Terrible experience! I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks on 10/22. Food arrived late and cold, and one pizza was totally wrong. Called the restaurant multiple times, no answer. Called the delivery guy (doordash! Not even Pizza Hut employee) who helped me connect to an employee. They told me they would send my correct pizza ASAP. 2 hours later, they closed and my pizza never arrived. I’ve called the location multiple times to get a refund and it’s nearly impossible to reach someone. So I called the national Pizza Hut customer service line. FOUR TIMES in the past 2 months. Every time I wait on the phone for 30 min to reach a customer service rep who tells me that only the store manager and regional manager can give refunds, and that one of them will call me within 3-5 business days. No one has called. I went back into the store - was told the manager would call me ASAP - it’s been over a week and no call. So now I’m back at the store again right now, waiting for the employees to make more food for other people before they’re willing to get on the phone with the GM so he can teach them how to refund my money. Two months and a million headaches for bad pizza and I still don’t have my refund. I never leave reviews and always give the food industry a lot of patience bc I know it’s understaffed and hard work. But wow, this was the worst customer service of my life. Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a delivery last night from the Pizza Hut website and when it ended up taking longer than normal, I reached out to try and see if there were issues and the person working at the store kept saying “can I put you on hold” and never picking up. He didn’t even wait for a response each time and kept doing this. I then pressed 1 as if I was going to place an order and was directed to someone that was obviously working in a call center in India and all they did was say they would put in a complaint and then tried to transfer me to the store again to be told “can I put you on hold” then hung up on. I tried calling the store 8 times and never got any help. Needless to say you can guess easily on if our order ever showed up. IT DIDNT. I then called today to try and get some kind of help and was told that since they didn’t have delivery drivers that they sent the orders to door dash and that the dasher never showed up. I get using resources and trying to work through a staffing issue but communication is the key to everything and this store is lacking 100%. I’m not sure if logic just doesn’t exist anymore but a child could tell you that if you can’t take the order then don’t allow it to be processed. I’m so disappointed with the work ethic of people and that the smallest concept of communication is non existent. Please be better.

Unfortunately, another HORRIBLE experience!!!! Placed an order for my family at 8:36pm. Order goes through and my credit card is charged for my close to $60 order. The manager calls and tells me they cannot fulfill my order because they ran out of the proper dough and boxes. We changed our order and saved about $2. New order was charged to my credit card. Thats correct 2 charges!! I begin to receive multiple text messages stating my order was being delivered by door dash and it would arrive at 9:41pm. The link provided allowed me to track the door dash driver. Driver 1 was on the way to the store. Suddenly he cancels and another driver picks up my order. I then receive a message saying my order left the store. At 10:01pm my order was canceled by pizza hut and door dash, the store closed so I couldn't speak with anyone, no refund, no pizza and a hangry family. I call another store for assistance and they are a call center that can provide ABSOLUTELY NO help!!! Now I am forced to order from a competitor that not only is opened longer but is able to fulfill my order. I refuse to use this store again! Hopefully the company as a whole has a better grip on things. Pizza Hut, this store needs serious assistance or shut down.

I was very disappointed in their service. The worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to the Hotel I was staying at around 9:30 PM and they said my pizza would be there around 10:15 PM and no show. I call them back at 10:36 PM and the lady on the phone told me it was in route again no show. Called them again a little after 11 PM and the lady told me that her delivery girl showed up at the hotel and she never did. The manager told me her delivery girl told her she showed up at the hotel and that she even tried calling me and tried calling me up to my room. I told her no she didn't because I sat in that hotel lobby for 2 hours waiting for my pizza that never showed up. Besides I never gave that lady my room number over the phone. I told her I would be waiting in the hotel lobby and that's exactly were I sat for 2hours. Obviously any idiot would recognize a person carrying a Pizza Hut delivery box. I was pretty much treated as an Idiot and I will never order Pizza from that Pizza Hut again. Very disappointed!!!! Oh and by the way I told her to forget about that Pizza and I went to bed hungry because of them. Hope whom ever orders from there gets treated better and gets better service next time.

