We had a leak suspected from the storm water. Rang plumfast and we had someone come over the same day. The first person who came to assess the leak checked all connections and did a few tests and all was ok. He was not able to pin point the issue. He said he can't find a problem and he was going to send someone later that evening to do a pressure test. We didn't have anyone come between the times that the first guy said. We got a phone call at approximately 5.30pm and the guy on the phone asked us to flush and check if there was a leak. As there was no leaks he said he would come the next day between 9-11am. Rang them at 10.30am to check what time he was going to come and they said someone should be there between 11-12pm. When the guy came he explained what he was going to do, said he had to turn water off for half an hour and continued with the pressure test. He hadn't found an issue and continued with the testing. After the test was completed he said the issue was at the storm water pumps fitting. He said the fitting were very loose and he thought that was the issue. I said if that was an issue the guy who came the previous day would have told me about it. I said to him that it may have been loose because the previous guy hadn't finished his test. This guy then spent 15mins on the phone to the previous guy and was in his van discussing. At this point it was almost 2hours since the water had been turned off. I went to his van and requested him to turn the water back on. He came out of the van and told me that I was right the previous guy had loosened the fittings. I asked him to turn the water back on. He was getting a call and was going to answer and I said please turn the water on before answering the call. The second guy was on his phone a lot and while they charge by the hour the expectation is that whilst on a job they should finish the job and not waste time talking on the phone. The communication between staff was poor the first guy did not give a complete report to the second guy and time was wasted on the phone. This was unprofessional. I felt the second guy was inexperienced and needed to check with the supervisor and hence was on the phone a lot. The company should not send out inexperienced people to clients on their own. Clients end up being overcharged because the person doing the job is not competent. Wouldn't be recommending plumfast.

Reading all the beautiful positive reviews for this company is making me so angry. We certainly got the short end of the stick! Our rental property recently needed some serious, extensive work in the bathroom. This work was performed whilst we went on holiday, easier for everyone, or so we thought. We came home to such a mess. No dust sheets used, so living space of the home was thick with dust, including soft furnishings. Set concrete like substance in our lawn, mounds of similar discarded in various areas of the garden in areas that were hidden! Inside and outside muddy and dirty. Muddy footprints in my lounge and on my rug which has stained. One of the private closed off rooms had been accessed. Toilet used (obviously NOT a problem) unflushed, hairs and pee on rim, seat up etc. Reeds from the air fresheners in the window sill all over the floor. Not a sight I expected to see when headed to the toilet after a long trip!! Burnout skid mark on the driveway. Use of my brooms etc used so full of concrete dust, dust pan had dried concrete on it and brush now missing. The shower cubicle resealing had not been done properly so the guy who did it had to be called back after leaking water across the floor. An attempt of dealing with the lawn clean up was, let’s water it for 15 minutes and stab it with a trowel whilst chatting on the phone, which made absolutely NO difference. Then the house keys left under a pot on the front porch instead of returned to.the propel manager as arranged. I only found them as I knew the pots had moved and looked like something was under one of them. The stress of this experience has been awful!! It continues everyday as when we go outside it’s all still there, in our face …it’s still dirty, has concrete stained pathways, ruined lawn etc. It’s been a month now and Plumfast just don’t care. ——-Maybe this review will get their attention. Who knows.——- ***** Would NEVER recommend. Untidy, dirty and unprofessional behaviour. I know this doesn’t apply to all of them but they definitely shouldn’t be left unsupervised. *****

Had Matt out to add some outdoor taps today, repeat customer for Matt, so happy with his work. Matt arrived early and prepared, he was very professional and easy to work with explaining options and everything as he went to both me and my little girl who had a keen interest in helping him. He was very friendly and thorough and left the area clean tidy. Would definitely recommend Plumfast, great service and prices and will be asking for Matt for all future Plumbing needs.

Troy was amazing, came at very short notice on late Friday afternoon and instead of just replacing a washer for a leaking tap, he noticed the taps and the spout were cracked and did an entire replacement. He went above and beyond testing water pressure as well based on previous issues with cracked water filters/floods and is communicating the importance of this issue to our real estate agent for us which is very helpful to back us up!

We are very glad we choose Plumfast to design and manage our bathroom renovation. Originally we had a two way bathroom which has now been converted into an ensuite bathroom and a main bathroom. Amazing experience through plumfast. Waste instillation was done within the first hour. Troy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got the job done fast and efficient. He threw a filter isolation valve in and made sure everything was safe and secure. I’ll be going through plumfast again!

Had a leaking hot water unit, trust this company and left the side gate unlocked for access. David arrived early and accessed the HWS, diagnosed and replaced the faulty component, would use again and can't recommend enough. Was fair and reasonable on price aswell.

I had my bathroom Taps replaced, it cost me $365.00. which I think is extremely expensive but most importantly the water was leaking under the basin even though I told the plumber, he said everything was ok. They had to send someone else to come and fix it.

had a really nice guy, jack, come over and help with some tiling we needed done around the house. He was so lovely and it was so refreshing having someone so easy going around the house. service was great and the tiling is done with no complaints !
