very bad experience I order 3 pizzas over the phone they tell me they will be ready in 10 min i get there 15 min later they charge me for 3 and they only give me 2 pizzas so we ask the lady for the other pizza and tells us to go park at the front and that they are goin to take the pizza to us and to wait 5 more min so 5 min passes we waited l0 min and notice that they are taking too long so i go inside to get the pizza thinking that is ready and the pizza is not even ready ( barely putting in the oven)so she tells me to wait 2 more min so a guy takes the pizza to us we get home and the pizza is not even right it looks like the only baked the pizza and threw the jalapeños over it !!! Dnt recommended it here

First and foremost, pizza patron is known for their “listas” yet when we arrive to get some “they never have any” it’s always a 30-40 min wait. Why? They should Atleast have some heating in the racks for the customers. 2nd this location NEVER answers the phone. I was in line at the window while the phone rang and she literally just picked it up and clicked… this is probably the busiest location and they are never prepared… 3rd they need to learn how to properly cut the pizzas.. 4th there is only like 2-3 people working in the whole place. How do they expect the workers to stay on top if they are understaffed… 5th the pizzas are always delicious but this place needs to do better.

At whom this corresponds to, I went to this location and was disrespected. A lady named Melony saw that I was next and proceeded to attend another customer. While I was standing at the register waiting to get attended, I see my order and Melony decided to take my order and give it to the other customer. Finally, I got some help from another employee and told me I had to wait because my order was not ready... I told her what had happened and the young lady asked Melony and she laughs about the problem. I asked "what is so funny" and the employee tells me "nothing is funny" with an attitude and said I am sorry... Why would you say sorry if it wasn't me you were laughing about.

Very slow and poor customer service. Even if you call ahead of time to order your pizza it will not be ready in those 10-15 minutes they said it would. *****Gave them another try just last week. Called In three pizzas at 7:45pm. I was told they would be ready in 15 min. I leave my house a little after 8:00pm. I go in and apparently my pizzas aren’t ready. They constantly apologize but at this point I am over it because they always take forever. It’s now 9:00pm and all I have is two pizzas. I’m standing there over an hour and just gave up and didn’t even bother to wait for my third one. It is so unreasonable to call ahead of time if they are still not going to be ready.

Even though I've never eaten at this location I was curious if this location did the same thing as the location on Buckner Boulevard. Which is at closing time instead of throwing any extra Pizza they may have left over, instead give it to people such as the homeless that may not be able to afford to buy their selves dinner. But when I called, I was told by the lady that I spoke with that if they do have left over's they don't give them away. They put it in the trash instead of sharing with those less fortunate. What a waist, guess I'll continue to do business with the Pizza Patron on Buckner.

I decided to stop by to pick up a pizza for coworker agreed to do some overtime. I go to the drive through and make it to the window I was greeted by a young Hispanic lady named Estefania (I hope I spelled that and remembered her name correctly). This young lady helped me pick something for my coworker who I was surprising with food. I’ve never eaten at a pizza patron because they don’t have them in the area I live in. Estefania’s customer service was awesome! There was another young lady that was helping her to on Sunday and I just wanted to compliment their awesome service.

Had a bad customer experience at this location. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza on the phone and was told that it would take about 20 minutes for it to be ready. I get there at the drive thru window within 15 minutes and ask to pick up my order, and the lady tells me "Oh sorry we just gave it to the car in front of you, but you can order again and wait another 20 minutes." What type of customer service is that?!? I get there earlier than the time expected and they give MY order away to someone else. Wow. Never order here again. Little Caesars is better.

My experience here was horrible. My order was incorrect after being told upon handing me my pizza, no onion correct, so I assumed that was what I was getting until I drove home and found out it had onions. So I called and that's when my service was the worse I've ever had by being told by Jaime, what do you want me to do. I had to tell her that I wanted my order corrected. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Her customer service makes me not want to ever return to your location again.

