This use to be our go to place for pizza, but while I was waiting for our order. I seen a employee working with the dough wipe his nose and continued to work , same employee playing with his hair, reaching in his pocket grab his phone looked at it put it back in his pocket and continues to work. Didn't wash his hands . It seems like now and days the workers are getting careless when it comes to working in the fast food industry. Please keep in mind that we are spending OUR hard earned money on the food we are buying, we should be able to treat our family and when we do ,we see this kind of stuff and you want us to feed our kids this stuff. Pizza patron please talk to ur employees , they are being very careless. And I wish I was exaggerating I really do

Very disrespectful staff on 2/13/2020. I pre-ordered a pepperoni pizza at 9:30pm and was told wait 15 minutes. I arrived at 9:42pm and they sold my pizza to a walk in customer right in front of my face!! So disrespectful! They even said, we only have an order for Nate, and I said that's me, and yet they told me I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for another pizza to be cooked. ABSOLUTE DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! There were 3 people working. A woman at the register, a man sweeping the floor in the back and a woman mopping the floor in the front. I called back 10 minutes later and the staff told me take it up with the manager tomorrow because they sold my other pizza too. asked for the manager name and was hung up on.

I walk in place my order I see a manager she takes my order and then goes and start making pizza I said is that my pizza you making she replies why (Tracey blk lady )no why because you were just at the register with no gloves on you didn’t wash your hands so she went washed her hands because I’m watching more like rinsed no soap then she puts on gloves,in comes another employee went took a pizza out the oven then came to the register so she didn’t wash your hands either ok just give me a refund and I want be back that’s how ppl getting sick this is unsanitary .I wouldn’t recommend eating there .11/16/23

I read the reviews an thought well that was a month ago thinking the manager fixed things. But no, I just called at 3:15 thinking maybe day shift were the good ones. This young man answered the phone like a cell phone didnt put me on hold , spoke to a coworker for 2minutes. I didn't need to hear. I told my daughter to pause the t.v then he days hello. I say I was wondering about your pizzas an he say we dont have specials! I state i said pizzas,he proceeds to tell the price. I say ok do yall deliver he said we ain't dominoes. On Google it has delivery, I just dont understand.

Don’t want to always give all my reviews 5stars to hype something that isn’t good but I won’t lie one of the best Mexican pizzas I have tried since living in Dfw area since 2018, the price is so affordable for a XL 12 slice pizza $13!! Could you believe that while other places are so hyped but quality not customer is good, this place serves with hospitality!! My fiancé been here before and is the only pizza she would eat, it’s so clean and well maintenance inside and out they serves different other products besides pizza so come check this place out!

On 2/26/22, I ordered pizza and wings online to be delivered via DoorDash, but I didn’t receive my wings. I called back to the store and the manager was aware and offered a refund or pick them up. I asked for a refund and my information was taken and I have not heard from the manager yet. I called back on 2/27/22 and the manager was not there and expected to return on Tuesday. Since my money was debited from my card already, the manager should have called back on the same day as promised, to resolve this matter.

Quality is consistently good here.The Service is usually good here but the cashier I had tonight on October 8th at 8:30 pm ish was rude and let my pizza sit out and get cold, he also ignored me when I tried to ask him where my order was. He gave out an order that came in after mine. definitely disappointing. hopefully i can get the refund that i got mischarged for in the next week. Roberto didn't seem to sure he did it correctly when he refunded me.

Horrible Pizza wouldn't remake my pizzas there were nothing on top as far as extra anything but I paid for extra toppings there was no extra toppings whatsoever 10 kids back there working probably the reason why the pizzas were horrible they called the general manager and he or she said unless I wanted to pay more they weren't going to remake the pizzas horrible horrible horrible customer service I don't recommend they didn't even care

They don’t answer the phone I parked outside of the store and called them just to see if they'd answer and they where in there talking and laughing but they didnt answer...called twice back to back no answer Went in there made the order (around 8o'clock) not even closing time yet and they had already started to make them sloppy/ uneven distribution of toppings and cheese. Honestly the pizza is good but the service is just awful

Did call in and thy try to sell me a pizza from the heater all burnt and with hardly any toppings also the employees started to run his mouth cuz I told him I want them to remake my pizza and he try pulling another one from the heaterand I didn't want that

Having no clients at a time on my visit I ordered two pizzas one pepperoni ,1 full ham with a 1/2 jalapeno on it, make my order two pepperoni pizzas, one with him and 1/2 jalapeno on it, Thu em making the mistake and apologizing for it, still made it seem like they did me a favor by adding pepperoni on my ham Pizza! Bad communication skills!

