I went there three times with no help. Staff are extremely rude and lie about being offline etc., even the manager JACQUES promised to call me or WhatsApp me to resolve my issue after I visited the branch on 3 separate occasions with no assistance. No call or message from Jacques either and they NEVER answer their calls!
