Recommend this poliklinik Sentul. Dr. Vikram is a good listener, the consultation he give is 5 star. The staff are friendly & helpfull. Receive a great treatment while at this clinic. The medicine I've consume also effective & give a good result compare to those medicine in government one. Overall, I'm happy. ☺️

Excellant service, felt like I was taken care of by Dr. Vikram, who genuinely cared and is a good listener. No ego, just lots of empathy, patient, non-judgmental and is a great doctor overall. More patients should visit him for whatever treatment you need, especially people who has mental health problems.

The front counter has no courtesy to inform patients that the Dr is not around and running late. I have been waiting more than 45 minutes clueless. I could have visited other clinic if they informed about the Dr running late. Lousy, laid back service, and unfriendly counter staff.

Best clinic in town. I had my ear swollen because of piercing, but dr Vikram took care of it, and gave me expectation each visit post- surgery, and always made me comfortable. The important thing is, dr.Vikram is very clean, he also smells good. The staffs are also friendly.

End of the day we all need a doc where we can trust with our medical condition, and this clinic is the best that i ever visited. You will feel warm and welcomed by the receptionist. The docs are very friendly. Kudos to Dr Vikram
