We found the station master and staffs here very helpful they attended to us with in an urgent manner and with efficiency. A happy day indeed as my wife had left her passport in the previous station and things could have been a nightmare. Thank you very much for your prompt response !! A station that only is used to half of its potential, as there is no way to go to the North en East sides of it. Hence, no connection to the Pudu Sentral busstation, nor can this station be utilized for people from the adjacent Roberson Residences and Swiss Hotel. Unless you are willing to walk a detour of 10 minutes.

A terrible place, reminds me of those stations in Manila years ago. The walkway between the main building and the station is the worst of all I have seen in the world. Don't understand why some people praised it. I will put up some photos to prove it.

Minutes walk away from Petaling street, KL's Chinatown, and just beside Pudu Sentral. For decades, the stalled development, which the station got its name from, lies abandoned just next to it. Station is above ground so there's no air con.

Plaza Rakyat refers to an abandoned building for more than two decades. The LRT Station is built here, with Sri Petaling, Ampang and Sentul lines. It is also linked to Merdeka MRT Station. There is quite a walk between these two stations.

Not friendly and not alert male staff, busy with phone, and tak reti nak cakap elok elok, macam nak halau orang bila nak top up touch n go... tak ada cakap sorry ke apa ke.. terrible customer service

This is the stop where you could admire at abandon structure (at the time of writing, they have finally drain off the water which the local believe it houses a pool of water with lots of fishes).

The sign boards are not clear about exits, at least place a map or directory in the station. The way to UTC is also scary as it's not well maintained and many homeless people are sitting there

The LRT station provide a connecting ride to MRT. There are many shops and restaurants. A bit too crowded. It was a long walk away from the MRT station.

If you ever get lost or first time coming here, i understand, signs are not that clear. Better stop and ask for help from locals
