potful is disappointing Very bad experience with service and food Visited potful with great expectations, returned with utter disappointment Ordered chicken biryani The food was below average, just white rice with chicken curry and some yellow colour… no taste of authentic… Staff and hospitality is miserable… staff working there feel as if they as doing a favour to the costumers coming to potful… I have seen many ppl returning without food orders… it’s just online delivery with few zomato delivery guys waiting with utter disappointment… Never seen such a rude attitude with staff in any Hyd restaurant… person named ganesh is very rude… and all the staff are not very friendly or helpful… Hope everyone will save themselves Thank you potful

I had ordered Chicken pot biryani from Swiggy. It was taking more time, then decided to see reviews and saw negative reviews and I thought I made a mistake ordering here. But as soon as the order received and when I saw the packing that itself amazed me. After opening the pot, Im sure I’m not going to have a bad one and trust me the taste is the best part. Hotly served and best biryani I ordered from any outlet so far this year!! Thanks a lot whoever prepared this one!! Would love to order more soon

Food - Delicious Biryani with exceptional quality. Very hygiene. The quantity is good enough for 2 people. I highly recommend it for the biryani lovers. Packaging - The pots are very sturdy to use them as plant pots later on. They also send seeds along with the pot, very impressed! Service - I was sent a wrong order accidentally at first and upon calling the restaurant, they delivered the correct order with not charging any extra money. They know how not to disappoint their customers!

I live in abroad came for a vacation and want totry pot biryani so ordered through swiggy today 1. Pot chicken biryani with bone and one pot chicken birayani boneless. Trust me it’s not at all cooked in pot but just some white rice topped with curry on the bottom. Boneless pieces in the biryani are tikka pieces that’s cooked in the tandoor ( I can smell that smoky flavor) and it’s not at all authentic biryani . No biryani flavor just some curry and rice .. disappointed potful

Went to their store to pick up a parcel but the staff there were so pathetic and uncourteous. The kitchen was closed online and offline due to powercut apparently but the person claiming to be the store manager made sure to be really arrogant. When I confronted him to behave well with customers, that they could have conveyed the message politely, he ignored. Extremely pathetic behaviour! They sure know how to insult the customers.

Place order at your own risk, customer service is very very pathetic and they don't have a structured approach when you having a issue .. In my case, they sent chicken 65 in place of dhahi kebab and now Im beeting around to return it and get a get a resolution.. If you stil want to place order from potful, do it from Swiggy or Zomato.. atleast you will be protected by their customer support.

Potful has been the worst biryani experience i had. Ordering a single biryani is equal to a mini family pack, plus i wasted my money ordering a family pack biryani. Left side pot of the image is regular biryani and the right side pot is a family pack. Please comment if you find any difference. People kindly be careful while ordering food from this restaurant

The place was weird and the service was very poor and they take longer the the usual time but the taste was amazing Love the taste of the servings

Iam not satisfied 460 pot cost iddaru kuda sarigga saripodu and biryani test antha avarage and sweet double ka Mita tinnanu 2 slices 130 rupees prasadam kuda ekkuvane pedtaru idi marigoram test worst potfull vallu advidesed mida chese constration test and kwantity mida cheste better this is my only advise

Excellent and delicious taste, tried for the first with combo ( chicken boneless biryani+chicken65+gulab jamun ) and completely satisfied with the taste but Gulab jamun wasn’t good and rest all were delicious.

I love the taste of potfull biryani i can just remember the taste still my mouth is watery so do try pot full biryani and do try killi but the only dissapointment is Phirni I didn't like the taste of phirni dont try phirni but try biryani it's toogood

I tried tikka paneer biryani it was so delicious, i felt little extra Salty paneer but, that's okay we need to mix it well before we serve it. Biryani was hot even after 3-4 hours and yum yum.

Ordered in swiggy, taken 1hr.30 minutes to deliver . Called customer care no proper response. Coming to packing looks heavy but after opening box quantity is not as much. Taste is good, quality is good, but quantity is less compared to the price what they are charged.

Ordered thrice & everytime it took more than an hour to deliver to Dilsukhnagar. Most recent order through Swiggy, they accepted and made the delivery guy wait for 45 mins!!!. This kind of time is unacceptable in today's age n time. Fix it or you will bite the dust!

Not worthy of the price Average food and less than biryani more than chicken rice.... don't know how few ppl gave 5 star rating... may be paid Avoid going... many better options available in kothapet
