I started coming back again after a couple years going elsewhere. The parking lot is cramped with limited access points, so coming here in the afternoon is no-go for me (especially because this lot has a problem with loitering squatters), though during quieter mornings it's not a problem. This gets quite a good weekday crowd for a PF (typically PFs are much less trafficked in the early AM than other gyms). You usually should be able to use the equipment you need, but there's quite a few people here. I remember afternoon crowds being awfully crowded and I imagine today that's no exception. I just won't bother after work and will just go elsewhere. Aside from that, the equipment is up to date and pretty much all in good working order. It's rare for me to see something broken and totally out of order here. That said, there are a couple legit issues here. A lot of the connecting lanyards are missing from the cable decks, meaning that if you can't grab a lanyard from an open adjacent machine then those decks are completely useless because you can't attach handles without a lanyard. The lanyards have been missing for weeks (and the staff should be well aware by now), so either management's not willing to order replacements, or the gym has some thieves who keep stealing them (which doesn't bode well for your valuables if you bring any in). They're also missing several of the smaller dumbbells from the free weight section. These are probably harder to replace so them being gone is more understandable, but they're still missing several little dumbbells. For a PF of its size there is not a lot of floor space for mat use. There's a smallish open space near the stretch rack, but otherwise you have to try and fit in between the somewhat crammed in 360 rack and the walls. That whole area is rather cramped for a PF 360 area in general, so good luck. And forget about laying a mat anywhere else in the gym without causing a problem.

I belong to 3 gyms and this is my favorite. It hits my checklist with high marks. I’m amazed at the cleanliness of this facility. I see someone cleaning every time I workout and believe me, I notice. Great job! I love that parking is in the front of the building. I’ve belonged to a gym that most of the parking was in the back of the building. The front desk team members always make eye contact with a smile. A great way to start my time at my happy place, the gym. The equipment selection is great. I love that there are multiple machines of all my favorites. The gym also has two massive ceiling fans over the treadmill area. OMG! I love this! My internal temp seems to alway feel like I’m in an oven. At other gyms I use a wet towel around my neck just to get through my workout. Not here. I would also like to share that they accept Silver Sneakers. This is a no brainer to try it out. Any Silver Sneaker member can join as many gyms as they want with no charge as long as they accept Silver Sneakers. I belong to 3 and I am happiest here.

This is a great place to workout. They may not have all the equipment that some gyms may have, but what they do have is more than sufficient for most everyone’s needs. The location is convenient, plenty of parking, and easy to get to. Here is where they excel…this is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The staff cleans more times in a day than some gyms clean in a week. Equipment is well maintained, the employees are super friendly, and I’ve gone at all different times of the day, and it’s never too busy, so you don’t have to wait for every machine or bench that you want to use, like it is at some gyms. Been going here for almost a year, and the cleanliness and quality of equipment has always been maintained. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been a Planet Fitness member for about 14 years. Today, I foolishly left my phone at the hotel (which has my membership card) and tried to enter a gym out of town…benefit of black card. Angel at the front desk was NOT an angel of customer service. My phone number was somehow inexplicably not linked to my card. When he said I needed to call the home club to get my barcode I asked if he wouldn’t mind doing that since I had no phone. You’d think I asked him to donate his last functioning kidney. He said “I’m not gonna do that”. Thanks “Angel”. Lesson here, don’t forget your phone and make sure your barcode is linked to your phone number. Unsure why that isn’t automatic.

Lovely gym with one killer exception. The radio early in the morning (11:30 PM to 2:30 AM) is WAY TOO LOUD. The staff on duty at that time agrees as do other members. I've called a few times about this but nothing has been done. Other members say they have also called. 99% of people who want to listen to music bring their own. The "lunk alarm" applies much more to the music volume than it does to grunting or the dropping of weights. PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME!!

Worked out before my job started. Got in car after, couldn't find phone. Employee James H. offered to call mine with his to help me find it. When it didn't ring in the gym, he went with me to my car to see if we could hear it ring in there. Sure enough, it had fallen into a black hole type crevice between the seats. James did not have to help me to that extent. I am really grateful, because I was getting stressed thinking my phone was gone.

As soon as you walk in,you will be treated like a child. I know how to hold a barcode up to the scanner by myself but they insist on making it difficult or they will aim the scanner at my face. Recently,there have been cleaning stations out of paper towels and the bathroom has been lacking cleanliness. The staff from earlier this year was the best. This new group of people aren't that great and I hope they hire better employees.

