Pizza Hut itself has a special taste for pizza.... In this branch pizza is too delicious... As soon as we start having pizza it is melting..... Breadsticks are smooth and tasty.... Panner pizza is also delicious where panner is not at all hard enough to bite (very smooth and well cooked)

After almost 3 months, I decided to have pizza. Me with my friends went to Pizza Hut(Kapil Towers). First, We waited for almost 15 mins as no one was available in the Billing counter. When the person came, She was in very much hurry. not even listening to what we want actually. Second, We ordered for cheese burst(paid extra amount). But it was just a normal pizza. Felt like I was cheated in the name of Cheese Burst. Upon complaining, First they argued, then they started saying "It's not Dominos". I am never going to that place again neither recommending anyone known to me to visit here. Other branches of Pizza Hut which I had been before is far far better than this.

Horrible service, placed order 2 hours back and still not delivered, when called the place they said order is with rider, called again then said rider called us bit we are not receiving call, all this time order status was showing being packed. Bunch of liars. —————————- Update: as mentioned below i emailed and even reached out on twitter, only response is we are looking unto it, we have escalated, we will provide resolution soon. Has been 2 months and almost 10 times getting same response without any action or closure. PATHETIC experience with dint care attitude.

Today (Sep 16) at about 9:28 p.m. I placed an order with Pizza Hut by calling 3988-3988. This was for home (office delivery). The staff - I didn't note the name - said I would get the pizzas in next 30 minutes. It is 12:36 a.m. (17Sep) & a still waiting. The location of your store is 3 offices away. One doesn't need a vehicle & can easily walk to the my office. Unfortunately I wasn't able to call the number again to check for my order as I had a meeting. I did not get any call on my mobile number which was provided to them.

Quality has dropped very badly, had poor experience three timestin a row with Nanakramguda branch. This time the pizza taste and freshness was very poor. Looks like there is new manager and things have turned bad post that. Status was marked delivered 15 mins before delivery and the delivery executive was not even wearing Pizza Hut uniform (earlier they were very professional). Don't order from Nanakramguda branch considering there are so many problems mentioned by others as well.

The way of making process is very neat and clean. ।। Service is very good and food is delicious. ।। I suggest to you is once definitely visit this place

Pizza is supposed to be delived by 2:18 PM and a Dunzo person arrived and delivered by 2:58 PM ( ~ 40 min late) checked with Duzon person he received Delivery request at 2:41 PM which mean Pizza is lying just with Pizza hut for ~ 40 min. After multiple calls to Customer care and store, store person started bullying for Payment.. he doesnt have a concern for customer at all.. Delivery experience is worst through out (Recommond to avoid delivery from this store).

Ordered here from swiggy, taste of food was good. First time having pepperoni in India. It almost matches the pepperoni taste available in America. Since this is delivered order i was not able to taste it when it was hot which would tell me how good the pizza is. This combo order came in a bag, it was easy to hold and walk.

Pros : The atmosphere is good and not crowded. It's in a prime area which is easily accessible. Cons : Pizza Hut had a good reputation because of this branch it's getting spoiled Pizzas are not up to mark need to improve on taste and quality Voucher codes are not accepted in this branch they will tell one or another story.

Had pizza in pizza and pasta in pizza hut after three years or so.. the quality of pizza has deteriorated... The taste of three different pizzas was almost same... Pasta was runny and with very less cheese... Needless to say I was disappointed... A word about the food court... Nice place... Lots of seating... U can actually sit and have a cup of Irani chai watching some TV or chatting...

we ordered 2 margaritas for kids ard 10.15pm yday - 9th April at Kapil Towers Both kids are having too many vomits, diarrhea and stomach pain and now even fever now. Had it been US; they would have been sued by now it's a bad case of food poisoning....would not recommend any1. I would seriously urge their management to get in touch for detailed discussion and resolving the issues

1. We consumed pizzas in the food court itself but still they charged for sauce. 2 We asked for extra cheese and paid for it, but we got normal pizzas with no extra cheese. Upon complaining(we showed the pizzas to them) they were not accepting it and said "it is not dominos". 3. No person on the counter and we had to wait for 15 minutes to just give the order

Pizza crust is soft and tastes good. Chicken is well cooked. There is heavy rush and huge demand for the Kapil tower outlet in Gachibowli. Delivery is very slow. There is no way to communicate with customer support when ordered from the website instead of the app. Sometimes deliveries are delayed a lot and difficult to contact because of bad customer support.

