Customer service is not the greatest well at least not this morning, intake person (female), couldn't even smile or look at you when she was "talking" more like mumbling her words. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there today in the Saturday 12/30/2023 am. Remember you are the face of the store like it or not.

I came at the last 15 minutes until close, i felt so rushed to pick out a outfit. But Kela was the manager on duty, not only helped me pick out an outfit. But she was so calm and really patient with me. I ended up spending $200 but i felt so good about it. Me and my family will definitely be coming back!
