Awful customer service! Joined the queue before half 12 and waited for several minutes only to be told the cashier was closing for her lunch and I would have to come back later. I wouldn't have minded if I had been told this as soon as I walked in and joined the queue, but there isn't any signage that says they close for lunch, at least not that is clearly viable to me. The cashier served someone when I entered and then when she got to the person infront of me and then decided that their transaction would take longer than she had assumed I was therefore told to leave without even an apology. I have never had customer service so bad in my life.

Excellent. I drive past two other Post Offices to use this Hollyhedge Road Post Office. There are always two members of staff working the counters so even with a queue, you don’t wait long. The staff themselves are very efficient but still go the extra mile, for example, whether you have multiple parcels to send or forms to fill, they remain patient and are always happy to take time out to help customers. Car park outside. Useful shops nearby.

The big blonde lady is so rude at the counter and so patronising the way she speaks. Quite awkward to challenge her made me feel uncomfortable. Hope management sort this conduct out with their employees. Not going to be spoken to by a postal worker in that manner when I’m a professional.

Customer service is beyond poor. Dealing with this post office makes me feel uncomfortable, one lady is very bossy and patronising, another is very sarcastic and her tone the way she deals with the customer is very unpleasant. Makes me feel upset. Won't be going anymore to this branch.

Very helpful, I needed a passport application form in a hurry in a Sunday- I rang to check they had one and when I arrived they had 2 paper forms ready for me