I've had countless problems with this location but never one this crazy. I was pleasantly surprised when I got all the items I ordered because that literally never happens at this location... but as I started eating my cheese pizza, mind you it was straight from the menu and not customized at all, I realized that it was incredibly dry. Upon further inspection... there was no marinara sauce on my pizza! There was some up by the crusts but none inside... It was like they tried getting by with only a tablespoon of sauce for a large pizza! We tried calling the store, but they hung up on us, five times. Tried calling corporate, were told to call the store, tried to leave a review via an online survey... realized they didn't give us the proper receipt so we didn't have a survey code. Like I said, I've had countless problems with this location but none quite like this and none that couldn't be solved with waiting an extra thirty minutes at the store and attitude from the employees... despite these downfalls, problems got solved. Today on the other hand... this is literally insane and not okay. I'm stuck with a dry, nasty pizza and no way to fix the issue.

Ugh. Leaving this more as a reminder to my future self. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ve tried multiple times over the last year. I’m always trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Everytime I crave pizza, I’m tempted to give this location another shot. Everytime, they fail. Tonight, I actually did get the order delivered (after calling in and saying what the heck? It’s been marked “out for delivery” for over an hour). The last 2-3 times I would wait 2+ hrs and have to call corporate in order to cancel. Pizza was finally delivered cold, it had clearly been sitting and congealed. I’m also worried because I paid extra for pan, and what I got has me wondering how much thinner their thin crust could be if this razor thin pizza I got was considered “pan”. The one star is because they remembered my drink. It’s usually 50/50 if anyone can remember that. Please hire more drivers. That’s so clearly the issue here. Everyone knows it. Stop depending on doordash to pick up a not fresh pizza that’s been sitting under warmers like gas station pizza- frankly, you’d be better off trying the gas station for similar quality pizza.

I placed this order at 8:55am on 6/23/2020. I revived a call from a gentleman stating he was the store manager he didn't give me his name. He told me that he cannot deliver the order at the 11am i had requested it to be delivered at. He gave me two options the first of which is to pick up the order. The second being he would cancel the order. I asked when he would have a driver available to deliver the order. He stated 4pm which is 5hours after when its supposed to be delivered, I told him thats fine ills see your driver at 4pm but i am going to submit feedback to pizza hut in regards to the negative experience. He rudely cut me off and said i'm canceling your order. i asked why and he stated "we don't have to service you, if you want to complain were not going to". This is unprofessional and extremely bad service. As a customer i should be allowed to voice my concerns . Above is the message is sent to their corporate office this is ridiculous i'm shocked during times like these there so quick to turn away business. ill doing business with a different local pizza place in the future.

I only rated this a 1 star just so I could post as it should have been 0 star! The manager, Trish, is an absolute joke! This is the MOST unprofessional/incompetent store I've ever ordered pizza from. I ordered a small pizza for my dinner at work and my lunch was over and my pizza still hadn't been delivered. The staff was very incompetent. I called 55 minutes later to check on my order and it wasn't even placed in the oven. Then I asked to speak to a manager in order to cancel my order and get a refund back to my card, but a staff member answered the phone. I was told me because I used the store phone number I can't get a refund because it was being delivered to a business. I used my personal credit card and should have been refunded my money especially since I didn't get my pizza. When I asked a second time to talk to a manager, I was placed on hold for another 15 minutes! I'm not sure who trained this store staff, but they were very ill prepared to operate this store! I WON'T ever patronize this Pizza Hut ever again! #EXTREMELYFRUSTRATED & #DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

