I visited the post office on 16 December 2023 and was greeted and served by Ian (0060119) who was extremely helpful, polite and served with a smile and great sense of humour. His positive and friendly attitude are so rare in the service industry. Please continue with the great work and superb attitude. We need more people like Ian!!

Carlos served me on the day. He has excellent customer service skills and was very cheerful and pleasant. He answered all my questions and was very polite. Really appreciate this kind of service. Thanks so much, its make a person's day when kindness is shared.

The bank staff are very friendly as neither of the banks accepted my old paper notes. The staff from this brach ( Elizabeth) she just said can do it for me and took my old paper notes and deposited in my account. A very good service.

Ian was very helpful and advised me to send my old stamps amounted £400+ by special delivery to swaps to new. I received all the stamps + the cost of special delivery in 7 days. Big THANKS to Ian.
