It's quite for the most part. Just wish the owner of that subwoofer would stop driving around with all that thumping, especially late at night early morning. This place other than that is ok for what you pay. Good location, near many restraunts, a few grocery stores, a pharmacy, gas stations & minutes away from i10 & i17. But if you don't drive you're right near two main bus lines that'll get you where you need. Update:10/21/2018 3 stars to 2 stars Homeless people sleeping in empty lots on the concrete slabs. People doing drugs, breaking beer bottles all over the place. Drivers speeding through the park, people breaking into the mailboxes need I say more!

The manager I attempted to work with didn't speak English so communication was impossible from the beginning. The receipt was useless and indecipherable. They had English speaking staff there but I was unaware of this until eviction court date! Rude, disinterested attitude. It is listed as an RV Court, with certain perks but it is operated like a mobile home park, again stealing benefits from this category. Illegal management and owners. I loved the area, lots of action, street people okay with me. Namaste

RV park in the middle of the worst section of Phoenix.. Way over priced for area and amenities. Manager barely speaks English and is worried about dog size but has a nasty black and white dog running around off leash, that tried to bite the guy trying to check in before me. The gentleman before me and myself left because of poor service. That's 2 monthly rentals that walked........ Find another park!!!!

The manager on site was very precise to detail letting me know to her best knowledge of what was to come for rent and those that were for sale some of them were not ready I was very satisfied with the outcome of our conversation LaShawn was very polite and very helpful the experience was good the experience was good

It makes you wonder if the 5 star ratings are just fluff after reading the BAD ratings. I was looking for a place to stay in the next few months but after reading the bad ratings that are just more than a few words compared to the good ratings with FEW words. I may have to move this one to the lower side of desire.

Rent too High for the condition of the property! No WiFi, showers, laundry or security. Several old trailers leaked sewage for months. Dangerous for children as old pipes and rebar sticking out of ground (impale hazards). Tweakers found sleeping on property from time to time. Not recommended.

I am SUPER excited about the remodeling that's taking place here! This is a convenient place to live as it's close to freeway access and near downtown. The staff here are courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a mobile home to buy or an RV space.

Should have been a ZERO stars! It was more like a junk yard mobile home park. The gentleman was nice, but only spoke Spanish (so do I, thankfully) bad bad bad park and bad part of town. We had to leave, before getting any rest...just couldn't stay any longer.

Small rv and trailer park. Rent is cheap and the managers are great. Rv rent includes utilities. Close to fast food and shopping. Bus stop right in front. They allow all types and years of rvs and trailers.

***They are not accepting Rvs*** Converting to mobile home Never answer the phone or returned any calls, I had to drive by. STAY AWAY EXPOSED WIRES EVERYWHERE OPEN TRENCHES COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SITE

I have been traveling for years, and this is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It is treated more like a trailer court than anything. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Well when I first started going there people that live there, about September they either moved or died. The place is pretty much empty and has has any mobile homes or trailers anymore...

The reason I give one star, is because the electricity and water always go out, especially in the hot season. If you are trying to book a place here, I just don’t recommend it.

Visited family and it seems pretty livable just not much communication between neighbors at certain areas of the trailers , not quite spacious but you make it work lol

The manager or idk if it’s the owner she’s really rude with people they don’t fix their own mess and they kick you out with out a reason I do not recommend this place

Lived here for work with my rv trailer never had an issue, no one messed with us or stole from our trailer. Always had a peaceful resting. Alot of stuff near by.

Amazing place with all new mobile homes, is under construction can’t wait to see the new gated community!! The people in the office are amazing and helpful.

Looks intimidating...but it is a decent stay. Manager welcomed us. No laundry facility. Surrounding area is rough.

Called to book and and I was asked what do I want. Clearly they do not care about customers

It's an okay place to be, lots of stray cats and dogs. Havent had any problems here.