The Pizza Hut at 2105 N, Mitthoeffer Rd ruined my evening. We placed an order online and signed up for both text alerts and the status tracker. Nothing updated in over an hour, so I called. The staff confirmed the order was in, but there was no driver around. I called again after another 15-20 min and their driver wasn't back. Another 10 min and the driver just arrived, but, despite us being LESS THAN 3 MIN DOWN THE ROAD, they said it would be 30+ min before it would be delivered. So, I drove there to pick up, having to leave my small group of guests behind. Well, they messed up changing it from delivery to pickup, so they demanded I had to pay in full all over again. I didn't have the card with me, so I had to call back to the house and have this relayed to them. No apology, no consolation, no discount, nothing offered for the nearly 2 HOURS it took from time of ordering to when I got to eat. The pizza was room temperature and rubbery by then. I will go out of my way to never visit this location ever again, there are far better options.

I only have 2 stars because my order was not made correctly, supposedly they tried to call to tell me they where out of chicken which is one of the two toppings I ordered on my pizza. BUT I came in and picked it up so if you, Shonta, the same young lady who accepted the payment at the counter also claimed to have called, you knew my order was incorrect when you took my payment and sent me on my way. I was also disappointed that there was no caffeine free soda option I now have no appetite because it took an hour to get my food replaced because the phones must have been turned off, I tried to call before driving back so it could getting made but no got the answering service, then the wait for the new pizza which to there credit they replaced the whole order but that just means everyone else was double satisfied and I'm the one who paid for everything my only compensation was to choose another topping and I might add I think they put sausage instead of gr. beef

Placed order online. Received a call from the store stating they had to use door dash as they did not have any drivers available. they charged it to my card. The store then didn't deliver all of my food. I contacted the store and reached Nijah who stopped us as soon as we called and said we aren't taking orders and aren't bringing out missing items. I asked for a refund and was denied stated I could only receive store credit. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told she was the supervisor. I requested again to be refunded the items I didn't receive. I was told no. I called corporate and got no response for almost a week. called Door dash and they called the store. The manager on staff today Trish. Stated that she would have to call to get approval to do it over the phone. I have covid and cannot leave my house. I am very frustrated by this whole ordeal. I still haven't gotten a refund. I would suggest not ordering from this store for delivery.

10/10 recommend. hope it stays this way under the new management (I've updated this rating to a five-star originally it was a one star because the issue below but as you can see because the update it's much better now) 1/28/23 in the neighborhood again visiting decided to get a pizza for her and the kids and got us a pizza delivered again. food was 10/10 delivery time was good no issues at all not sure who's managing this location but they definitely need a promotion, definitely better than a lot of other pizza places in the area. it's nice when you spend money you get what you order and it is warm and taste good. 01/13/22 You guys should pick up your phone. Pizza arrived cold and way late. 07/3/22 *update* july 3rd, got a pizza last night and it was amazing changed my rating from a one to a five. I vaguely remember a few weeks ago getting a pretty good pizza too. you guys keep that up I'll keep ordering it

My husband and I ordered delivery on 12/31 and I had selected the beyond sausage pizza, cheese bread, bread sticks, an order of wings for him and an order of wings for me. A very nice female employee called to tell me they did not have that pizza available. I agreed it was okay to remove from order. Somehow, one of our wings ordered got removed as well without our knowledge. My order was placed at 1847 (6:47pm) and did not arrive until 2050 (8:50pm) I do understand it was a busy night, however, we were unable to get the pizza after waiting 30 min for that call and then did not receive one of our wing orders. The driver told us to just call and place another order but after waiting over 2 hours for the first order we did not want to wait again. The only 6 pieces of boneless wings was not quite enough for us. Just might not be ordering delivery in the future. Thank you for your time.

