The phone doesn't pick up calls, it goes straight voicemail. The website doesn't work at all and I've tried to use Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet explorer and nothing. I can't book ANYTHING! Not even 1 year in advance or 3 months in advance. Bare in mind in London it's the same thing. I have to spend extra money to renew my Cartão de Cidadão and Passport in Paris or Lisbon. It's ridiculous. I renew my document 3 years ago in Lisbon and the service was 5 stars. Yet somehow when we moved out of Portugal, we became lazy

service -10 u need to book 10 years before and for 10 years after even to do the baby's passport u need to wait till the baby is 40 years old is horrible you can not have an appointment in a month or 2 months u need to wait decade for do passport or register a baby there I don't have words to say for this service and side sorry to tell this but shame for this I have more than 2 weeks try me and my partner to book but we can not even we are staying 24/7 in laptop and phone for this sick of this service

I honestly can't comprehend why we can't book an appointment to renew our IDs and Passports for nearly a year this month. The stuff are all nice, but the online service and the phone calls, zero+. Please, I would suggest it to change to UK customer service style.

Bad day today. Just came in the afternoon to pick my daughter’s ID and I didn’t, because the service finish at 4pm and I arrived 3:31. They don’t allow people to go upstairs 30 minutes before close It’s better to update the closing time to 3:30pm

If I could give zero stars I would. I ve been trying to get an appointment to renew my passport for months, it's impossible to get an appointment to renew my passport. Honestly, the service is shocking.

The Portuguese Consulate, is well located near the Picadilly train station. I was very welcomed there. From the Portuguese Consulate, we can see the Duque of Wellington statue just in front.

The most polite people I have seen. Soft spoken and very respectful. Services are well sorted and don't need to run from 1 place to another like other embassy services.

The Portuguese consulate-general in Manchester was very professional, staff was very polite and my appointment run smoothly. Very happy with the service.
