We had a break-in to our office during which laptops were stolen. Thanks to the amazing diligent help from the police in Amsterdam Noord, we hunted down the thief (using Find My Mac) and found the laptops in Zaandam. The officers were quick to respond, highly professional, helpful, and on top of it. They called multiple times to keep us updated. Even though this was no kidnapping or murder case, witnessing the fantastic police response makes us feel safe and protected against any crime. We appreciate the team involved in this case, and propose the officers are recognized and rewarded for their amazing work ethic. Thank you for the hard work and care that goes every day into making our city safer for everyone.

I am a Mexican who was stolen in Amsterdam by a refugee. I gave ALL his information (I Had a picture of his ID) he stole my MacBook Air. I gave them the exactly location and they did NOTHING. They just wrote a report and that’s it. They never helped at all. I thought, I was in one of the best cities to live according to global ranking and unfortunately it was a very negative experience.

Buren huis zij vergeet dat achter deur te open op slot! zij was al weg met fiets rijden. Al vanmorgen om half negen zij rijd dat weg naar werk gaan. Ik zie dat nog wel achter deur open. Het is onveilig kan voorkomen inbraak? Ik geeft dat spoedig vallen daarom U dienst toe naar mij Pirolastraat 23 Amsterdam.

ze mogen wel eens leren wat meer vriendelijkheid te tonen naar de burgers. onvriendelijk onbehulpzaam zooitje is het daar.