I ordered at 5:40 p.m. I got a call from the store at 5:50 to confirm my address. I received an email saying my order would be delivered at 6:10. I called the store at 6:20 to check on my order. I was immediately placed on hold for 20 mins and the employee who picked up tried to say my food would be there within a half hour. I said its been over and hour now can I just come to the store and get it myself? She said sure and hung up on me. I arrived to the store 15 mins later and one of the workers gave me the wrong order twice. The manger offered to remake my pizza but not my cold breadsticks or cinnabon rolls. The manager also said she would refund me my money and I still have not received that 24 hours later!! This was my first time ordering from this store and I find it very hard to go back!! Definitely will NOT be ordering from this store again!

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut before and they have been on-time or early. Lately though, within the past few months, they have been late and delivering cold pizza and nasty sides. When you order at 3:50pm and the expected delivery time is 5pm, well you expect your food by 5 or before. This was on a Thursday by the way. Having to wait an extra 30 minutes only to receive cold pizza isn't right. For example, the delivery person didn't get here until 5:37pm, nearly two hours after I had ordered. I'm honestly not sure I will be ordering Pizza Hut anymore, Dominoes and especially Papa Johns have way better service than this place. I don't know what is going on over there but they need to hire more drivers, this is ridiculous. Pay your drivers more, maybe you will be able hire more of them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT . customer service is horrible. i placed my order at 8 . it is now 10:55 & still no pizza . the first time i called at 10:17 i spoke to someone named aliyah, very rude . i asked to speak to a manager and was told that my order would be here at 10:47. still no pizza . called once again and spoke to a manager , who also stated there was no aliyah that works there and she’s the only female manager working tonight . so who did i speak to the first time ? its now 11 & they’re closed , it has been 3 hours since i placed my order and STILL NO PIZZA ! they also keep hanging up every time i call . now if my order isnt picked up for delivery by 11:15 , they are going to cancel it . very unacceptable. wish i couldve gave them 0 stars

I've ordered from here several times and twice the service was crappy. Ordered today and was told it'll be an hour before delivery which I went ahead n agreed to the wait no BIG deal. But once the hour wait turned into a hour n 30 min wait boom tip deducted. I wasn't going to because I always leave a tip except when they're late r mess up my order. And I'm glad I didn't tip because the pizza was cold, what good is cold pizza when you're dishing out money?. And on top of that its separated into 4 halves of 3's, its like they bunched 4 different pizzas together to make one pizza and this is the second time the buched pizza deal happened. I know better next time, I'll just get some Just Pizza across the way instead they've had good service since the 90's.

I LOVE Pizza. Pepperoni Lover's Pan Stlye with garlic butter crust is my favorite from here. I live near this one. 98% of the time I order delivery. The LAST 5 orders were way off what I ordered. I was given a credit for $20 for one of the mess ups and $15 for another time. The other 3 were not compensated for. I am a pizza lover. Love my pizza. I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. After 6 years of using them, I'm done. Really considering dropping Pizza Hut altogether. Got no reply from corporate after reaching out to them to look into this location. We'll see. Oh, the average ticket of those 5 orders was $43. So, that was the compensation I was looking for. Considering donating my rewards points to a local nonprofit.

About a week ago it was the first time I ever tried ordering a pizza online. When I did I must have entered something wrong. I only wanted 1 medium pizza and a few others things, but somehow it placed the order for 2 and charged $60. Called manager at the location to have it fixed. She fixed the order and was charged the right amount of$27. She said she refunded the $60 back to my card. Over a week later and it still isn't there. I don't think she did what she said so essentially I was charged $87 for 3 pizzas with a few other items and received only 1 pizza with the extra items...I will never order online again or from that location ever again. I can't go to the store in person because I drive an 18 wheeler

I have ordered from this store several times and I NEVER get what I specifically ordered. The orders are either someone else's, wrong toppings, or have even been minus things I paid for. Tonight, I called the 10th st. store bcuz of the reasons I just stayed and for some reason the order was made and door dashed by the mitthoffer store. There were 3 things that were wrong, (1) order was minus any sauce for breadstix which I paid for cheese sauce. (2) the pizza had a hair literally cooked into it cuz after acouple bites seen it hanging out. (3) it came from a store I didn't order from. When I called to make them aware of my issues the manager Courtney was rude and I'm apologetic. Very in professional. Smh!

