morning waiting for what is usually my delicious made right pizza I discovered that it was very poorly made. There were barely any toppings hardly any cheese and the pizza was basically swimming in alfredo sauce. I was looking forward to my alfredo ham and green pepper pizza. . Mixed feelings, the last pizza and delivery was near perfect experience and food quality, freshness were as they should be! The second to last order was horrible pizza and worse delivery so consistency is the key, I am ordering again tonight for an early mothers day surprise, crossings my fingers it will go nicely, wish me luck, I know management is everything when it comes to making food experiences perfect, as they should be when spending as much as ten fold what the same costs to make it at home.

Pizza is dismal at best . This review comes for a woman who I tip $3 on a takeout pizza would only give me one cheese. First of all I didn't have to tip her for a take out, the reason why I'm leaving this review is because I went back to the place to ask her for more cheese she rudley handed me one more and said that's it. She acted like the parmesan cheese was coming out of her own pocket. Way to go, get a bad review over a lousy package of Parmesan cheese

I can't believe for a large supreme pizza to feed four and 2 of the 6 piece wings for $42. Not upset about the price at all. I asked for some red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets. They delivered the order and I tipped the driver well. He gave me the order and actually handed me 2 packets of red pepper flakes and 2 cheese packets. Keep in mind for a large pizza. If I would have known I would have paid extra for more.

Three Hours....no pizza. Routinely told it was out for delivery. Finally told it was delivered and if I didn't get it then the driver delivered it to the wrong place. Said could remake it but still hour and a half minimum before delivery. Never ever ever again. Waste of time and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my $40 bucks back. Wanna be hangry with no food. Order from here. They will make sure it happens.

Super easy to order online but the menu didn't have an option of splitting the flavor of my wings, so I called after ordering and Travis was able to pull up the order rather quickly and make the change, easy to do and very friendly. I'm glad I ordered from this location. The other week I ordered papa johns like one block away and for some reason everyone looked depressed when I went to pick up my order lol.

I ordered a thin crust, Hawaiian chicken pizza. I got a thick crust cheese pizza with pineapple added as an afterthought. At least it was edible. Fans of “Jackie Chan Adventures” say it with me! ONE MORE THING! The delivery guy didn’t look professional. I can see the sweat stains. Have a spare shirt on hand so you can at least hide it. But I guess the signature pens take priority over your pizza.

I never leave reviews. However, something seems to have changed with this particular store. I've ordered supreme pizza's from this locations for years. They've always had alot of toppings, but now it's like I'm getting a cheese pizza with a couple of toppings added sparingly. I just gave a 2nd chance, and sadly it was the same. Just tried the new "Big New Yorker" now being offered by Pizza Hut. The one we got was really not edible. Not only was there not near enough pepperoni, but Cheese was nothing like is presented in Pizza Hut commercials. What made it inedible, however, was the volume of Oregano that overwhelmed the taste of the pizza. Never experienced this before, but definitely won't again.

My family was really wanting to try the cheesy bite pizza....we ordered and it was horrible. The cheese bites were hollow and hard. I called to complain and the girl very nicely explained that pizza is "hit or miss. We have had a lot of complaints. Sorry. " other pizza was semi burnt and order of cheese bites were also hollow and hard. Don't order from here.

I was promised a credit of a $5 8 boneless wings for the next time I ordered online since I got skimped on the first order. I was never credited online so I called. I used to exclusively order Pizza Hut for the boneless wings, but recently they've been putting barely any sauce on them. When ordering medium buffalo boneless wings, you could barely tell there was any sauce at all. Now I would say buying boneless wings with sauces isn't worth it and to look elsewhere.

This was such an easy smooth process. I placed a large order online and within an 1 hour had it ready by my requested time. And when I sent to pick up the employee helped me carry the pizzas to my car. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

We ordered for delivery and they showed up a lot sooner than expected. I ordered a veggie pizza without cheese and they loaded on the veggies without asking or charging! Omg, it was sooooo tasty! Very happy with our order today. :)

we ordered the Big Box Dinner and the 2 pizzas included were 90% bread and 10% toppings. It was a sad little layer of cheese, the barest amount of sauce and sprinkles of meat. We definitely will NOT order this product again.

The pizza was very good as usual. The ingredients were mostly all towards the center of the pizza instead of being spread out. It seemed like it was made by a newbie pizza employee? Otherwise it was fine.

It looked like someone had put their fingers into our pizza. The crust was ripped off. Looks like happened before packaged. That should never have left the store. Quality control.
