Don’t get any parcels through this post office branch. It is franchised and owned by the postmaster also the postman who delivers the package aka Nadeem. They took out items from my package and wasted a lot of my money. When I confronted he said you can complain about me, I did but there is no result so far. The parcel was cut with scissors and then roughly taped as if things were taken out on purpose. I didn’t notice until he was gone and I opened the parcel only to find out missing things. I have been getting packages for so long from post office but I recently shifted and this branch was supposed to deliver my parcels. It truly was a horrible experience. Also whenever this person comes he is asking for money without any receipt. He says you’re supposed to give 200-300 PKR with each parcel delivery which I know is not something required by a post office. Never in the past any postman asked for money and if they do it is digitally printed. They are the worst service out there and I hope they stop feasting on others money like this.

As with other government departments, the staff here needs training on how to treat and communicate with people. I only go there if it is very necessary. سٹاف کا رویہ بہتر بنانے کی ضرورت ہے۔ سٹاف بہت ہہی سست رو ہے اور ایک چھوٹا سا کام کرنے میں کئی کئی منٹ لگا دیتے ہیں۔ سفارش عام ہے۔

Very bad services.my parcel is at kahna nau office from 25th august 2021 and still its not delivered to Central Park Lahore.its 30 august 2021 and i called at the number provided with address but no one is attending call.worst experience i ever have in my life.