I made my order at 7:30pm and was told it would be 25-35 mins and it did not arrive until 9:18pm. While waiting for my order I called three times and there was no answer. Pizza was delivered by door dash and order was made directly from Pizza Hut not door dash so I’m not sure why door dash delivered it and not a Pizza Hut employee. The door dash driver was rude. Pizza was burnt and was cold. The most insulting part is that Pizza Hut has seen this review and has done NOTHING to rectify this situation. They have not offered a refund, or discount on my next order or free pizza, NOTHING. They said “ thanks for letting us know. We hope to see you again soon.” I will NOT be using them again.

First of all the employee was management and had got into with a customer on the phone about their pizza so when she got off the phone in a very nasty attitude what can I do for you. Okay that’s that situation here is the other thing I explained to her that my wife has a credit of $25 dollars which has been there so it was told to me that if you don’t use your credit within thirty days you lose it in which that was not mentioned in the email when the credit was placed for reasons because Pizza Hut did not deliver all of the food that I purchased and paid so I have to lose my money and my credit doesn’t make since and I’m very angry

We could meet minimum expectations of delivering the pizza in a timely fashion. Ordered delivery and the estimated time of arrival was 25/35 minutes. Waited two hours, tried calling the store multiple times and didn’t get an answer. Finally drove to the store to find out food sitting under a heat lamp. One pizza and both breadsticks were difficult to eat based on how hard the bread had become. The other pizza was not done all the way and was too doughy in the middle. Once again, if you could just meet minimum expectations I would be likely to recommend Pizza Hut but I have yet to see that happen.

We ordered dinner from this location yesterday and unfortunately our order was wrong. I understand fast food restaurants aren't going to get our orders correct 100% of the time, so I called and Josh the day manager was extremely friendly and had no issues at all correcting the problem. I would definitely say he went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be ordering from this location in the future. On a negative note this new ordering system through Pakistan or India sucks. I can never understand the people talking and they always mess up my order. Thanks again Josh. Brian S.

I ordered online for contactless delivery. Upon arrival I notified by my email of my arrival, I waited for 10 minutes after the "ready" time, someone stepped out of the building and asked if I was waiting on something, I was clearly parked in the marked area. After saying my name, she went inside and after another 7-8 minutes finally came out with my order. No apology, no "thank you", nothing. When I got home and opened the box, most of the order was correct. However, someone totally forgot to put tomato sauce on either pizza, what a bland pizza. Not going back there.

Hire more staff. I ordered from there last night for curbside pickup. When I got there I called the store and was put immediately on hold for 15 minutes. I used another phone to call the store and was told they were not accepting any orders. I told them I was there to pick up a curbside order and was told to come in to get my food. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes in the store behind several other customers. It was a terrible experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. The entire store is disorganized and needs fixed!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.... Ordered pizza online and waited and wait for delivery. Within 20 minutes they sent me a text saying it's on it's way (I stay 5 minutes away). 1 hour later no pizza. I call and request the order be remade and I'll pick it up because I didnt want cold pizza. NOPE. No accommodation. Then the pizza arrives and guess what!! Its cold... So I drive it up there to get it remade. Accommodations? No, Refund the delivery and tip? No,.... I got a extra 45 minute wait and attitude at the register..... will never go back...

I order from here because I love their breadsticks and cheese dip, but they always seem to forget something... delivery or pick up, doesn't matter, they always forget something you ordered. The employees never apologize or offer a solution to the problem either, they just expect you to wait or not want what you ordered. I'll continue to order from there but a word of advice to others who may be ordering for the first time, be patient and expect mistakes. They'll fix the issue, but don't expect an apology. Great food though.

