On 1/28/2023 We took 5 Suit sets to get dry cleaned. We were suppose to pick up Tuesday 1/28/2023 but their machines were down. Today 2/2/23 we went to take my husband other 5 suits to get cleaned and pick up the 5 we already dropped off. They only gave us 4 suits. We told them wheres the other suit? They replied you only brought 4 suits. My husband only owns 10 suits total. They basically called us liars. The son of owner cant count apparently, So we walked out losing a suit. They have no intentions of making it right..Suits are expensive. These people lose your cloths and they say ..you didnt give us this ma-am. Im so upset. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CLOTHS DRY CLEANED HERE UPDATE: 2/7/23 We picked up our last 5 suits and was charged 65 and change. When we looked at 1st receipt on 2/2/23 they charged us for 5 suits but only gave us 4. The owner son not only lost our suit, but charged us for 5 sets? Jackets and dress pants. The same price as the 2nd set. NO he did not refund us for the lost suit. We are calling Better Business Bureau..if they dont make this right. FIND OUR SUIT..OR BUY US ANOTHER SUIT>>GIVE US OUR MONEY back for the dry cleaning of a suit you said we didn't bring but you charged us for!!! THIS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS IS A JOKE!!!!! I WILL NOT REMOVED THIS REVIEW UNTiL OWNER MAKES IT RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saturday 25Feb2023. My 2nd time patronizing this business. They Are AWESOME! Recently moved here to ABQ NM and needed some bed comforters dry-cleaned. That was around the time of the 2021 ABQ Balloon Fiesta. Got superior service, even when I called the next day and asked for an earlier finish date than what was quoted. No problem! No drama! Just genuine, professional, honest & SOLID customer service like The Good Old Days! =) This father & son business epitomizes "Team"! I still find it hard to even IMAGINE that those two men process all that work by themselves! The business is not hard to recognize while driving in traffic. It's co-located with a very convenient and well-kept self-service laundry. Parking is appropriate. Prices are reasonable! Turnaround time was quicker than I expected! U Must Try Plaza Ladera Cleaners. My wife and I have NOW found our most favorite Albuquerque (NM) dry cleaning business! I give Plaza Ladera Cleaners' Efficiency, Customer Service and Integrity a straight "5 Stars" rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I moved here not long ago, and knew no one to ask for a referral. I was in the area with a few thrifted items in my trunk, so I took a chance dropping my dresses off with the nice man with smiling eyes and good stories about growing up in New Mexico. I just picked up my third batch of beautifully cleaned items. He cares for everything: vintage silk dresses, fussy ruched items, men’s sport coats, ties, sweaters, embellished trendy items - you name it. I will stick with this small, family-run business for all time, and recommend them 100%!

We have been coming here for about 18 years. Watched as Mr. Vigil's son grew up and became a major player in the business. We have been coming for so long because they treat us so well and take such good care of our clothes. We actually moved out of Albuquerque and still come here because they are worth the time to divert that way. I LOVE my pressed shirts!

Charles and his son do great work at this family run business. Always friendly, they know who you are and always follow through with their time windows for pick up. Clothes always come back clean and in good shape after a dry cleaning here. I’ve been using these guys for almost 3 years and have had no issues. Prices are reasonable and competitive!

Wow ! Amazing service . I brought my suit to get it drycleaned on Monday and the guy said it would be ready by Thursday at 5pm , I got here right at 5pm and it was ready. Pretty good service they guy on the front desk was pretty nice and professional And I had no issues whatsoever.. I'll be coming back to this place .

OMG, what is with this place? I went twice this week to find it closed both times. Monday afternoon and Wednesday about 1:30. Always the little "clock sign" on the door, be back at a certain time. So frustrating! To top it all off, the shirts I had laundered and pressed were horrible. SO done with this place!

If I could put zero stars I would. They did not get there until 745 when the hours are clearly marked for 7. They were completely rude to myself and my handicapped mother. It doesn't look like they cleaned the clothes we left. Very poor service and an even worse attitude. Will not be going back.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I had them dry clean some ties, and each time I came back for them they weren't done, despite that it had already been a month. Finally, I forgot about them for a few months and when I came back the ties had been thrown away.

Customer service was great!!! I was greeted the moment I walked in the door I was given a time my daughter's graduation gown would be ready and it was ready at the time they stated it would be ready I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in to get ONE shirt dry cleaned. Asked what the turn around time was: "oh one week". Yeah this is why you people have multiple 1 star ratings.

Not very reliable, says they're open at 7am. Waited 30 min no one there. Shirts are trapped inside and need to catch a plane!
