Worst Popeyes in SF Bay area. Ordered online Received confirmation. I arrived and wait for 30 minutes. I asked after 30 minutes if they had an update with my order and guess what? They didn't even have my order started /sent to kitchen. This is 2nd time this happened. Never going back again.

AWFUL service, literally the worst I’ve ever seen. i was very uncomfortable. so gross and unprofessional. i simply asked for some sauce and these people started to try talking to me and sticking out their tongues and throwing rock signs. like girl- get a grip LMAO who hired y’all

Apparently if you want to order from this location you can't get anything but leftovers that have been sitting around if you stop by the last half hour before closing. They had like 3 boxes of food available. Why not just close at 9:30 if you can't order anything the last half hour? More

Always very very salty. I don't know why but the chicken at this particular Popeyes location is always more salty than the others. I"ve given them too many chances already. Next time I'll just go to the other Popeyes just 2 miles away. The atmosphere there is more pleasant also. More

When a place is named Louisiana you expect exploding with flavour but well that's not what you get. You get a weak flavour that I could only describe as beige. The store was fairly clean but isn't accessible. The service was relatively friendly. A bit slow for pre cooked food.