I ordered a big feast. Said it would be ready in 40 minutes. An hour later and for the next 20 minutes I get 8 conflicting texts saying your food is delayed, your food is on the way, your food is delayed again, your delivery is arriving, rate your delivery, your order is canceled. We never got our food. I called the store to find out the problem and they put me on hold for 22 min. I hung up and drove to the store now 2 hrs later to ensure I at least got my money back. Terrible experience will not be back.

The food that I paid for took 3 hours to get here. The driver did not follow the instructions what so ever and it was delivered to the wrong address, contactless delivery was not chosen and it was instructed they call upon arrival and they never did which is why it was delivered to the wrong location. Then it took even longer to get the replacement order here. Overall we waited 3 hours for the food and struggled to even get in contact with the store in the first place. Would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut.

Always late and always cold. I ordered today this time on line. Time 45 to 55 min. No show I call 1hour 10 min and he says its now leaving, about 10 mins. That was almost 15 min ago. I even told them better not be cold like last time. It did arrive, was warm and little chewy. The garlic knots were awful and no cheese in middle. It was melted out inside the box. Never will I order from them again and will be letting Corporate know about this they use to be good at things. Not anymore

Dont eat here if possible, I got 2 things of wings and a 2 liter they was DROWNING in the wrong sauce, I call the so called manager is accusing me of lying, talking about give me back the wings and ill come back and remake them then come back to your house to deliver like make it make sense, the girl had a NASTY attitude I was just telling her it was the wrong sauce and can I get them remade and she flipped out. Then hung up on me Idk the ladies name but she got a nasty attitude.

I would recommend better Service. Placed an order online, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes at 5:20. Arrived at 5:30, called the store because I prepaid for curbside service and no one answers. Ended up going in the store twice to check on order, said they was still waiting on the wings to come out. Said all this to say, I did not receive my order until 6:35pm, not to mention my two pizzas were cold I guess from waiting on the wings to come. Very disappointing service!

Don’t do business with this Pizza Hut.I have been a regular customer since 7 years with this Pizza Hut here. I ordered online for delivery like I do always. I waited 1 hour still no pizza. I called them. Seriously, they hung up on me? I called them back, they didn’t answer! ? So this is the kind of service you get from Pizza Hut now? I will never ever go back to Pizza Hut again! Domino’s is now in the future. Very bad experience this, never happened to me before!

Use your own drivers for EVERY Delivery! Door Dash is ruining your and other pizza places business. We call your stores expecting the same experience we have had for years and years. The last two orders, have been terribly late or not received at all because door dash is not delivering promptly or not at all. If I wanted to use door dash/Grub hub/Uber eats, I would use their app. I call Pizza Hut to get a pizza from PIZZA HUT DRIVERS...NOT DOOR DASH

I received a notification @6:04 pm stating my pizza left Pizza Hut. An hour later I called and the person who answered the phone said the pizza never left. She said the delivery company didn’t show up but when they do she will send that old pizza with them. I asked if they were sending the pizza that already sat for over an hour or make a new one and she said no you get the one sitting there. This has happened twice now. The worst customer service!

Zero stars...I want a refund for my order that I had to pick up last night because delivery was almost 2 hours late .I ordered at 643p and didnt get food until after 930p. The GM declined when asked for a refund. I was given 3 pizzas when I ordered 4. Everything was cold and the cinnamon rolls were uncooked!!!. I had to throw away $63 ! Update: I never received a call from anyone at Pizza Hut after submitting a form on their "quality huts page".

Horrible service i went in for a pickup and the cashier has a nasty, disgusting, horrible, attitude. She denied me the right to look at my food!! I get upset and tell her if she’s going to pull my bill or not and tells me she’ll do it whenever SHE WANTS TOO!!! She even has the AUDACITY TO THROW THINGS AT ME!!!!!! This place is literally the worst Pizza Hut I’ve stepped foot in!!!

