If I could give a negative star and warn people to stay away from this spot would be easiest. However, not all the staff here are as awful as "Nicole" I have shopped here as a regular customer buying snacks and she has been discriminating against myself and others. I was trying to return some bottles and cans tonight when she chose to make conflict. So now I am here asking for the manager "fernando" to reach out and have a discussion with Nicole about respecting everyone!! Whole story, its kinda late around 9pm. I walked in asked if it was too late to return bottles. She stated that she couldn't take any "big" ones as there storage area was full. I asked if I could return the small amount of smaller cans and plastic bottles. Nicole "looks like all you have is big ones" I "have some small, can I turn those in?" Again back and forth can I and I can't. I asked for store number manager name and her name. She calls Fernando and guess what he is already on the opposite side of her statements. I'm guessing she will have better training or move on. I did make a fuss by raising my voice. I did not threaten or cause any violence or threatening behaviors. She stated she was going to call the police I let her know I would wait. Once she told me the store number is #75 I walked out the doors. I am standing here like a Karen demanding to speak with the internet of managers haha

I work at this store and I personally really like it here. We do our best to keep it clean, keep the shelves stocked, and provide the highest customer service we possibly can! All the associates are super nice and helpful, the manager is great, and we are an amazing Plaid to visit. We get monthly discounts and get regular new products in. We will do whatever we can for our customers and love to see regular faces. So stop in and say hi.

the gentleman working late with a whole gas mask on was not only the most considerate of everyone’s health, but was also insanely courteous without stepping to the point of being weird. I’m stoked to have just moved and this be the closest corner store. Wish I caught your name but I pray whoever was working around 4 AM on Sept 5th was a manager bc mans knows how to handle customers. Don’t ever change, my friend.

I like the employees who work here. I needed help with cold medicine, and I was helped at 1:00 in the morning. The staff at this plaid pantry are nice people. This convenience store always has a great selection of snacks, candy, and drinks at reasonable prices. In my opinion it is the best convenience store in the area. And I live near it!

Expect this place to be closed, especially during the evenings. “Be right back” or “Back in ten minutes” signs are often up. It doesn’t matter if you come back in 10-20 mins, the sign will still be there and the store will still be closed. The store also just consistently closes ~40 mins early too.

there is a rude old lady that work in early morning , she is one of the worst people in planet earth she is racist and so rude. she made me hate buying anything form the store.

there is a 75% that I get "be right back" at the midnight, I’m very grateful for everything you serve, but why are you open for 24 hours if the clerk disappears all the time?

You wouldn’t believe the prices. They know they’re the only convenience store on campus. So they jack up the prices knowing you can’t go anywhere else. Slime

The people who work here are nice. It's a smaller place, but it's open all the time, and very conveniently located on PSU campus.

Only because the customer service is 50/50. It’s good when certain workers are there and bad when they are not there.

I love this plaid because its remote and always has the best stuff there and the nicest employees that I know.