I want to report the manager at this location her name starts with an A I don’t want to disclose her name, which I should the way she acted against her own employee. She was being very rude to the young man he has a disability and I’ve seen and heard her treat him very unprofessional. He is a sweet young man and I hate to see a manager act that way towards him.

Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. Based on store hours for this location they close at 10pm, but starting at 8:30 they no longer answer the phone to take orders. I asked for the supervisors phone number and they act like they have no idea who that person is. The girl (Juanita) who attended us was very unprofessional, wearing headsets and could not hear anything.

Well the day that i went was the last day before winter break for the kids. I went in for 2 pizzas And there were none ready, i had to wait 50 min for my orfer and on top of that the crew were fighting infront of the customers . there were at least 3 or 4 workers and and they were behing on orders , or they were doing other things and the pizzas that came out were just left there in the table.

Drive from another Pizza Patron to came here to this one as I was driving I called to ask the wait time on the Hot and ready pizza. The first call the lady hung up on me so I called again I was placed on a very long hold I made it to the store and still was on hold as I waited in the drive thru line so I got out and then the finally answer as I was standing in line

I always order anywhere from 25-50 dollars worth of pizza and everytime I ask for the patron cut. Everytime they fell me even after they say gladly, the guy on the phone was rude I dont know of he's the manager but even when I picked up my pizza I could hear him yelling to the people up front, I feel bad for the workers working under him

Pizza was great, as for the staff and location it's a hit or miss. We passed to pick up our order and while the hours on the window show the operating times; the store was closed anyway only having cars go through the drive thru.

I just called to see if they do orders through the phone because I had some questions on pizza toppings as well and the guy answered so rudely and said I had to call DoorDash and hung up. So rude customer service didn’t even let me ask anything else. Not ordering anything from them during this quarantine!

Worst place ever, they are slow, had to wait for a chorizo pizza for 30 minutes, plus they didn't apologize for the waiting, they cashier girls was very mean she just answered me with a " I didn't made your order". The worst part was i wait to longer and they gave me my order raw, it was very nasty.

Great location. Fast, friendly, accurate, and efficient service!! This is my family's go to cheap pizza place. Prices are on par with Little Ceasar's, but the quality, and taste is so much better than LC's. And if you are a fan of ranch with your pizza, their ranch, and spicy ranch are amazing!!

They tried to add a meal on my order that I didn't want. But once I told them it was too much to add a 20 oz drink and bread sticks, they corrected the order. Pizza is always fresh and hot but they are slow

I like how that kid turns off the music while he's on his personal phone calls for 5 minutes while you're waiting to place a order.. I don't know the name of the black guy that works there but he's the best employee that location has ever had and needs a immediate raise in pay..

The car I was renting from Avis was stolen from here while I ran in to state I was there for pick up. The girl tells me it has happened 7 times there. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU OR STAY AWAY FROM AREA ALTOGETHER!!!!

They NEVER ANSWER phone to be able to place order ahead of time & No Customer Service. Brought that to their attention on several occasions and their response is always "they are busy, so they can't answer phone!!!"

My family and I love this place as well as the pizza. The only place around that actually makes hamburger pizzas, as I remember in my childhood. Just delicious!

The resturant itself, and the food are nice, the issue is the employees. They always look like they hate their jobs. Everytime I do try to speak to an employee, they usually just shut the window while I'm talking.

Just don't understand why the Manager and Employees of any Pizza Patron don't wear gloves while making pizzas.... I like their pizzas but when it comes to making mine wash your hands... Changes have to be made....

It was my first time trying this establishment and I was not disappointed. My pizza was made fresh while I waited and it was delicious. I will definitely be revisiting this establishment in the near future.

I always get my food raw and I en up putting it in my oven at home to finish cooking it and employees are always in a bad mood and they try to hurry you up to place an order.

Do not go through the drive-through. It’s so slow. The employees will let cars wait at the window for 15+ minutes instead of telling to move while they handle their order.