Extremely rude staff! Didn't even get my order! Sat there a half hour and asked about my order again and got a staffs attitude and mumbling and it wasn't just to me either! Slamming and cussing! Snatched the receipt out of my daughter hand! Then 5 mins later asked me where my receipt was! And to top it off after being there for 45 mins they couldn't find my order. I got my refund! Not going back!

The location on 21st and mitthoefer is the worst! The manager is very rude they are very slow. The workers there just don’t care you stand in like for carry out and they stay talking or on their cell. The delivery is horrible food is cold and made very poorly a lot of crust and super thin and not cut well. They seriously need someone higher up to get this location together. It is horrible!

9/21/22: Lost another star from me. They use DoorDash now, so delivery is really expensive - even when you ask them to ring the doorbell, they just drop the stuff and run - I didn't find one order for 30 minutes. Cold pizza and warm drinks suck. I tipped $6 for ZERO service. OLD: Very good Pizza Hut pizza. Management could not get a preorder out the door on time in the last 15 of 20 tries.

Delivery orders have routinely arrived a half hour to an hour and a half later than told when ordering. The last time I got a text saying it'd be another half hour after the order was already an hour late. The order tracker is useless. Quality of food has also been declining. Given that this is the only one that delivers to my location, I will not be ordering from here again.

Staff is rude, said delivery time of 60 -70 mins. Ordered pizza at 523pm, got a text at 607pm saying pizza out for delivery. At 7pm called to check status, staff said pizza is leaving now for delivery. At 730pm got a text saying doordash will be picking up my order at 745pm. Got a text at 753pm saying pizza is on its way. 805pm finally got my pizzas, and of course were cold.

I ordered online. 45 minutes later I called the store to check on the order and was put on hold and no pone ever came back to the phone. I got a text saying my order was cancelled so I ordered food from door dash elsewhere. Then the pizza hut food showed up with no explanation so I paid for 2 dinners that night and one went in the trash because no one could eat 2 dinners

Horrible experience. Had the wrong food delivered. I called to let them know and the employee that packed the food was in the background upset and cursing because she packed the order wrong. Not a good experience. 3 hours and 12 minutes for our food to arrive. Manager would not let us pick up pizza and was not even warm when we recieved our food. They would not work with us at all about getting our food in a timely manner. The grand kid went to bed with chicken fingers and veggies instead of the pizza he wanted.

Wish it could be zero stars. I ordered online. Got there to pick up my food only to have some crusty singing guy come out to my truck with attitude. The manager was no better when I called back wanting refund on items I did not receive. I was offered a credit which I never received. Don't waste your money on this place.

This order for pizza hut was never even completed. I placed an order online at around 8:45pm and the store calls at 9:25 stating that they are shutting down the entire store and I will not be getting my delivery. They advised that I will be getting my money refunded but have not seen anything yet. Very disappointed.

Negative stars for this place. I ordered yesterday just after 4 pm, for a 5 pm delivery. At 5:29 got a text that it was being delivered. Waited, and waited, nothing showed up. I called the location, and they kept hanging up on me without even answering the phone. Terrible service. Stay away from this place.

I had to change my review from 2 stars back to 5. Absolutely the BEST pizza hut experience to date. I think there the only pizza hut in the area that still has the lunch specials. Yummy. And ask for Andrew He puts love into it.. And Madison is so sweet and personable. The day shift staff is phenomenal!

Great location. Had an issue with order last week. GM quickly resolved issues and was very pleasant about the whole issue. Employees were great and very friendly. I would recommend this location. Just pick up the order and avoid deliveries.

Save your money! Either eat a frozen pizza or go grab little Ceasars pizza because it will taste the same and you won't have to wait 2 hours for delivery from an outside food delivery service and it will be warm at least!!

When I get the chance I always head down here from Lafayette to Door Dash. The Management is very good, pizza is hot, parking (considering the location) is good. If I get the chance I always get myself one of their pizzas.