Be aware the lady making the pizzas does not wear a mask to to protect us from the virus in this pandemic and also gets an attitude when asked to make me a new pizza because she packed my pizza wearing no mask and was hollering and could see the spit going on all the pizzas they were boxing’ do not buy pizza here !!! I called and placed an order for 2 large pizzas on the Pizza patron on September 28,2019 located on Hampton and illinois in Dallas,tx. Around 12:34 when i get there at 12:53 i told them am here to pickup they asked my name and said the topping i ordered and said "we didnt make it" it got me upset and took my business to Dominos Pizza.

My girlfriend ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be ready at 7:07pm and we ended up having to wait 21 extra minutes after we got there before it was ready. The women working here obviously seem like they don’t want to work here. Perhaps they should find different jobs. Pizza was great but the service is horrible.

There getting 1 star not because of the pizza but because the ppl working there I tried to call in a order wen i was leaving work so i went to the build and not only it was not busy but the phone was ringing and they where just looking at it not one of them tried to pick it up so i say 1 star for poor customer service!

Walked in, was next in line to order. There were nothing but teens working. The young man making the pizzas didn’t have on gloves. Just laying pepperonis with his bare hands. It grossed me out so I walked out. It’s not hard to wear gloves like you’re supposed to. Stop leaving these lazy teens to run the store alone.

The employees here are rude they have a really bad attitude with customer plus they look like they don't want to be there working like if you're not happy with your job its not customers fault you guys get pay because of customer so treat them good Eymy and the other young guy in the back never coming back here

Placed an order by phone for pickup they took the wrong order and when I picked it up she gave me a bad attitude she got my pizzas out with out using gloves and she was already using chemicals to clean witch I think is very unsanitary and then she still throws them at me ...!!!!! …

I been found to this Pizza Patron for 5 years now and the service has been nothing but good the manager there is very understanding with awesome customer service. The place is always clean. I’ll adimt the pizza back then wasn’t always perfect but there customer service kept making come back.

I really enjoy pizza patron pizza. We always get La Patrona. We normally ordered over the phone. I would order online but I do not see one line where I can add substitutions. Like no mushrooms but instead jalapenos and that I would like the pizza extra crispy. Overall good pizza.

This location shut down early today around 8pm. Then I drove to the Jefferson/Davis location and was told they are behind an hour and not taking anymore orders. Neither location answered their phones... Pizza is good but their business ethic and service needs improvement.

I ordered a Hawaiin and I was so craving a patrona but when I got home and my patrona was some kinda meat pizza tried to call no answer I really really wanted a patronano more pizza patron for awhile...

I wish they would've told me it's a 15 minute wait. So I asked if there was anything ready she said no..15 minutes to wait for one pizza.They should let people know before Ithey pay. And 4 days for a refund. This was a waste of time!!!!

Visited about 5 years ago pizza was great. Went today and I think they forgot to turn the oven on the correct settings because the dough was way undercooked but the toppings and crust edge was perfect. I will not be returning.

Yum!! The staff was cool about us showing up so close to closing. I will be coming back because they even did the Patron Cut like they are suppose to do unlike the other Pizza Patron that I have been to in the area.

The dough wasn't really cooked all the way and there was a lot less cheese than I expected, it tasted good but it was doughy and just not that much cheese you could see a lot of the red sauce do to lack of cheese.

Most times They never answer the phone if they do they put you on hold for ever. And when you arrive to pick up your order after several minutes its still not ready you have to wait again. But food is good.

Don't get me wrong.... I've always loved pizza Patron butTo freaking expensive they have gone up I could of made my own pizza.

A preferred site for Pizza. Nice location to meet with family. I will probably become a regular. Bring your appetite because portions are large. Reminds me of a cafe in Chicago I liked to visit.

Good pizza place had not had any issues for a long time except the first times i went there they forgot my order and the manager was very rude when confronted of been waiting for a long time.

Best pizza for a quick lunch, quick snack when daughter gets out of school. Only wished they could get those pesky phones fixed!!! They are always broke when i need to place my order!!!!
