I have been going to Portable Paradise and Electronics since they first opened and now will go no where but Portable Paradise and Electronics for ALL of my electronic needs and services. I am a full time sales manager on the road and my laptop and Blackberry device are vital to my daily business and performance, the owner and his staff have NEVER failed me in my time of need. Now my wife, kids,friends, and present and past colleagues only visit Portable Paradise and Electronics when they need laptop, and hand held device services. They once even found the OEM remote control for my SONY TV, when no other store could. I have been to Portable Paradise several times with various cell phones and various issues, always with a successful outcome. My latest visit involved the return of a refurbished cellphone I had purchased from PP. After just a few months the phone would no longer hold a charge, an issue that went deeper than just a new battery. I returned to tell the owner, Graz (not truly expecting anything to be done about it) and I was pleasantly surprised when he offered to replace it. He did, all is well and I am most impressed. Portable Paradise is a gem and this is why we must continue to support small business. It's refreshing to meet an owner who truly cares about his reputation in the community by standing behind his services. I encourage anyone with any electronics issue to bypass the big banner stores with their big banner prices and try this little guy.

I can definitely say hands down this is the best laptop repair store I have ever been to. Not only was the owner extremely friendly and personable, but the prices were very cheap and affordable. I first came into the store to get my laptop screen repaired. I was quoted the cheapest price I could find, and when I dropped it off, it was fixed very fast and efficiently and I was very happy with the service I received. I now bring any issues I have with my computers to Portable Paradise because I know it's going to be done right, and it's not going to break the bank. Definitely recommend this place for anybody who has computer/electronic needs!

Garbage customer service...simply asked the guy if he had any HDMI extension cables he went and looked on the wall for a second then sat down and was talking on his phone, then another customer walks in and he then asks for something for his ipad then the clerk went into the back to get his ipad cord... how are you really gonna barely open your damn eyes and then just ignore me sitting there for 10 mins waiting then you serve a customer that comes in way after me

I brought my Acer laptop in for a problem that Summit Computers and a couple others wouldn't touch. The AC adaptor plug that is soldered to the motherboard was loose so the machine would not charge. The owner fixed it within a day which was a whole lot better than tossing it in the trash. I did have to leave my computer with the store next door as the owner was out for a bit, but it all worked out well. He definitely knows his stuff!

I bought my first laptop at portable paradise and electronics back in 2007. I have since bought another one. I love the service that I get there. Graz is so helpful and his rates are very reasonable. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I have recommended PPE to my family and friends and a lot of them have bought their computers from them. You won't get the service you get at PPE from any big box store. Highly recommend!!

Awesome experience, I know nothing about computers except how to turn it on, so when I started having problems, Paradise was recommended to me, and it was right on my way home, he fixed my computer quickly and the price was very reasonable-if I have any future problems, I will definitely be going back--and I will be highly recommending them to anyone I know

“book to make an appointment” it says on the website or call ……I have been calling for a week no one EVER picks up the phone like how do you run a business this way? Not to mention their are only open 2 days a week!!! You think they would answer their phone

I chose not to use their services even though the person behind the counter was very helpful and the quote was actually cheaper than any other place I inquired within... Sometimes dealing with a small shop with limited resources can be a nightmare...

I went in to get my laptop screen repaired. They were able to do it on the spot. The service was awesome. The price was $50 less than all the other quotes I got. I will definitely recommended them to friends.

Needed a quick fix and did not have the tools. The job was done quickly and correctly. Prices can be a bit steep, but either way, to do it myself would have cost more.