*Pizza Hut* I always wanted to try Pizza Hut's food but unlike Domino's Pizza, they total lack in literally almost all. Oil on the food is too much and time taken to prepare food is unacceptable. Tried many times but all the time only thing I got is disappointment. Not sure why the prices are too high despite the food is not even close to worthy. .

Order # 14320725.......I placed order for 2 Medium pizzas and order deilvered 15mins late than expected time. Atleast thats ok...But pizza cooking is PATHETIC. I really don't know, how pizzahut will take it as a International brand. Please see the pics below to know the QUALITY OF PIZZA...How kids will have this pizza...COMPLETELY BURNED......

Worse service, when ever I come they will say the dine in is completed for the day or they will not take any orders after 8 or 8 30pm. Please change the workers or improve the service. If this is the case the pizza Hut will not work out here

I visited recently to dine store @ Kapil tower Had a exocita pan pizza and garlic bread with meal for 4 combo , ... it's really best combo lovely medium sizes 2 pizza stix Pepsi lot more .... benifits ,... overall enjoyed the day,... love to order again and again.... Comparing to Domino's feel good quality taste food

Though it is mainly Takeaway outlet, we can either dine in or use the Takeaway option. This space is not specific to Pizza hut but it shared the seating space with other vendors on the floor. Food wise it is good, tasty. Good staff and they suggest the best offer that suits your order. Decent parking place. Good place to go.

Pathetic set of people. Ordered veg exotica with garlic bread and they gave tandoori paneer. When asked for refund they make you wait and never revert. This is common across all stores in hyderabad. Previously I had a pizza delivered in 90 mins and it was just above freezing point. Noida and Delhi stores are better.

I recently ordered food from this place. I must say that I love everytime I have food from Pizzahut

I have bad experience with pizza hut. They do not deliver on time and also they are not caring the consumer. They will do what as per their adjustment. Fully business oriented process. Even store manager not taking any responsibility for delivery fault. At the end they do not care consumer.

I did order around pizzas on 7th July. They delivered me after 2.30 hours. Also they delivered part of the order. I tried calling customer care multipl times, but never got call back from the store. The service here is one of the worse service of pizza Hut.

we order box of 4 veg personal pizzas on zomato thinking we'll get to taste 4 different ones... but none of them had marinara sauce on them .. and the cheese looks and tastes like mayonnaise.. don't get why pizza hut degraded to this level.. didn't even use cheese on the pizza !!

The pizza was not at all good and the crust was too thick.....I ordered a Margherita and chicken sausage pizza and there was nothing different between those two only differenc is the chicken sausage...rest all are same....definitely not recommending it to anyone

Staff can be more friendly and professional. You can take the pizza and have it on the food court there. On weekends, they stop taking orders if there are too many customers on line. Proves that they are unable to serve the high number of requests they get.

Nice parking facility but it's only Delivery point although you can dine there it's kind of integrated cafeteria for multiple vendors so you can dine even if it's a delivery only point. Pizza are good but not served Very Hot , little crowded place

Sauce at extra cost, I have experienced this only in this branch. In general pizza hut offers are misleading (not specific to this branch). Taste wise no complaints. Some times Take aways have been delayed and kept me waiting for long time.

Had farmers feast pizza recently, haven't got a chance to eat at pizza hut for a while because of no outlets near home, I would say dominos tasted far better that pizza hut. Would never come back to pizza hut.

Had the worst experience ever in a pizza hut in my life. They have given me wrong items and even refused to correct it. I'm pretty underwhelmed by their response. They seem to not understand English very much.

The experience was really amazing. The service time is kinda affordable as at least we can wait for sometime. The services they provide are good. The interaction with the customers is amazing.

This Kapil tower store does not deliver on time specially weekends. I ordered at 7 pm and 1 and half hour later, still order not delivered. Kids going to sleep now :(

Good place, take away counter at food court. It's on ground floor first counter. Quite easy to locate and good service too. Take away and can have it at food court.

Do not order from zomato from this outlet. Very slow food preparation. Took almost 2Hr to prepare my order.

Worst service, they don't have a delivery system. On top of it you order anything, they will give only standard pizzas that are available
