This is the worst place to get food from. I used to brag about how awesome this location was. Now it's not worth the hassle. The people are rude even when asking a simple question. I always mobile order and pick up in the drive-thru. In the last 5 times I have ordered my food is never ready. It takes forever to get anyone to answer the ordering speaker. When you finally get someone they're so busy goofing off that they ask your name 5 or 6 times before telling you to pull up. Once at the window then they pull the mobile order to make it, telling you to pull around to the double doors making you do a u-turn back into the main parking lot but in order to do so you have to drive on the sidewalk and grass. Everyone loves to crowd around outside when they do bring your order out like they don't have a job to do.

Sat at the spot to plac order in the drive through for over 15 mins. Lady at the window acted like we were an inconvenience to her doing her very simple job. I was with two other ppl getting lunch. They messed up the mango lemonade drink immediately. Then got an attitude when asked to correct it. Then was handed the wrong order and they had to ask us for it back. After receiving the correct order. One of us didn't receive a side the sides of frys we got were maybe a quarter of the size that other locations give. My personal order was supposed to be a 4 piece dark and it was not. Looking through the window they were more then staffed most of them were just standing around laughing and playing and using foul language over one of the if not THE worst experiences I have ever had at a Popeyes location.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals. When I drove up to the window, the person said " I am new and I made your drinks wrong" (I said both without ice). She made both with ice, and proceeded to hand them to me. I asked, can you pour them out and make them as I asked? She did, then got an attitude. I paid for my food, and when I got the receipt I seen a charge for my drinks (I thought came with the meal). She handed me the food, and I asked for napkins, straws, and ketchup. She said, we don't have straws or ketchup. Mayo was clumped onto the sandwiches... I am shocked. If you heard me ask for a meal, why did you not tell me there is no straws to drink with, no ketchup for the fries (I could have changed it to something else). All, of this with an attitude. This is the most horrible experience I had here!!! This needs to be a ZERO!!!

This is the worst Popeyes ever. I believe they are scamming customers. The guy at the window charged us $18.57 for our order and said the receipt machine doesn't work. But we returned the order inside because it wasn't what we ordered. We requested our money back but they only refunded $18.03. The person taking our order couldn't even take the order properly. Every time we have stopped here nothing but issues. One time they were actually out of chicken! The main thing they sell! Today was the last time we will stop there. I'd rather drive across town.

The chicken was good but one of them was literaly like an entire chicken breast. Good value i suppose but its not an easy sandwich to bite into. Had to wait a really long time to get the food we ordered, which i get, employees cant help being short staffed, but the management sure could. And they gave me some weird strawberrry soda instead of lemonade. it was kinda gross The ghost pepper chicken had no heat to it and very little meat on the bone.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Honestly, they try .. they tend to fight amongst each other more than with customers. They're food is actually good but lately services hasn't been the best. I am unsure why because it's often enough staff present to prepare orders. But what I'm really trying to figure out is where's my order of fries that was missing from my box two nights ago after they said it was definitely inside the box. They're service and food is not as bad as BK "yet", so I will definitely be back and this time around I will do a bag check before leaving..

I love love the manager and staff. Our youth football team came down to Jacksonville to play, when we stopped at Popeyes. We had over 20 boys who walked into this restaurant full of energy. When I tell you the manager and staff went above and beyond take care of our children. They did just that. We came back the following weekend, just because of excellent the service was, plus our boys could be boys. Ms. Anderson and her crew are true professionals. I recommend this Popeyes to anyone who have large groups, because her professionalism is by far the best.

I had to change my previous review. These guys are usually on top of it, but this is what I got tonight. Like 4 shrimp in here. No mashed potatoes that I paid for and they didn't want to give me anything in place of my missing item. I'm a little disappointed. I understand running out of certain sides, thats cool and all but between this small amount of shrimp and no mashed I'm just trying to get full tonight.

This Popeyes has went downhill. The food is sometimes fresh. The wait times are ridiculous. The employees are rude. They often throw anything in your bag when they are out of something. Always check your order before you leave. Door dash orders take forever, don't even waste your time if you are on lunch break from work. You will be late and disappointed.

What's a Popeyes today for some lunch as soon as I walked in the front door it's not like a combination of a dead rat in rotten meat immediately walked right back out the door that I just came in very disgusting will not return to this location the health department needs to come shut them down

I understand running out of things at times, but Red beans and rice is one of the staple sides to offer besides mashed potatoes love the Cajun gravy its also one of my favorite sides I make Cajun gravy at home so I really looked forward to Red beans and rice and to be out is unacceptable sorry but it is a big deal for New Orleans style food.

Ordered mashed potatoes, got nothing. Requested BBQ sauce, nothing. They gave me a drink and didn't think to include the straw in the bag, also no receipt was given after payment. Bad service for mediocre food, go to McDonald's down the road and save yourself some time and frustration..

After reading all the negative reviews here I was hesitant to try this location but I decided to try it for myself. The place was a little busy but looked clean and the staff was super friendly and fast service. I would definitely return. Oh and the food was super hot and delicious.