I have been to a few locations in the Las Vegas area and this location has the best equipment by far! The locations close to home and close to my work both closed last week for equipment upgrades but when I went back to them most of the equipment was exactly the same. Not cool. The locations should be uniform and not cater to certain areas. . I do however give this location a full 5 stars for cleanliness and upgraded equipment

Worst showers of any planet fitness I've gone to. Terrible pressure. It's like just falling out of the nozzle. Also, the water only gets luke warm. Not to mention they keep the temperature cold as heck. Literally UNDER the water in the shower, with the hot water all the way up, and I'm freezing feeling the cold breeze. It's like they did it on purpose to save money and get people out of the showers fast. Terrible location.

So ecstatic this location is open! I’m right down the street and will now be my main location. Love the new machines and layout. Staff is super friendly and helpful!! To the heffa that left a one star review because “you drove over here and wasted gas” maybe use your phone and actually LOOK and see if it’s open before you drive. ANYWAY super happy this location is open, and they have a jungle gym with resistance bands!!!

ALL I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS SIMPLY CANCEL AN UNUSED MEMBERSHIP? I WOULD HAVE TO RIDE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION JUST TO GET THERE AND REQUEST TO STOP WITHDRAWALS FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!!!! I KNOW ONE THING, IF I MUST CANCEL IN PERSON, ITS NOT GOING TO END WELL FOR THEM WHY THERE IS NO FEATURE TO CANCEL ONLINE IS EXTREMELY SUSPECT, AND IT BAFFLES ME??

We have been impatiencly waiting for them to open up. They opened yesterday and my friend and I signed up today. The guy (we didn't catch his name) that helped my friend and I was so helpful, he showed us around and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to a great workout and the massaging chairs afterwards. I might consider the tanning beds one day but ill start definitely start with cardio.

They are allowing people to lay down with blankets and sleep in corners during the night hours. I saw one guy sleeping with a blanket in one of the massage chairs for hours. I guess the gym dues is cheaper than a budget suites. I said something to one of the employees and was told by him that he didn't want to bother them. It took less a year for this place to turn into just another sleaze joint.

On 10/12/23 at 9:30am men lockers were broken into with bolt cutters and wallets were stolen. Personnel are keeping a lid on this and will not disclose anything about the event so that members become aware of what happened and can take extra precautions. It's apparently corporate policy not to talk about the event. It's good to know that this company DOESN'T have their clients' backs.

Since the pandemic and not able to attend the gym. PF still charge customers annually fee regardless if you attended or not. Most companies waver the fees except PF. No regard for what's important to human life. Anytime you pick profit over human life. I have absolutely nothing for that company. I don't recommend this business.

I like coming here you don't get the gym freaks like lvac....I've been to at least 6 planet fitness gyms and the one one Charleston was the best... All there massage chairs work ..plus they offer 15 min..the other places is 10 min on the massage machines...they also have some machines the other places don't carry....

Great Gym, always clean and no sweaty windows as you walk in. The best part no meat heads dropping weights or tiny tank tops! Vinnie always welcomes you with a big smile on his face, which instantly makes you smile and gives you a boost of energy! He's the best employee!

Lot of equipment and clean place. It’s annoying that the signs in there say “No backpacks or gym bags,” but staff doesn’t ask those people to not have them. People need to put those in lockers. Too many bags, backpacks, and jackets sitting on the floor and equipment.

We come here almost every day! It’s never too busy, and you can take your time on each machine. You don’t have to wait for a specific machine to be available. The bathrooms and locker room are clean—most machines work, with rarely broken ones here and there.

Tried this location, as it is a bit closer to my apt. Equipment was in great shape, staff were helpful and courteous. I like my membership as it is portable between cities / locations. Easy to access whether I'm in Vegas, Daphne, KC, or?? Thanks PF!

Cannot beat the cleanliness, convenience, and value of this place. Black card is a must for the very sophisticated touch interface massage chairs & hydro massage availability. Real therapy and the ability to go to any club, multi-state. Worth it

Poor service from front desk attendant. Asked for some help with a machine and was told to figure it out myself. Showers were dirty, looked like they haven’t been serviced in a week. Mold on curtains… definitely not worth the membership fees.

Excellent gym, excellent staff. It is very well kept and regularly cleaned. Jason Holmes has excellent customer service skills. He always greets me with a smile, positive attitude and good conversation. It makes you feel welcome and at home.

Quiet, clean and all the machines were operational. Haven't been to planet fitness in a long time since covid and it's really nice to see all the updates and new workout videos you can follow along on the app when you join.

Clean, quality gear and machines with good spacing. Never feels crowded. Affordable, even with the black card that gets you access to the massage beds/chairs.

Some people have no common sense and maybe need to see signs saying "dont exercise directly in front of the barbel rack" I see this almost every day

Recently opened and is phenomenal. It even has that new smell! I love the updated machines that feel more ergonomic which help with my lower back!

I recommend this one to Spring Valley folks. It's bigger, cleaner, and with better machines than the South and East PFs here.

Good gym. Be ready to work out because there is plenty of equipment to choose from. Also, the personal trainers are great!
