They charge 50p to print a postage label for postage you have already paid for. However, the Post Office website say that you can print from a prepaid QR code for FREE at your local Post Office. Not all of us have printers. Either the website is wrong, or this branch is running a scam operation. I have complained directly to Royal Mail. All of this is done with the usual curt and hurried customer service I have always experienced in this branch. I’ve endured this post office for years. I hate having to come here. I do not recommend. Update: October 2023: I reported this particular issue directly to the Post Office Complaints department. They have just responded by stating that after a thorough investigation, they support my complaint and have upheld my request for a refund. They are now in talks with the area manager and are making sure this feedback gets passed on to this branch.

This Post Office is only one in quite far distance from any other. Usually ladies there are helpful and friendly. Today I came quite late, just 15 min before closing. It was confused as I could not get through,delivery lying all around, and find where actually queue finish. Until I fighted my way around all shop queue was very long. There was an old little lady complainig politely about ,what look like, only chashier open. In busy time and before Christmas in only Post Office for 2 miles radius. A man who work there told her ,, if she does not like it she can go elsewhere,, in very rude and upset way. I immediately left a queue I told him I also do not appreciate the way he handle this. I am their customers for years but I will rather to go down to Wandsworth tomorrow to sent my parcel with licenced original post office where staff is well trained.

Shocking service and attitude to customers. If I could rate them 0 I would have. Older woman so rude, unpleasant and unprofessional it’s unrealistic. You talk to her and suddenly she talks to someone else ignoring you. You ask for second class and ending up paying for first class as they say second class is not suitable for the item where elsewhere somehow it is. Clearly cheating happens in this shop. Post office is next to my house but I go all the way to Earlsfield instead. I think says it all. Shame this is the only post office in the area.

Sent a parcel to Romania (worth around £300) on the 24/01/2023 today a month it haven't been received! I used the international tracking. There is no info , apart from posting it at the post office ! I used them in the past no issue but this time, they screwed it up really bad! I won't use Royal mail again! Fill a complaint online, and I might get back £50 if they accept my claim! It was such a waste of work that it took me more than 30 hours to complete the order!

Don’t go to this post office! The man in green shirt- he was just so rude. He asked me to open the package but he couldn’t even answer the reason why. Also he said the QR code I showed is not working, so I needed to travel to the other post office ( it was totally working there). His English is so broken but never ask again, he’ll be upset to the customer. Also you can’t send any package correctly from this post office. I sent 3 packages which is all lost.

I have used this post office regularly since it opened and it has served me very well indeed without any problems at all. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. We should be grateful to have such a valuable asset within our community. It deserves our full support for all the services it offers in a very limited space. It also deserves our respect and patience with all the pressures that must come with the job. Thank you all very much.

I rate them with one star because I can't give them less. This shop has lost parcels without giving me solutions, they force you to pay for the printing of labels when it is not necessary and on top of that they are very rude. I wish there was another post office in Southfields to save me all the bad experiences I always have here. If you have another option, you'd better go somewhere else where you are guaranteed a good service.

Southfields Post Office is situated within Krystals Food & Wine Store. The team are highly knowledgeable and always provide a friendly, polite and extremely helpful customer service with a smile. Great queuing system - which moves fast. Convenient opening hours with general day to day services. Postal supplies and stationery are also sold in the branch. I have moved to Southfields recently and I am so happy with my local post office! They have always been very helpful. You can find everything in the shop - also at the counter they are always in the good mood, friendly and giving the right information. I am posting my own products quite often so going to the post office is a routine and it is a routine that I am looking forward to! Thank you team :)

Opening hours are misleading, male staff are quite unhelpful and queues are often long due to the disorganised pile of parcels. Everything is listed on a notepad so it takes a while for the member of staff to find which page your name is on to then go through the process of locating your parcel in the shop. The parcels tend to overspill into the shop and are left out which I feel is a bit risky!

Went to print urgent docs, was told to queue as I did, when my time arrived I’ve been told it’s closed as it was 7 mins past 3pm. Had to figure out where I could print those docs. What happened was outrageous. I reckon lower your nose guys, cause some of you could get harmed if jumped from the level of your own ego to the ground. Review is not about Ladies from post office. Just to clarify.

The old woman that works there is rude. Never spoke. I didnt know when to pay etc she just stood and looked at me when I asked she then turned to her colleague and said something under her breath, they both laughed. I would have matched her energy if it wasn't for the fact I was with my daughter. Wouldn't use there again. I'd rather travel to Earlsfield or Wandsworth.

Glad to find a local convenient store that has such a huge selection of different foods and wines, beers from European asia and english products, things that you can't even find in the larger stores. Fantastic! And not to mention a great team that provides a excellent service at the post office which work tirelessly every day. Well done !

This post office is a joke - they just close whenever they feel like it. Had a really urgent parcel to post & made a trip there (having checked their opening hours online) only to find it closed. No real apology & told matter of factly that there was no other post office nearby - basically “tough luck”. Will not be going there again!!

The whole team of this post office are amazing but it’s a shame there is an older lady who seems to be there all the time and most people find her extremely rude and abrupt. I personally find her attitude extremely off putting. I do hope some one in charge would have a word with her. And maybe tell her to retire as she seems fed up!

Since this Post Office opened 2018 it has been very efficiently run and managed by a great team. Any issues I have had posting abroad etc they have helped me with a friendly smile. I went to collect a parcel (I had the barcode) and the man serving me seemed like he was going out of his way to be rude and confrontational towards me. Every interaction elicited a snarky comment and his tone was atrocious. I should not be made to feel belittled when I was just trying to use a service that they provide.

Disappointed in lack of flexibility at new post office. I was a few minutes past 1pm on a Saturday and needed to post a parcel but was told it was closed by the guy who deals with the post office. Where are the times for this service on the website? Not a good way to build up clientele and community goodwill.

This is my local post office, nearly using every day. I have no issue, amazing service and so friendly, very fast and efficient, very nice & polite customer service. Good selection of stationary, shop is very clean and tidy. I recommend this place to everyone, you can experience a very good service.

I use this post office on a daily basis and the ladies behind the counter are friendly and professional. They also get through your parcels with pace, especially the lady on the left closest to the tills, which is of paramount importance for delivering a good service.

Do not use as a collection point. They took delivery of a valuable package and when I went to collect the next day they claim they don’t have it despite me showing proof of delivery. They doubled down when I went back 2 days later to still claim they don’t have it

staff are horrible, wouldnt print a free royal mail label for me even though they are flagged as an office that will do on royal mails website, basically just profiting £1.50 off of everyone who returns a parcel , im sure royal mail wouldnt be too happy about that

I left an item with them nearly 2 weeks ago and when I look on the tracking website, it says that it has not left the post office! I went in there on saturday but it was closed and they were unable to help. Very dissapointed in this service

A customs reference number was not filled in by this post office electronically and now the parcel is being sent back to the sender and I have no information about how I can be refunded for an item which was bought for an event this week.

When the old Post Office in Wimbledon Park Road closed down I expected the worst, but having posted at least 50 packages during the last six months I can thoroughly recommend them for a consistently high quality customer service.

I said "no special delivery" , just tracked. They screwed me by putting special delivery on my envelope. Such a dishonest post office. I got very angry for being overcharged for something I did not need.

The older lady in the post office is so rude! I have been there twice, and both times she is so unhelpful, she seems to deliberatley want to stitch you up if you have something urgent to send!
