Or raat ko bas civilians kp pareshan kar k unse paise nikalwata hai. Or bina vahaj public ko physically torture karta hai. Raat ko drink kr k petroling karta hai.or paise nahi dene par lock-up mei band krwane k dhamki deta hai. Shame on delhi police.
