One man on the staff I spoke to today (March 17, 2023) around 2PM was extremely rude. I asked if I could have an empty bowl and a lid to place my Invisalign as I forgot my case and needed a safe place to store my clear aligners while I eat. Keep in mind that I had just purchased a bowl from them. The male employee, who seemed to be in his thirties, was disrespectful and told me in front of everyone to go ahead and take everything while I was at it. I had an extremely unpleasant experience. This is not the way to treat customers especially when they purchased from you. Luckily, there was another kind employee who handed me a bowl and a lid and I am very grateful to her. Update: I have reached back to them by email and they are looking into what happened. Although I had a bad experience, they are actively taking action to make up for it. So overall the service is good.

I have eaten here a few times and it was so good! Very disappointed in my most recent experience though, my friend and I both got parasites and food poisoning after eating here. Mentioned this to other people and apparently the times it sat well with me have been lucky because I’m hearing this happens a lot after eating here. The chicken was cooked I’m pretty sure the vegetables used were the culprit. If you ever worked in a restaurant you know that the produce is rarely “fresh” anywhere but they should be paying more attention to their refrigeration of these items. Won’t be coming to this location again sadly, the sickness I’ve experienced over the last 24 hours is not something I ever want to have happen again.

Sat down and decided to have a club sandwich, on a whim with the wife today, and man, I was not disappointed, the quality was spot on, the food itself was tasty and perfect as far as I'm concerned. The sandwich wasn't screaming hot, it was heated through, but not super hot, and the fries were good, ok honestly not the best fries I've ever had, but still nice, the chicken itself was juicy, not dry at all, and seasoned perfectly for my taste. The price was a bit high, considering the serving sizes, and the fact drinks are extra, hence me dropping it one star, but the quality was solid. On the whole, I would suggest checking it out at least once, I for one will be returning.

Consistency is 'key' to building a great empire. Everytime I eat here the food and service is spot on. The chicken is cooked so freakin deliciously!. I dont go anywhere else in Montreal because frankly I've worked in top grade kitchens and I've 'seen things' but its all done right in your face as you order it. I'm super lucky to live close by as well. I need to try more variety that they have but I'm addicted to the 2flavor chicken bowl special they have. Some people have wrote the guys are rude or scary but they are just old school tough good boys. Don't be scared. Very polite gentlemen if you look past it. Super nice owner.

Chicken did not taste cooked properly,bowl could be fuller, got half the fries reached half the cup .missing onion.No sauce for frie(not sure if included).Bad chiken made everything just no .I order poulet rouge often and this place just taste wrong and messed up order my order big time (ordered from ubereats) that I just had to write review. Nothing special about the place, chicken chunks are very small, vegetables all together with rice with two very different sauces on top, complete mess on the plate and the taste of it is not wow, regular chicken with some veggies and rice. The cashier barely answering questions, seems like he is so in rush that he does not have time for any questions, even if it was only one person behind me. So the service was a little rude. So, tried once, but dont think I will come back here again.

Chicken is sooo dry all the time, you need to watch how they put the ingredients cause they’ll literally put a teaspoon of the ingredients you ask. They barely put sauce and make you pay for extra. You pay for extra and still they put about the same amount they’d put if you didn’t ask extra. Very cheap place. They do not care about quality and I went to the one on Saint Catherine just to compare and now I know NEVER to go to the one in LaSalle again, much more worth driving to downtown and getting actual quality and you actually get what you paid for.

Excellent food and excellent service! It was my first time eating here and I was a little hesistant as my previous experience with grilled chicken wasnt that good.. but this one hit the spot! Absolutely no regrets! I tried the rouge bol and it had the perfect rice, fresh 5 choices of veggies and delicious perfectly cooked chicken! I would recommend the spicy and lemon coriander sauce to go with it :) yum yum yummm!! Will be back for me! The staff was very patient and recommended some good options! Keep it up!

The busiest place in Carrefour. Looks good, has potential to be, it was busy and lots of employees in the back counter. The chicken that I read good reviews about was disappointing. Half my pieces were over grilled, dry, hard. I don't taste the garlic sauce on it either. One piece was pretty tender so I know it can be but it sucks if you get pièces that don't that over grilled piece shouldn't have been thrown into a bowl if it didn't meet standards.

Payed 18$ with tip for 1/2 of what they use to serve!! 3 tiny pieces of chicken (for reference about equivalent of 1/3 a chicken breast I buy from Costco), they were supper greedy with the topings too, the person serving me would fill 1/2 the scoop for the toppings! Super greedy owners I guess! Get something else in the Angrignon mall, this poulet rouge location is getting greedier by the minute!

Overall it is nothing special as the ingredients are very basic. They serve healthy bowls and you get to chose 5 kinds of vegetables. You have an option between rice, couscous and quinoa. You will get 4 pieces of grilled chicken breast. However, the chicken portions are deceptively small. They should give larger chunks of chicken. Ok for a quick lunch but nothing extraordinary, I wouldn't necessarily come back here again

The vegan "chicken" option is delicious but maybe add one more piece ? :-) I had the bowl with volcano vegan option. Large selection of options for your bowl....like 4 times what pitiful Subway offers. Price very reasonable

2024update pretty disappointed with new owner. Chicken is burnet. It’s black and tastes charcoal. It should be 3 pieces chicken instead of bunch of black minced meat… this is what I got today. It tastes bitter. Do you know the burnt food can cause cancer? This happens not less than 4 times. 2022-my favorite. Rouge bowl xl with chattime fruit tee,☺️

I have no problem with the workers who treated me nice and handled my food properly. However, I just had a bowl and in one of the chicken there was a short almost like strand of hair of a man. This tells me that I shouldn’t buy anymore. I’ll just purchase the ingredients and make it myself from now on. Please wear proper hairnet!

Yesterday I ate there, the food is delicious, the two big guys served me with professional hospitality from the beginning until I paid, I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It's definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

The chicken at this resto is amazing! It is the only place in Angrignon shopping centre where my picky children will eat. With various options from mild to spicey, there is something for everyone. Excellent job Bill and Mo. All this talking about chicken is making me hungry. See you soon.

First time eating their poutine that's comes with the BBQ chickens with mixed of cheese and olive. Unfortunately, the mix flavor ruined my taste and thus eating half of it. But, their chickens was SOOO GOOD. For my future order, I will take another dish instead of their poutine.
