I am never booking with an agent again. We decided to book with Pluton to go from Cyprus to Japan with my family (including a 5 year old kid) with a group of 16 people. To start with, my kid never received a kid's meal during the flights and during the trip. I had to pay extra every time or look for an alternative solution in order for her to eat. We didn't have a group leader so the organized trip seemed more like a disorganised one. The schedule was changing at all times resulting to going for shopping in Akihabara for example while shops were closed. The tourist guides seemed that we knew more stuff about Japan than them so we feel like we have been to Japan but we haven't learnt something new about it and don't wish to go again. All the hotels were different from the ones Pluton promised and underrated compared to the initial ones. We lost one day in Tokyo even though we paid the same price as the other groups who booked the same trip before us. Not even the airplane seats were not reserved before, resulting to 4 long hour flights squeezed in the inside seats not being able to move with a kid. I wouldn't recommend it ever to anyone, especially if you are travelling to Japan.

I have been calling to book a trip in 3 months, half the time the rep was away and I was always told they would call me back. They didn’t call me once and when I called back today, I was talked down by Kyriakos who is one of the representatives. I quote “the trip is in 5 months (it’s not), and I have too much to handle for October trips. You will have to wait”. Bravo team, excellent stakeholder management and expectation management. I will not be pursuing any further services from this office if they cannot respect their customers.

Hands down the best travel agency in Cyprus. After visiting many of the supposed big and more popular agencies, i felt that i was better off planning it by myself. Planned our honeymoon with them and they were the best. Didn't have to do anything they habdles everything from the start, planning, tours, local guides, itinerary, a selection of the best hotels and also arranged some free upgrades and surprises for us! We went to Bali/Singapore/Maldives. Hands down the best.

Not very cheap and they mix groups between vaccinated and unvaccinated people which can easily joepardize your trip depending on your destination. The five stars are because if the trip runs smoothly then you will earn memories for a lifetime. And their experience at the traveling department is a guarantee that everything is gonna be awesome in your trip so no need to worry. Besides the covid measures are just temporary.

Used Pluton travel for our trip to Dubai and the Maldives. Excellent service had no problems at all. Everything was organised by them. Great overall experience. Will be using them again in the near future.
